Microsoft complaints - how?
I have had problems with the OneDrive for Business since the beginning of my Office365 experience. I had a duplication, which a technician (apparently) fixed, but was not able to remove from my laptop.
Recently, my files had began syncing with this mirrored onedrive, which was updating to (apparently) nowhere.
A technician then joined me yesterday to correct this, renaming files, and moving docs around to work out the correct sync. They then explained to delete specific folders to free up space as these were duplicates. At this point we ended the call and i was happy with the process.
10seconds later i realised they had just wiped 9.6GB of data. All of this is related to my business, literally everything, from contracts, marketing, client data, the whole lot. In short ending my business in a heartbeat.
I then spent a total of 4hrs on the phone to microsoft with absolutely no solution, other than an apology and i should contact the technician concerned.
I was also told that there was no complaints department or email address to email, but i could email this technician with my concern.
I have never been so surprised/scared/concerned all in one go in my whole life. The fact that this has happened, or frightening lack of knowledge and compassion shown for the fact that you would have literally closed my business, 11 staff and consequently the loss of my family home.
The fact that i have contacted both and nobody has come back to me is still frightening. The fact that microsoft can do this, makes me wonder how many other people has this happened to with absolutely no redress.
Since then, the recycle bin has been slowly updating with content that i am restoring 20 files at a time. This was empty at the time we were looking yesterdat and the technicians believed everything had completely gone.
So far I have spent 13 hours restoring files manually from the recycle bin, no technician can help, and there is no bulk upload. I am 1/9th of the way through so far!
I am still missing the bulk of data that is a necessity - I have cancelled all meetings this week and fingers crossed that my life is not over due to Piyusha Priyadarshini.
Any ideas to assist or any route at all to complain or redress would be most helpful. So far dealing with Microsoft has drawn a complete blank.

Ik ben een handige database aan het maken zodat mijn collega's iets sneller bestellingen kunnen ingeven. Nu geven ze nog alles handmatig in Excel in. De bedoeling is dat dit allemaal in Access gebeurd.
Als een bestaande klant bijvoorbeeld contact opneemt, moet zij dan aan de hand van het adres kunnen zoeken wie de klant is. Dat ziet er dan zo uit:
Ik krijg Access zo ver dat hij een auto-fill in doet, maar wel aan de hand van een klantenId en dat is niet de bedoeling. Nu ben ik ten einde raad en heb ik geen idee hoe ik het aan de hand van adres en gemeente kan doen. Kan iemand mij hiermee helpen?

Percentage of a Total Figure formula
Hi there,
I'm not the most adventurous user of excel, so forgive if this is novice stuff but I know this was the forum to turn to
A total figure - bottom of the column stuff ; say A500=sum(a1:a499)
and in each of the cells of say, C1:C499 I want to quote the value as a % of the total sum in A500 - C500 being 100%
Is there a way to freeze the A500 content as the demoninator
instead of going one by one C1/A500 C2/A500 C3/A500 C4/A500
Hopfully I have made some sense.

Nach einem Systemabsturz Windows 10 neu aufgesetzt. Danach funktionieren die USB-2 Anschlüsse nicht mehr. Wohl aber USB-3.
Microsoft will dauernd Updates Intel 6/C200 Series Chiopset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller 1 C26 und 1 C2D installieren. Die Installation bricht aber wegen Fehler ständig ab.

BSOD iaStorA.sys- SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
I had the same problem when running windows 8.1 in this very laptop about six months ago. Although error codes were different sometimes. I asked lenovo support for help and they asked me to do a recovery twice and then said problem was with my recovery. So I got a new one, installed the windows(8.1) then upgraded it to Windows 10 ( about time when free upgrade was about to end).
And yesterday when I was playing it happened again. I tried to restart, but it won't boot up, no matter how long i waited. Therefore I reset windows, and then the blue screen happened again.

Copying multiple sheets, but not all, into one sheet
Greetings,
I'm a complete VBA newbie (as in I find scripts online that works, and copy/paste without knowing what each line actually does), but I've been unable to find a script that does what I want on this occasion.
What I have:
- A workbook with multiple sheets (shown in the screenshot below)
- The "January" through "December" sheets all have same headers.
- The amount of rows on each sheet from "January" through "December" varies, but the columns remain the same.
What I want:
- Copy all data that are in the sheets ranging from "January" to "December" (inclusive), and have it all show on one long list in the "YTD"-sheet.
- The header should only appear once (on row "1").
- Ability to filter and sort in the same way in the "YTD"-sheet as in other sheets.
- Column "A", starting from row "2" and down, should contain the name of the sheet that the data on that row is copied from.
- Need to be able to sort and filter by column "A".
- Automatically update the "YTD"-sheet whenever the workbook is opened.
- Optional: Cell "A1" should say "Month:"
- Optional: Rows with no data should be ignored even if they have a formatting (such as cell-colour and/or borders).

I've also attempted to modify the script where I thought appropriate, but the closest I am getting to my wanted result is that it only copies from the "January" and "December" sheets, and copying the header from both.
Any help would be appreciated!

Sauvegarde Lumia 925 n'aboutit pas "Nous ne parvenons pas à nous connecter"
Bonjour à tous
Je viens par le biais de ce thread vous faire part d'un constat, qui pourra peut être vous aider.
Lorsque je lance une sauvegarde manuelle sur mon Lumia 925, depuis quelques temps elle n'aboutit pas
et sur le Smartphone j'ai le message: "Nous ne parvenons pas à nous connecter à OneDrive pour effectuer la sauvegarde.
Mettez à jour votre téléphone et réessayez".
Fort de ce message afin de faire des essais, je n'ai relancé aucune sauvegarde manuellement, j'ai attendu que le Smartphone
m'affiche un message pour sauvegarde non effectuée depuis plus de trois semaines je crois. Suite à ce message du Smartphone
je relance une sauvegarde et là la sauvegarde se termine bien.
Cela fait deux fois que le Smartphone me met ce message, et deux fois que la sauvegarde aboutit,
si je relance une sauvegarde manuellement, celle ci n'aboutit pas.
Ceci est un constat, soit problème de mise à jour, puisque avec un 925 nous n'avons pas le droit à Windows 10,
ou alors Microsoft a limité le nombre de sauvegarde ?. Si vous avez la réponse je suis preneur.

Outlook.com Kalender mit Mozille Lightning synchronisieren
Ich habe mit Thunderbird mit dem Lightning-Addon installiert.
Mit dem Addon "Provider für Google-Kalender" kann ich problemlos den Google-Kalender mit Lightning synchronisieren.
Ein entsprechendes Addon für den Online-Kalender in Outlook.com habe ich nicht gefunden.
Wenn Outlook eine Kalender-Adresse zur Verfügung stellen würde, könnte ich diese in Lightning zur Synchronisation verwenden
Leider bietet Outlook.com nur eine Exportfunktion für das ics-Format an.
Gibt es tatsächlich keine Möglichkeit, den Outlook.com-Kalender mit Lightning zu synchronisieren?
