I have a surface book and for a while now the Fn key has been locked.
When I press the Fn key the light on the key remains on.
I'm just wondering how I can unlock the key?
I have restarted my computer and have done a system restore and the issue still remains.
I also do not have any updates available.
Please note that I have a Surface Book and not a Surface Pro, therefore the CAPS + Fn method does not unlock it.
So, my question is, how do I unlock the button?
Even though I get the option to move an email to one of my subfolders, there is no way to access those subfolders when I'm in the inbox. It just happened on its own.

My current pc was running windows 7.
I upgraded to windows 10 during the free upgrade period.
After upgrading my pc / windows 10 was activated.
After using the pc for a few months i did a clean install of windows 10.
The pc / windows 10 was still activated and i have been using it since.
Now i want install windows 8.1 on this pc for a short period.
I have a retail version of windows 8.1 and an activation product code.
My question is: If i install windows 8.1 on the pc and activate it using the product code that came with it, will i at a later time be able to do a clean install of windows 10 back on to the pc and have it automatically activate.

iPadでExcel（無料）のアプリを2.2.1にアップデートしたところ、アイコンをタップしても、起動しなくなってしまいました。
試しに、Dropboxからファイルを開き、Excelで編集を行おうとすると、以下のメッセージが出ます。
Excelを開くことができません
Excelはアップデート中の可能性があるので、数分後にもう一度お試しください。
すでにアップデートから1日は経過しているので、メッセージが通りの、問題ではなさそうです。
また、この症状がでたため、2回ほどiPad上からアイコンを削除し、ダウンロードをし直す作業をしましたが、症状はかわりません。
ちなみに、同時にアップデートしたWordにつきましては、問題なく使えております。
Excel自体の問題ではなく、アップデートの過程に問題がありそうですが、原因が特定できる方、サポートをお願いできればと思います。

j' ai déjà posé la question mais je n' ai pas reçu de réponse.
Comme beaucoup d' insider il m' est impossible charger sur l' ordinateur la build 16215.
Je voudrais savoir comment pouvoir l' effacer de l' ordinateur pour ne plus avoir la demande de "mettre à jour et redémarrer" et ceci pour pouvoir recevoir les prochaines build.

I can log onto my Skype account easily but its not connecting and the yellow connecting... message sys there and doesn't load contacts messages.
Any ideas?
Issue: Outlook hanging repeatedly on my desktop PC. I am able to consistently reproduce the problem by opening certain emails, but it can happen at any time. The only common feature of the emails is that they contain embedded images. The same emails open fine in webmail and on iOS. Occurring across both my home and office PCs. After first hang, attempting to reopen Outlook causes instant crash at startup that persists even into safe mode. ScanPST throws up errors every time the PST is scanned even immediately after running the repair. Sometimes opening Outlook after repairing the PST causes instant crash at startup.
Troubleshooting attempted:
1. updated office, win 10 & graphics drivers. Office 2016 Pro Plus v.1705 (build 8201.2102). Win 10 Creators 1703 (build 15063.413). Nvidia 382.53
2. disabled all add-ins
3. turned of Graphics Hardware acceleration
4. turned of Live preview
5. OffCAT scan shows some minor errors. None of which adequately explain the problem. Logs available.
6. Uninstalled MalwareBytes, Updated Teamviewer in case of software interference
7. Chkdsk: no errors
8. Quick repair
9. Full repair
10. Uninstall and reinstall from DVD
11. Created new profile
12. Multiple runs of ScanPST. Logs available.
Running out of ideas, any help would be appreciated. At the moment Outlook too unstable to be used reliably.

One of my computers ("JASONISTHEBESTA", see below) will not recognize my MS Office subscription. This only happens on one Windows 10 computer, for last few weeks. (My other Windows 10 computer--"SL", see below--is fine.) So I believe it is a local issue on my JASONISTHEBESTA computer.
On my account, it shows both computers as having copies of Office activated (in addition to a third computer):
But, on JASONISTHEBESTA only, when opening Excel (or any Office app, on this computer only), it says "Excel (Unlicensed Product)" at top of window, and this popup: "Microsoft Office cannot verify the license for this product. You should repair the Office program by using the Control Panel."
I click OK, and then get:
I click Next and then get this several seconds later:
I have tried the local repair (in Control Panel, the full online repair (in Control Panel--same issues still exist. And then a full uninstall (using Microsoft "easy fix button" uninstall tool to completely uninstall Office programs and settings, from here https://support.office.com/en-), and download and reinstall office through my active subscription.

Followed the steps at this page: https://support.microsoft.com/. Tried all steps at that page.
When I ran Program Compatibility Troubleshooter, I got this:
So I did complete uninstall again. Restarted. Installed 64-bit version of office.
Still the same issues exist.
