Microphone
I recently purchased a headset for gaming and tried using it today. The speakers sound great, but the microphone won't show up. If i go into recording devices, it shows that the microphone is not plugged in, but it is. Im running Windows 10 and it is a Hyper X Cloud Core headset, if that makes a difference. Disabled and disconnected devices are checked to show as well.

MS Access 2016 will not release CPU after shutting down.
I believe MS knows about this problem, but perhaps repeated notifications will increase the priority for a fix. I have also reported this on UtterAccess.
After closing out MS Access, my CPU activity will sometimes remain at 13-15% indefinitely -- I mean for hours, until the MS Access background process is canceled in Task Manager! And I once noticed 5 simultaneous instances of the MS Access process running, occupying 75% of my CPU continuously, on a day when I had been going in and out of various Access databases. I thought that after I uninstalled Office 365 and then re-installed, the problem had gone away -- until today I see it has returned. The phenomenon does not seem to be predicable in advance -- sometimes it happens, other times not. I don't want to have to monitor my CPU all the time just to make sure Access is leaving me alone -- that's just unacceptable!Please, Microsoft, get a fix out ASAP!

Outlook收iCloud 突然出現異常狀況
大家好！希望能夠有人幫忙解答：
一直以來都是用outlook 2013收icloud信箱的信，使用很久一直都沒有問題，突然間outlook沒有辦法收發信件，並且一直重複要求輸入icloud帳號密碼，在輸入帳號密碼之後，卻一直顯示密碼錯誤。
但是我的icloud密碼並沒有更改過, 我也確定是正確的密碼。但是輸入很多次之後一樣還是重複跳出要我輸入'正確'密碼的視窗。
所以一直卡在這邊，沒有辦法正常收發信件。
之前都可以正常收發信件，這種情況以前從來沒有發生過。
請問遇到這種情況可以告知是什麼問題嗎？該如何解決呢？

Favorites On Edge and Chrome
Hello, I have had the following problem since I had to switch from My Lumia 950 to my Galaxy S7.
There is no Edge Browser for Android..(why?) Microsoft wants us to Use Edge, And I do feel its works better than Chrome. BUT, There is no way to Sync a bookmark ,on the fly using edge on my PC?.. Why not have a way to do this? If I use Chrome and I bookmark on my PC its there on my phone when I leave work, BUT if I use Edge, and I bookmark a site.. no way to get it on my phone! Cant this GAP be filled Microsoft?

PowerPoint taking too long to open
Hello,
We are testing moving some files to SharePoint Online. One of the PowerPoint file has a couple of links to a spreadsheet (also uploaded on SharePoint Online). The links in PowerPoint file are updated to the new location of spreadsheet and SharePoint location is also added in the trust Center for PowerPoint.
However, while opening the file by clicking on 'Update Links' on the prompt, it takes too long to open the file (4-5 minutes). If 'Cancel' is hit, it opens the file instantaneously but does not update the links. So, the links needs to be updated manually by going to the File tab. It takes a lot less time to update the links in File tab.
Why updating the links in file tab is quicker than updating the links by clicking on 'Update Links' in the prompt? Is there a way to open the file quickly while updating the links from the prompt?

Mail app for Windows 10 - outlook.com folder list not updated
Hello Comunity,
I don't know if I'm in the right category as the selection is confusing.
I have a question to the Mail app for Windows 10. (I could not find such a selection before posting this)
I have in my Mail app 3 different accounts synced.
A work account on outlook.office365.com
A gmail account
A outlook.com account setup as Exchange
My question is: how do I update the Folder List in the app???
It is not reflecting the changes I've made online. I've renamed and removed some folders from my outlook.com account, but those folders are still in my Mail app.
My sync settings are set to get the mail as they arrive, and it's working. I can receive and send mail from all accounts.
What is bothering me, that I see folders in my Folder list, that are renamed or moved in my outlook.com inbox.
Why is there not a simple button somewhere to update the Folder list in the Mail app?
Do I have to remove my outlook.com account from the Mail app and add it back just to get the corect folders in the Folder list?
I wasn't able to find a solution on the web. All articles are about Adding a folder to an account in the Mail app, as if this is the hardest on earth.
I've found some articles handling a similar problem I have, but only similar, as those articles were handling a problem with an IMAP acocunt. Well, my Mail account is not IMAP.

