Windows 10 Sleep leads to shut down
Whenever Windows goes to sleep, and I try to turn it back on, it seems that Windows restarts without all the windows hat were opened gone. No error messages prop up. I went to Event Viewer to look at any errors, I got an warning and then a following critical error.

This all means, that I can't put my laptop to sleep, because in essence it shuts it down.
I am having printing issues.
Is 855-866-5861 a valid Microsoft suppot line?
As I tried to navigate to a new site a couple gray boxes came up saying my computer was locked due to a Trojan backdoor virus. It gave that telrphone #. My websites were locked- I couldn't close a window on my second screen.
Can anyone day whether this notice actually e virus or not?

J'utilise Windows Server 2012 R2, SQL 2008 et IIS 6.2.
Problème d'affichage d'un site asp: message d'erreur "the site you are trying to view does not currently have a default page".
Ce site est transféré de SQL 2005. J'ai fait toutes les procédures déjà trouvées en ligne, sans succès.
J'ai aussi modifié le fichier "web.config".
(aucun problème pour mes sites en html).
J'ai aussi payé un contrat d'assurance pour assistance Microsoft, j'espère votre aide rapide...

UEFI bios, win10 on two different drives, one 1607, one 1703 curators update
UEFI bios, win10 on two different drives, one 1607, one 1703 curators update.
Had issues with 1703 curators update on this pc, mainly audio, dts & dd.
Had cloned 1607 first before 1703 curators update on this pc, swapped drives.
Now getting messages to install 1703 every day.
The question here is this, I do not want to take the chance of the same issues recurring.
Would it be easier to swap out the drive that has 1703 or cause issues with data
corruption on other media (storage) as it did when swapping 1703 to 1607.

Copy and Past in Edge Not Working Properly
Since a recent update a couple weeks ago, Copy and Paste seem to have gone screwy. When I copy text from one window in Edge (Windows 10) and try to paste it into a text area in another page, instead of getting just the text, I get a whole lot of gibberish (formatting data, I presume). But If I paste into Notepad instead, I get just the text. This worked fine until a couple weeks ago.
I just realized that the text pastes fine into this forum, but it always happens in Quora.com and Worpress sites.

Hola! Buenas Tardes. Mi laptop me la obsequiaron por un programa de excelencia academica y desde hace unos dias mi laptop me dice que tengo que activar windows y poner una nueva clave del producto, pero intento comunicarme telefonicamente para que me la den y me dice que no esta disponible y tampoco la puedo activar en linea y en verdad ya no se que hacer.
Me podrian ayudar por favor?
Word 2003 refused to save and deleted all my work
Hello,
strange thing happened to me and any help would be really appreciated. I was finishing my school paper in Word 2003 and right-clicked a word to use the Thesaurus, but instead I clicked on the Hyperlink button. Word froze and stopped responding, but it soon went to normal. I was relieved and immediately went to save the document, but when I hit the button, a pop-up appeared saying something like "You don't have a permission to save this docuemnt." I tried it a few more times and then I proceeded to "Save as" option with the same result. The document then closed and that was the last time I saw it.
The file, regularly saved on my desktop, disappeared. Instead, three new files appeared - TXT files named "Recovered file 1/2/3". When I open them, it's full of question marks. The only text that is legible are footnotes, links and the word I accidentally tried to insert a hyperlink into. Word didn't offer any recovery options because it din't crash (second document stayed open and just fine).
Can anybody think of any solution how to recover it? My paper is due in two hours, which is unreal to acomplish, but I don't want to write it from scratch; after all, it was stored safe and sound on my desktop.

Random delays for outgoing IM text recurring

Running Latest desktop Skype and I am getting delays in message transmission or confirmation of delivery. Images push through, but text is delayed from between 30 seconds and five minutes.

Plantronics Voyager UC-5200 mic doesn't pass mic audio through Skype Windows 10 Pro
I have Plantronics Hub software, patched up today to latest version. Mic firmware is at latest version. I can hear through the headphone part whether its Skype or another application (music, windows sounds etc). Microphone part works on everything except Skype. For both audio ear and mic, I can see VU meter movement in Sounds Setup when doing testing, so I know its not the Plantronics unit itself. This unit is supposed to be certified to work with Skype.
Any ideas? I've tried everything I can think of, short of going back to Skype Classic.
