upgrade Windows 8 para 10
Tenho um ultrabook HP Envy comprado originalmente com Windows 8 pro. Em 2015 fiz upgrade para o 8.1 gratuitamente. No final de 2016 fiz o upgrade promocional para Windows 10, tb gratuitamente. Ocorre que há uma semana, os arquivos do s.o. ficaram corrompidos e tive que fazer a recuperação radical, só que reinstalou a versão 8 pro original. Entrei no site da Microsoft e vi que agora o Win10 é cobrado. Pergunta: como faço pra ter de volta o Windows 10 no meu ultrabook sem custo, já que fiz o upgrade no ano passado no período em que não havia cobrança? A quem devo solicitar?

Update
I turned on my pc today and i got message on myscreen saying Hi,' We have updated your computer' and that kept on going for approx 30 mins, then it said it was setting up and dont turn off your computer, so i just left it and went in the other room and watched tv, checking it every now and again.
I checked it about an hour later and it was on the start picture which you click then put your password so i did and it started to load then it went to a black screen which keeps flashing the toolbar at the bottom every 3-5 seconds.
I pressed my power button to turn off and restarted but it just does the same thing. So the update has just duffed my computer. NOT HAPPY.

Unable to print Maps on Bing Maps
When I try to print maps I get this message: Cannot find

Boa Noite,
Após a atualização (2017-06 Atualização do Windows 10 Version 1703 para sistemas **** em x64) (KB4022405), sempre que reinicio meu computador ele entra em modo de reparo automaticamente e relata erro. Quando peço para iniciar normalmente o erro persiste tendo que solicitar uma reparação para um backup antigo.
Lendo o fórum li que muitos usuários estão com o mesmo problema mas ainda sem solução já há algum tempo...
Quando a Microsoft corrigirá esse problema?
Alguém conseguiu arrumar isso sem reparo deles ou simplesmente não posso mais reiniciar o PC até arrumarem, apenas desligando. Gostaria de não instalar essa atualização até resolverem.

не работает само приложение "Телефон" (вызов)В КА
В какой-то момент перестало работать это приложение. В Магазине пишет, что произошел сбой и просит переустановить, но сделать это не получается - ошибка.
В самой памяти это приложение система не видит - оно как будто прозрачное. Очень прошу помочь, ибо не могу набрать вообще никакой номер, хоть звонки принимает, и мне, дабы позвонить, пригодится заходить в сообщения или телефонную книгу.

My friends see me as Offline but I am online
Hello. I have a problem with Skype after the last update. I am online on skype ( my status says i'm connected along with the green circle ) , but my friends don't see me online . I'm offline for them but they still can call me or send me messages . Also I can see them as online too but they can't see me . What's the problem ? Never happened before ?
I tried to run Skype with the Firewall off and to clear the DNS cache but nothing .

Non apre Impostazioni e Windows Store
Quando clicco su impostazioni, dal menù start, non accade nulla e non riesco quindi ad accedervi. Ho notato la scomparsa dell'applicazione di Netflix, quindi ho cercato "Netflix" con Cortana, ma la pagina dello store non mi permette di scaricarlo. Lo stesso
problema si verifica anche tentando il download dallo store sul browser.
