Fehlermeldung "DVD-RAM Driver Software/BD Driver Software" beim Win10 Creators Update
Hallo in die Runde,
auf meinem Laptop (Lenovo G500) läuft das aktuelle Windows 10 Creators Update nicht durch. Es erscheint immer wieder der Hinweis das ich die "DVD-RAM Driver Software/BD Driver Software" manuell deinstallieren soll. Seit mehreren Tagen startet das Update immer wieder neu, aber meistens mit dem gleichen Ergebnis. Ich kann jetzt nicht einmal mehr sagen, was ich alles unternommen habe um diesen Treiber oder Software zu finden. Es war mit den mir bekannten Tools nicht möglich. Nach mehreren Neustarts war das Update irgendwann in einen Status mit schwarzem Bildschirm gelangt. Damit ging es aber auch nicht weiter. Dann habe ich den Laptop per Wiederherstellungsfunktion auf den letzten Wiederherstellungspunkt zurückgesetzt und über das Windows Defender Security Center einen Neustart angestoßen. Jetzt sind alle von mir installierten Programme nicht mehr vorhanden. Auch ist keine weitere Hardware angeschlossen (außer Logitech Funkmaus via USB). Mit dem Neustart von Windows war ich davon ausgegangen, das nun die neueste Windowsversion 1709 aufgespielt wird. Das ist aber nicht so, derzeit ist wieder die Version 1703 installiert. Beim erneuten Update kam jetzt wieder die besagte ominöse Fehlermeldung.
Was kann ich jetzt tun um endlich dieses Update durchzubringen?

BootCamp Windows10のプロダクトキーについて
ライセンス認証のところを見ますと、『別のデバイスで既に使用されてるため、このデバイスのWindowsをライセンス認証出来ません』とエラーメッセージが出てるんですけど、これって新しいのを買ってプロダクトキーを変更した方が良いのでしょうか？

Salvapantalla sen Windows 10.
Hola. Tengo Windows 10. Desde hace un tiempo no puedo cambiar de salvapantalla ni tampoco modificar ninguna característica del mismo. Aparece el de Burbujas y a un tiempo de activación de 2 minutos. El menú de configuración de salvapantallas está bloqueado. En la carpeta Windows 32 aparecen los salvapantallas y en el Registro de Windows están activados. He intentado todo lo que he podido ver en Internet y en esta Comunidad, sin ningún resultado.

Errorcode 0x36B3 when updating Windows 10

I get this errorcode when trying to update Windows 10 to newest version. Update is necessary according to Windows update program in order to install latest security updates.

Offce2016でずっとプロダクトキーの入力を要求され使えない。
Microsoft Office2016がプレインストールされたWindows10のＰＣを購入。
プロダクトキーを入力、新たにマイクロソフトアカウントを作成し、サインインしましたが入力直後にフリーズしました。
再度Offce2016を起動すると、プロダクトキーの入力、マイクロソフトへのサインインの画面が出て、マイクロソフトアカウントのパスワードを入れましたが、パスワードが間違っているとの表示が出てしまいます。
しかしながら、outlookの画面の右上には、すでにマイクロソフトのアカウントにしたメールアドレスが表示されています。
マイクロソフトアカウントのパスワードのリセットを試みましたが、
まだアカウントを作成したばかりで、「アカウントの復元」の入力項目、例えば、「このアカウントに使ったことがあるパスワード」とか「マイクロソフト製品を使ったことがあるかとか等の情報」とかがまだ無い為、パスワードのリセットまでたどり着けません。
解決策をご指導よろしくお願いいたします。

aggiornamento da W8.1 a W10 con Windows Insider su Lumia 920
Buongiorno,
Ho controllato di avere data e ora corrette sul telefono e di non avere aggiornamenti in corso, anche tra le app.
Dopo aver scaricato l'app Windows Insider, essermi registrata, aver cliccato: "recupera build", poi, "Insider release preview", quindi lafreccetta, poi sulla schermata successiva. "Confirm", "accetto", ed è comparsa la scritta "configurazione dispositivo in corso" "Fatto: il tuo telefono è pronto per ricevere aggiornamenti dalla seguente versione di anteprima Insider Release Preview", poi ho cliccato sulla spunta, ma Insider mi si è immediatamente chiuso. Sono andata suImpostazioni, "aggiornamenti, "cerca aggiornamenti" e mi dice "telefono aggiornato". Ho ripetuto tutta l'operazione varie volte e la procedura si è bloccata ad uno stadio precedente: dopo "Confirm", "accetto", anziché "fatto..." una volta è comparso "Errore non è possibile configurare perché sto preparando un aggiornamento. Installa aggiornamento. Poi riprova.", tuttavia andando su aggiornamenti non risulta niente da installare; un'altra volta è comparso il seguente messaggio: "C'è stato un problema durante la configurazione del dispositivo, riprova più tardi".

„The remote device or recourse won't accept the connections“ problem
My laptop was sent for repair because the hardware was dead and after waiting 2 weeks I got it back brand new. Everything was fine until my connection was gone. I checked my modem (my modem has 5 bars to show the internet speed and something like that) and it showed 4 out of 5 bars. When I ran Windows Network Diagnostics and I got this problem - „The remote device or recourse won't accept the connection". I googled for the fix of this problem and I found out that my IE (Internet Explorer) is infected, because it has the weakest security. I tried EVERYTHING - reset IE, run Command Prompt and type in the command „ipconfig/renew“, download HitmanPro, go to LAN settings and uncheck some things (I opened the Connections tab and guess what - „LAN settings“ is grayed out and I can't open it).
Please someone help me fix this problem!

how to extract iso file
Hi Guys!
I downloaded Win 10 Pro edition from a site and it is an ISO image file. But when I try to open it then it shows just 1 text file in it...
I searched lot regarding this issue, tried all virtual tools like UltraISO, PowerISO etc. and WINRAR too to extract it, but nothing happened. Only 1 file is there that i can open which says...
"This disc contains a "UDF" file system and requires an operating system that supports the ISO-13346 "UDF" file system specification."
How can I extract this image or how can i get all Win 8 files...

Can't send emails outside organization
Dear Microsoft,
I use Microsoft Office 365 as part of AUB (American University of Beirut) organisation . I can't send email with this message (outside outlook gmail reciepients, yahoo..) : Your message couldn't be delivered because you weren't recognized as a valid sender. The most common reason for this is that your email address is suspected of sending spam and it's no longer allowed to send messages outside of your organization. Contact your email admin for assistance.
Please advise of what should be done. I've been told to contact Microsoft to sort this issue out with them.
