I'm using the latest version of Skype. Recently I had connectivity issues as many Skype Users but it has been already resolved. Nevertheless, I still do not receive incoming emails/calls. I reinstalled it but it did not help. I also restarted my PC and
it did not help to resolve the issue. Please let me know if you ned more info on my issue.

Aggiornamento a Widows 10 per Lumia 640LT
Malgrado tutti i tentativi, non riesco ad aggiornare il dispositivo a W10. Ho praticamente svuotato il telefono per recuperare GB, da applicazioni foto e quant'altro, ma niente. Arriva all' 8% e si blocca con vari messaggi di errore o server....inoltre
da un giorno all' altro mi chiede di creare altro spazio, ed effettivamente e magicamente da 1.7 gb scendo a 1.4gb. Non posso eliminare più nulla, e sono veramente deluso da Microsoft. Ho usato tutte le applicazioni e passaggi consigliati. Ditelo subito che
con un telefono con soli 8gb di memoria non si può aggiornare a W10, e finiamola li. Passerò al sistema Android, anche perché mi sembra che Microsoft stia abbandonando il mercato del mobile. Saluti, se qualcuno comunque ha una soluzione, benvenga.

Windows 10 1703 Locale Problem (Non-Unicode)
Hi,
Since the latest “Creators Update” (Built 1703), we are facing an issue of font display.
All of our computers are set to use “Hebrew (Israel)” as the region setting:
This causes any application that is using the raster fonts (Terminal being the default) to render it obscure, as the following image shows:
Changing the region to English (United States) does solve the problem for applications like CMD and PowerShell,
but since our organization uses applications which don’t support Unicode, those applications are displayed incorrectly, with question marks instead of text.

word 2016
Hi
I had problems with Word 2013 after the latest windows 10 update. I purchased Word 2016 hoping that would solve my problem. It did not. I get a consistent error about a missing msvcp110.dll. also a problem about C:\window\system32\logiL.Da.dll and pua.exe entry not found.
I tried a fix on the installation, but that seems to have failed also.
Is there anything I can to do get this working ?
Is it related to the latest windows 10 updates ?
I see I have several versions of windows c++ installed, including two 2008 and two 2010.
Any help would be appreciated.
I'd hate to ask for a refund, but this is a lot of work for one package.
And I'm thinking of upgrading to Wordperfect 8, which I think will let me create Word files. And wordperfect 7 is working fine.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I was satisfied with my individual 365 at $6.99 last year when I received solicitations to upgrade to the family at $9.99 due to more storage and more devices. I signed up for the upgrade and thought all was ok. I found out following an audit that rather than an upgrade that a total new account was opened and I had paid $9.99 a month for 11 months for services I never used. They would only refund 3 months. And Amex would refund no more past 3 months. Microsoft would lose nothing by refunding or crediting the full amount since services were not used. Instead they choose to rip me off for the other 8 months.

Bing News slow index, Indexing my site after 5 or more days
I am worried regarding our site (cetureon.com) on Bing News. Bing News suddenly slowed crawling/indexing our site's news articles. Our site (cetureon.com) was already accepted by Bing News last November 2016 and was being indexed by Bing News since then until last week of May 2017. Last week we publish two stories/articles and was crawled and indexed by Bing News after 5 days and displayed 5 days ago. We're worrying why Bing News stopped crawling/indexing cetureon.com

Outlook 2016 (O365): new inbox email "duplicates" when opening message.
We are using O365 Exchange server - not a POP3 - the messages are NOT coming into the inbox twice.
The list of "new" messages arrive, when they are opened, they can be read, but when they are closed (from a double-click) or a new-new message is selected, the closed message duplicates in the mail list display. However, if you delete the "duplicate" the other copy can not be opened (says it was deleted).
I've never seen this before, and all searches point to actual receipt of duplicated mail - in this case, the messages are not being duplicated per se - just displayed as duplicated.
It is not happening on every one of our systems - just one employee (who seems to attract the oddest problems on her system).
Any help would be nice because this one has me stumped.

How to use sumifs when the OR conditions are not mutually exclusive?
Hi all,
I am trying to use the sumifs function of Excel with four "OR" conditions. However, these conditions are not mutually exclusive. The available solutions online include =SUM(SUMIFS(SUM RANGE, CONDITION RANGE, {CONDITION A, CONDITION B, CONDITION C})), but this can only be applied when A,B,C are mutually exclusive. My situation is too complicated to subtract the overlapped amount from the above sum. Any thoughts or ideas are welcomed...

I purchase Office Ultimate 2007 several years ago. I have the discs and the product code but my new pc has no disc drive. How can I install the program? Also, is there a limit to the number of times I can install it? I have installed it on my first
pc. This broke down and was binned. Likewise with the second. I have it installed on a laptop and this has a disc drive. Currently I have one only onrinstallation on the laptop. Can I get Office Ultimate on my new PC?

System Driver errors and Can't Update Window... Printer stopped functioning
I have a HP laptop, that also has HP drive encryption. My printer stopped working today out of the blue, and now can't be found. When I check the event log I get a long list of errors and warnings (shown below) When I attempt to update Window's it states
I need to uninstall the HP Client Security App to update. When I try to uninstall, it will not allow me to. Advice?

Gmail sync issue: Can't open Microsoft Outlook
I use Microsoft Outlook for my Gmail account via Google Sync, but when I opened my computer today I can't start Outlook anymore. (It worked yesterday).
I get the attached error message: "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information service C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Google Apps Sync\gsync.dll. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured."
Could you please help me solving this issue ?

7 to 10 upgrade failed - won't pass loading screen
I tried to upgrade to Windows 10 from 7 using the media creator tool (I had just successfully did this on my Win 8.1 laptop). It stuck at 75%, it was late so I went ahead and went to bed hoping that it would be finished in the morning.
When I woke the computer was off. I turned it on and it would get to the Windows loading screen and just sit there with the rotating circle of dots. I waited and it never changed.
I tried using the usb I had used with the previous laptop, going into bios/startup settings. At some point I was able to get it to get me to the screen asking if I wanted to continue to load windows, do a repair, go back to the previous version, etc. None of this worked - it couldn't find the previous version installed, couldn't find anything to repair, etc.
So I pulled out my Windows 7 disc and tried to go back to Windows 7. It is doing the same thing! When I'm able to pull up the screen about repair/previous version/command prompt, now it tells me that those require an admin account which it wants me to "go into windows and log in to". Well if I could do that then why would I be at this screen??
I'm so confused and worry that the only option I have is to take the hard drive out of the laptop and take it into a shop to have them wipe it and try again which I don't have the money for.
Can anyone help me please?
