Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem "OFFICE 2013 pro podnikatele" V souboru "WORD" mám vloženou tabulku v EXCELu". Vždy ( již asi 15 let) vše fungovalo (v OFFICE 2013 i v předchozích verzích OFFICE). Nyní ale nemohu tuto tabulku otevřít, protože: " aplikace WORD
nemůže dokument otevřít. Uživatel nemá oprávnění k přístupu". Support Microsoft si s tím také neví rady. Děkuji za odpověď. Schovánek Luboš.

4 year old surface pro 2 - SSD fail ! Need to recover data
Switched on the pro 2 and it wouldn't boot. Recovery wouldn't boot up either.
Long story short I managed to boot into ubuntu via external usb and run testdisk, Testdisk reported errors on all cylinders and no partitions found.
Is there any hope ???
I'm so disappointed in the SSD failing after only 4 years, worried about my pro 3 now

internet explorer
while checking e-mail i keep getting a message "internet explorer has stopped working" it then closes and re-opens. this happens several times each session. my wife has the same problem. this only happens when i use msn. if i go into e-mail through
google it does not happen. any suggestions?

Error 1002, Application Hang Help
So I have been receiving this Error for quite some time now, and I even completely reinstalled windows 10 and am still getting this error. When I have been playing video games, they will be running fine and then out of blue the program will just stop responding and crash. Been searching around for a fix, but haven't found anything up-to-date that might help out (maybe you guys have better luck at finding things).
Computer specs:
Processor: Intel Core i5 7500 | 3.4 GHz CPU Processor
Graphics Card: ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 DUAL 8GB
Installed RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x 8GB) DDR4 3200MHz
Storage: SanDisk SSD Plus 240GB | Toshiba HDD 2TB
Just hoping to find a fix somewhere, as spent quite a bit of money on this PC and this error is quite the inconvenience for me

Unknown USB device
Hey. I am having problems with connecting my Unbranded Controller (USB device not recognized device descriptor request failed) and i am 100% sure that my controller is working. Its only working on other devices but not on my laptop. I tried to reinstall
controller driver, updating my laptop, updating drivers and do everything. i do not know what to do now so please help. (Sorry for bad English) and i hope you understand me.

Surface Pro 4 - Office 2013 - "Something went wrong" Error
Hi All,
I purchased a new Surface yesterday and opted out of the Office 365 offer as I have Office 2013 that I can use.
After inserting the disc auto-play said that there was a newer version installed and I needed to remove it first. I used Settings>System>Apps & Features scrolled down to the installed Office and uninstalled it, along with the Get Office 365 app. Once uninstalled I restarted the Surface and let the auto-play do its thing, again with the same result.
Next I Disabled the Windows Firewall and forced Kaspersky Internet Security to exit, again let auto-play try and got the same result.
I have noticed that OneNote and News is still installed so that maybe adding to the issue.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Envío correos de una cuenta de mail del trabajo que he asociado a outlook y no me guarda el correo en la carpeta de enviados. Necesito que se me guarde copia del mismo modo que me guarda copia de enviados de mi cuenta hotmail.

Скайп перестал принимать сообщения от конкретного контакта
Здравствуйте.
Проблема следующая: одного ппрекрасного утра скайп перестал пнинимать сообщения от одного из моих контактов. Переписка біла постоянно и стабильно. Мои сообщения контакт види, отвечает а я его сообщения не вижу. Сбрасывал скрин нашей переписки - в его истории сообщения отправленые мне есть- но я их не вижу. В чем может быть проблема и как решить?
Скайп используется на трех устройствах:
комп - виндовс7
телефон - андроид
ноут - виндовс10
Раньше все было отлично, везьде все синхронизировалося без проблем и все сообщения доходили.
Никаких действий ни на одном устройстве не делал до этого бага.

error code 0x00000002 and not support driver for realtek hd audio driver install
I lost my Realtek HD audio on my Windows 7 Home Premium and am trying to reinstall it. I get error code 0x00000002 or the computer tells me there is no support driver for the Realtek driver I am trying to install. I don't know what happened to my audio
in the first place but getting it to reinstall is a nightmare. What am I doing wrong? Where do I get the support Driver for the program? Help me! I'm so clueless about computers but am trying to learn as I go.

Yes I have a touch screen desktop pc. Is there a stylist I can use ,a pen like one that I could draw with that would give me more control than drawing with the curser or a regular stylist.

One friend showing offline but they're online
It's only happening with one particular person and we skype a lot. We haven't done anything differently. We can both send messages to each other and it will label as sent but she can't see my messages but I can see hers when she sends them through. We
can both communicate through a group chat, but she can't see any of my messages when I message her privately. It says it's sent the messages, she just can't see them. I've restarted Skype, deleted my cashe and nothing is working. It says that she's offline
but when I hover over her name it says she was active 32 seconds ago? No one else seems to have this problem and are able to send messages to her.

Windows phone Alarm makes my PC alarm go off but since 2 weeks ago it does not shut off from my phone
So this feature has worked fine up until about 2 weeks ago. I only have my alarm set on my phone and if I am at home it triggers my PC to go off as well. when I hit dismiss on my phone a few seconds later the PC would stop too, now the PC will keep on ringing and I have to get up and shut it off too.
how do we fix this and make it work right again?

Как удалить содержимое файла раздела "Мне предоставлен доступ"
Коллега создала группу, добавила туда файлы. Предоставили мне доступ. Потом она у себя все удалила. А у меня эти файлы все еще висят в разделе "мне предоставлен доступ". Нажимаю удалить этот элемент, выходит ошибка - не удалось удалить этот элемент.
Пробовал открыть этот файл, но так как у источника/создателя файл удален, пишет "404 not found.
