Hi, when i try to open Microsoft store or an app, like Xbox, it attempts to load before either failing to load or a white screen comes up saying, "Check your internet connection and try again, We couldn't connect to the server," and below that, refresh page and report this problem, i try resetting my internet connection, refreshing the page and reporting the problem (when i tried to report the problem that app would not open), I have tried a few different ways of getting this to work, none of which were successful. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Microsoft Photo Gallery Photo Export
Is there a way to export photos from Microsoft Photo Gallery along with the Caption from each photo? Or, can you import photos and their caption into PowerPoint from Photo Gallery? I have hundreds of photos with captions and the majority of them will
be used in a PowerPoint presentation. I would sure hate to have to type the captions all over again in PowerPoint. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm using Windows 10.

Application Error
Every time i try to log onto Windows 365 Word, I get the following message: HardwareMonitorWindow:WINWORD.EXE -Application Error
The exception unknown software exception(Oxe0000002) occurred in the application at location)X00000000751FB02. After closing out and restarting Windows it works fine. What is causing this message to appear? Thanks for your help!

Believe my mother was scammed-but she's unsure?
The long story short-my mother apparently let her internet security she purchased from Best Buy lapse. Unsure when it lapsed and how long she had been using the internet without it. She told me the computer was acting funny, and wouldn't turn off. (Unsure if she tried holding down the power button, or was trying by mouse.) She said A pop-up on her screen claimed MSN needed her to call a number for internet security. She called the number and explained what was happening, and they told her not to go back to Best Buy-"They fix it in a way so you have to keep going back," was their answer, and that if she paid MSN, they'd be her 2 year security plan, and also install an anti-virus for $560.00 dollars total or so. This whole thing raised alarm bells for me, I warned her it didn't sound right, and I found the number for Microsoft support on this website for her to call to check because it very clearly states that should be a huge red warning flag-but I'm unsure if she understood because she kept saying the 'guy doing the installation (remotely) is going to install (two different anti-virus websites I cannot remember the names of, but are legitimate, but not anywhere near what she paid). They're real things!'
I'm unsure what to do at this point, but wanted to verify: pop up numbers to call and forking over hundreds of dollars to 'fix' the problem is a scam, correct? What can she do at this point if I can get her to call and verify she may have been scammed?

Screen Mirroring
I have a Microsoft surface pro and have been playing around with OneNote for a few weeks now. One of the questions that I have, and it could be completely unrelated to OneNote, but is there any way to mirror screens with another Microsoft surface pro so as to have two devices sharing the same data on screen.
Let’s say I had two surface pro tablets and I give one to a client during a business meeting to look over documents or proposals that I have in OneNote. I am wondering if there is a way to guide the client through these documents by having shared access to the second device through my own surface pro.

Ich kann im Internet keine Anhänge mehr in den verschiedensten Mailprogrammen hinzufügen
Hallo,
seitdem ich einen neuen Laptop habe, kann ich bspw. bei web.de, bei facebook, bei meiner uni-adresse usw. keine Emails mehr mit Anhang versenden, obwohl der Anhang in jedem Fall klein genug zum verschicken ist - es geht um Excel, PDF und Worddokumente.
Mein Virenprogramm (Norton) hatte ich auch schon auf meinem alten Laptop.
Hat es was mit Windows 10 zutun, kann ich irgendetwas in den Einstellungen ändern?

Unable to Update Windows 10 16215.1000
I am unable to install Windows 10 Insider Preview 16215.1000 (rs_prerelease).
When computer restart for update it gets stuck around 30% and then restarts couple of times with Green Screen.
Then a reverse process is started and install the previous version.
I have already done Windows Update Diagnostics, but still the same issue.
I am running Dell Precision M4700

Connexion logiciel Skype
Depuis quelques jours il m'est impossible de me connecter à Skype !
Par contre il fonctionne parfaitement sur le web.
J'ai désinstaller le logiciel puis fait un nettoyage de mon ordi pour enfin réinstaller le logiciel mais rien n'y fait. De plus j'ai changé mon mot de passe mais toujours rien. J'arrive à me connecté sur Skype web et sur mon compte microsoft mais toujours pas sur le logiciel.

SSD Kingston UV400 240gb (режим AHCI). Время от времени зависает намертво (в диспетчере задач показывает нагрузку 100% и врепя ответа 2-4 секунды, а иногда и вовсе 0 миллисекунд. С чем это может быть связано? SSD куплен недавно (менее месяца).

