I use Outlook 2013 and 2016 (as well as the Android App) to access my Work (Exchange Server 2013) and personal (Outlook.com) emails
I use a lot of rules due to the ridiculous number of emails received.
All rules are server-side entered through Outlook 2013 (under windows 7), and they are basically all temporary filing, ie move messages to particular folders.
Two problems:
1) Whenever I edit a rule, it will randomly decide to disable some rules. There is no consistency to which ones or how many.
2) When running I get a box pop up telling me "Rules in Error" and the explanation for each is always "destination folder has exceeded its quota"
But they haven't.
There's actually not much in individual folders as I do work my way through them (eventually) and action/ delete/ file the messages. Plus I am well within my overall quota.
NB: My work computer runs office 2013 under W7
my personal pc runs 2016 under W10