I have tried several times to run the update. Every time the result is a blank screen, no keyboard or mouse response. When restarting the computer it restores the previous version. (1603)

Después de la última actualización no me funciona las App de la tienda, ni fotos, ni calendario, ni correo, ni noticias
Después de la última actualización me han dejado de funcionar casi todas las App, pero son las mas importantes las que mas me importan, como es la visulizacion de fotos, el correo, calendario y no me las puedo bajar porque la App de la tienda tampoco funciona. He estado mirando en foros pero son todos muy antiguos y no me funciona ninguno.

iCloud not working after latest windows update
I am using outlook 2007 with windows 10. After the latest updte last week, i could not get icloud to work. I followed an old thread and signed out of icloud, uninstalled and reinstalled it but i still could not access calendar or contacts. I tried the process again and this time the installation of icloud would not work.
i now have no access to my calendar or contacts on my laptop.
any suggestions other than upgrading my version of outlook?

Mi pc presenta el fallo 0xc000021a
Enciendo mi pc y la pantalla sale en azul diciendo que tiene un problema, se pone a restaurar y tarda un rato pero despues sale en pantalla azul:

Tu PC no se inicio correctamente
Preciona "Reiniciar" para reiniciar tu PC", lo que en ocaciones puede solucionar el problema. También puedes precionar "Opciones avanzadas" para intentar otras opciones para reparar tu PC.
He probado de todas las opciones posibles y llega horas y horas con lo mismo, reiniciandose constantemente pero no se arregla.
También hice la opción de mientras se iniciaba precionar la tecla F8 y si no funciona precionar SHIFT+F8 y aun así tampoco se arregló.
No sé que más hacer pero esto por si solo no se arregla ya que lleva entre 5 horas intentando arreglase probando todas las opciones y nada, si me ayudan se lo agradecería mucho de verdad.

Windows cannot detect Audio devices
Hi,
I have a problem with my windows.
Suddenly my windows can't detect some audio output devices.
If I troubleshoot this problem, it says there is no problem and everything works.
I´ve reinstalled all drivers and updated my .NET Framework for some other reasons.
And it doesn't work.
Have no idea, what to do.

How to replace the default mail and calendar app with Outlook
Hey everyone. I recently bought a laptop. I also bought the office 365 personal subscription, which includes Outlook. Now I don't want two apps handling the same jobs. So I decided I would remove the default mail and calendar app and use Outlook since I'm paying for it. I haven't done it yet but will do soon. So I will use Windows PowerShell to do this. But the thing is that will uninstalling the mail and calendar app and also remove the calendar thing in the taskbar? I don't know if the calendar in the taskbar is associated with the default mail and
calendar app or not? But I wanna know if it will really remove it?
And the second thing is that how do to set Outlook as my default mail and calendar?

Please HELP me...I've purchased a computer at an estate sale and can't sign on to it...
I recently purchased an HP 520-1047c computer with windows 7 Home Premium at an estate sale. However a couple days later I went to set it up and found that to logon as anything but a guest I need a password. I don't have the password. I went back to where the sale was, and there's no one around. A neighbor told me the man's relatives who ran the sale were from someplace back east but they didn't know where.
So now I have a very nice computer which I cannot use. My question is this:
How can I get around this? How can I use this computer? Can I use one of my windows 10 upgrades to get win 10 on it? If I can, will that cancel out the password requirement, or can I even do that without the password?
Please help me, I need this computer badly, but right now it's the most expensive solitaire game or just simply a boat anchor.

Problema de inicio por error 0xc000021a y no me aparece configuraciones de inicio con el CD de instalacion
Mi problema es que mi PC arroja un error: Error 0xc000021a.
Consultando acerca del error, aparece como solución iniciar con el CD de instalación la configuración de inicio, pero al intentarlo no me aparece esa opción. Me aparece: Restaurar sistema, Símbolo del sistema, Recuperación de imagen del sistema, Reparación de inicio; pero no Configuración de inicio.
Traté con la opción de restaurar sistema, pero me dice: No se admite esta opción en el sistema operativo que seleccionaste.
No sé que pensar. Les agradezco su ayuda, gracias.