Win 10 random freezes/crashes with and without BSODs.
Hello.
Recently I've been getting random freezes/crashes of my newly built PC.
Sometimes it will just freeze, the picture and the sound will "crash" having the same sound, like a freeze, you know what I mean - causing me having to reboot.
And sometimes it will BSOD randomly, sometimes one after another.
I've used BlueScreenView for the BSODs and I had a couple of tries on fixing this. The first BSODs from today (one after another) were:

They've led me to verifier, which I've used. The program led me to:
DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION dtliteusbbus.sys https://1drv.ms/u/s!AlFx3cp03iFVboUy6PLmnNAXA_Q
Which suggested Daemon Tools - which has been removed afterwards. The next reboot pointed to:
DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION I2cHkBurn.sys https://1drv.ms/u/s!AlFx3cp03iFVbCEt2lTK-dr71gc
This on the other hand pointed somewhere in the google search to MSI Gaming App - I've removed this as well, and did another reboot.
Then I've got yet another BSOD, this time with:
DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION vhidmini.sys https://1drv.ms/u/s!AlFx3cp03iFVb8B0wXYSh_VWT3I
Which apparently most likely leads to an IVT Corporation BlueSolei Bluetooth HID Mini driver
However I was not able to remove anything here, because it's not visible anywhere under the installed programs, and the file it self is not removable for some reason.
I will greatly appreciate any help given to resolve the problem!

Serienbrief via E-Mail mit variablen Bildern

Ich habe einen Serienbrief erstellt, der mit einer Access DB gefüttert wird und via E-Mail mit Outlook verschickt werden soll. Nun möchte ich für jeden Datensatz ein anderes Bild einfügen. Dies habe ich auch schon in div. Foren gefunden.
1. Feld includepicture und Pfad mit Doppel // eingeben
2. Serienbrief in Dokument ausgeben und alles markieren und f9 klappt, was die Aktualisierung der Bilder angeht super. Nur beim Versenden als E-Mail bleibt das Bild immer gleich.
ich verwende: Office 2010
Hat einer von euch eine Idee, wie ich das hinbekomme, dass die Bilder sich beim Versenden auch aktualisieren?

DVD Burner won't burn.
I bought a new DVD burner last week: ASUS DWR-24D5MT. Installed it into my PC along with a fresh installation of Windows 10.
Now, I've tried burning ISOs onto blank DVD discs, but without success. I've tried burning with Nero, Explorer's Disc Managment, and a few others. The error code I get is: 0xc0AA0301.
For the last three days I've been trawling the Internet for answers - and have tried pretty much everything: Updated drivers; motherboard firmware; bought new writable DVDs; checked the registry for anomalies - nothing wrong there. But nothing has made any difference whatsoever.
Can somebody please help me out this - It's driving me insane!

Windows 10 Enterprise - Update always does a clean install but cannot keep any files/apps. Why?

Can someone please explain me why I always need to do a "clean install" whenever I have to perform an update to my windows 10 enterprise edition?
It is really annoying that I cannot preserve my old files/apps at the time of update.

When I use skype, my camera wont turn on
Even though the small button shows the camera is on 0I changed it from a line through to the camera) it does not come on. And there is a box that appears in the lower right hand corner that shows the camera with a line through it. Any ideas?

Arquivo do Word desapareceu sem deixar rastro (seja como recuperação automática ou como arquivo temporário) - IMPORTANTE
Ontem (18/06) a noite e hoje (19/06) de madrugada trabalhei um pouco mais em um arquivo com o qual já vinha trabalhando há algum tempo no Word. Antes disso, a última versão desse arquivo correspondia ao dia 15/06.
Hoje (19/06) de tarde, ao abrir o notebook para continuar de onde eu havia parado na madrugada, não lembro mais se o notebook estava desligado ou apenas hibernando. Fato é que, ao procurar o arquivo editado durante a noite do dia anterior e durante a madrugada
desse dia, essa versão editada simplesmente não existia. As únicas versões existentes eram as do dia 11/06 e do dia 15/06.
A versão editada não aparece nem na lista de "arquivos recuperados" do Word, nem na pasta de "documentos não salvos" do Word. É como se simplesmente nunca tivesse existido, mesmo sabendo que a opção de salvamento automático do meu Word está ativada.
Se o arquivo não foi salvo, era para ele existir ao menos na lista de arquivos recuperados ou na pasta de documentos não salvos. Por outro lado, caso, por completa inconsequência, a versão antiga do arquivo tenha sido acidentalmente salva em cima da versão
editada (substituído a versão editada **** antiga), ainda assim a data de modificação desse arquivo deveria equivaler aos dias 18/06 ou 19/06, o que não procede.
Não existe nenhum arquivo Word no computador cuja última modificação tenha sido entre o dia 18 e o dia 19.
O que aconteceu? Seria possível recuperar essas edições perdidas?
É EMERGENCIAL PARA MIM RECUPERAR ESSA EDIÇÃO, se qualquer um puder me ajudar eu agradeço muito!
