I got a new computer, and installed skype windows program, but I Keep getting the following error:

Sorry, we didn't recognize your sign-in details,Please.....

 

System Details

Windows 10 Pro ver.1703

IE11 - 11.332.15063.0

Skype - 7.37.0.103

 

What have i tried:

- Reinstall Skype (deleted every Skype folder/data and registry entries)

- Deleted all cookies

- Checked logs

- Tried different networks & Hotspot

- Deleted xml file

- Tested with multiple accounts

- Modem reset

- Reinitialized Internet Explorer

- Checked Firewall & Defender settings

In other computers with W7 and W10, i can login with all acounts with no problems. This computer is a new unit but Something is being blocked (MAC adress, HD serial number, IP).

In this computer, the login in webrowser is accepted with all accounts, however calls can not be made even with skype plug-in. tested with multiple browsers.

The Skype Customer Service only alows this community forum, Any help?

привет всем. У меня последнее время наблюдается ужасное качество связи. Я собеседника слышу и вижу, а меня - нет. Позвонил в Echo проверить уровень записи - мой голос оочень заикается и невозможно распознать речь. Скорость соединения как и прежде была,  (скачивание 20mbps, загрузка 5mbps, Ping 2ms). Версия скайп скачана последняя. Настройки не изменял. В чём может быть проблема?

Prezados,

Tenho um notebook com o Windows 7 instalado em um SSD e estou tendo um problema que não é constante é intermitente, o Windows inicia faz o login porém tem vezes que fica muito tempo na tela de "bem-vindo" e só inicia se forçar o desligamento e ligar novamente. Alguém poderia me ajudar?

I am using android Skype 8 version which it was automatic updated, it have a lot problem, example, I cannot paste a number when i selected a country code or the number appear without a country code if i paste, i cannot edit the number, at last i need to use my phone to  make a call,   Look, i don't want this Skype and i reinstall Skype 7 for android, but it will auto update to Skype 8, i need help but no skype live support and customer service support, please help me

Добрый день!

В Skype я онлайн, контакты меня видят, их сообщения до меня доходят, но мои сообщения они не видят, хотят статус стоит отправлено. Сообщения не доходят ни с компьютера, ни с приложения на телефоне.

Что делать чтобы мои сообщения доходили адресату?

I have finally managed to install build 16226 and I am mostly satisfied.

Problem with keyboard not as bad a before, but trouble shooter refers to "text Services Framework not running".

The second problem is suddenly  get ctfmon.exe-success Ünknown Hard Error continuously popping up and can not get rid of it.

Can anyone help or offer some advice?

Здравствуйте. 

Ноутбуку Lenovo 6 месяцев (Windows 10, Intel Core i5 6300HQ 2300 Мгц 4 ядра , ОП 8 Гб, видеокарта GeForce GTX950M 2 Гб, HDD 5400 об/мин). Установлено всего 2 лицензионных программы (Dr.Web Security Space 11 и Office 365) и браузер Chrome. Работаю мало, по 3-4 часа в день (в основном в браузере), стоит на столе, пылинки сдуваю. :)

Последние 2 недели ноутбук зависал каждый день по 2-3 раза. Не реагирует ни на что (первый раз ждала 2 часа), выключить можно только кнопкой. Зависает в основном при просмотре фильма в браузере, реже, но тоже регулярно, при выходе из режима сна.

Что посоветуете?

I have found stuff for OneNote run on Windows but not for the Android version.

If It is not possible then can It be done in msword.

I am using world unlimited mins and I paid $119.88 for one year already.

Skype charged me from 6/22/17 and I want to change to cheaper rate.

Help. I bought a licence for Office Home and Student 2010, (in 2010), and have used it ever since,  but cannot find the product key to be able to install it on my new computer. How can I retrieve it? It is possible that I was using a different email address at that time, but I no longer have access to it. 

When I look at my online account which I have (eventually) managed to set up, there is no reference to it, but it was definitely registered.

Any help much appreciated. I have been using my son's 365, but it dies later this week.

新购买的pro2017，使用过程中（就是在操作当中）会无故出现黑屏，进入待机状态，按电源键后屏幕会出现开机的田字logo，输入登陆密码后，会返回到黑屏待机前的界面。已经随机出现好几次了。这是什么原因？bug吗？

Bonjour à tous,

Est-il possible de remonter sur les mails ( entrant ou sortant) de plus d'un an, lorsque l'on créé un dossier de recherche dans Outlook 2013.

Je m'explique: j'arrive bien à créer un dossier de recherche en prenant par exemple le critère " courrier échangé avec des contacts spécifiques" mais quand Outlook récupère tous les mails, je n'ai que les mails échangés depuis un an. Il ne remonte pas plus loin dans l'historique des échanges.

Y a-t-il une solution ou est-ce normal?

I bought Sid's Beyond Earth for $59.00 from Walmart about a year ago.  It would not work even with the numbers I was told to put in.  I took the disk out and put it aside until yesterday thinking that surely it will work now.  It keeps asking me for the numbers again.  It would not let me use it again.  I have everything in Sid's Civilization series.  Help me please or ask Sid to refund my money.

I used to use the xbox DVR all the time but at some point within the last couple of updates, it now tells me that I don't meet the minimum requirements. I haven't changed anything in my PC and I still do actually exceed the requirements set out in the help pages. Sometimes a reboot fixes the problem, sometimes it doesnt.

發生狀況 在接入另一帶有音效卡的喇叭之後 切換回來就無聲音

驅動程式顯示正常 

聲音播放裝置也已經切換回來

測試聲音可以看到圖示有綠色格子再跑 喇叭有單獨接過別的裝置 確定無損壞

Also a blank screen when opening old e-mail.  Noticed in upper right corner after signing in next to my name is a little green question mark?
