Certains de mes utilisateurs rencontrent un problème sur Word et/ou Outlook lorsqu'ils écrivent un texte ils ont une police par défaut en Calibri cependant lorsqu'ils saisissent un caractère spécial exemple "é" le texte passe automatiquement en Time New Roman, avez-vous une solution à me proposer pour résoudre ce problème.

Bom.. Eu estava jogando normalmente no meu Notebook, e usando o TeamSpeak3 quando de repente o som travou e começou a um barulho muito chato de disco arranhado (No alto-falante), Após isso eu reiniciei o PC e voltou ao normal, mas o microfone não está funcionando de maneira nenhuma, já tentei reverter o driver pra ver se funcionava mas nada adiantou, Fiz a formatação pelo meu disco original do win10 single language e o problema continuou, já tentei atualizar o driver, mas ele diz que já está atualizado pra versão mais recente e o problema nada de ser resolvido, busquei vários tópicos aqui no answers pra ver se alguma coisa melhorava, mas não achei nada com a marca do meu Notebook

I looked at that specific file and it is there, but obviously is not being recognized.
I went to "All Settings" to check if there were any other updates that had not gone through, and it says that my system is up to date. I then went to the troubleshooter but wasn't sure what category this would fall under. I ran the Hardware and Devices but found no problems. I also ran HomeGroup and it found no problems. There are no other computers that I share my files with, so didn't run Shared Folders.
I have a program that is called reimage, which is a PC Repair program for Windows. I ran that thinking that if there was a file missing then it would repair it. That didn't even fix the issue.
I've deleted the file and then created a new one with a text document but that didn't fix it either. Does anyone have any other recommendations? It seems like every time Windows does an update, there is always some sort of problem that shows up. Then, I have to spend days trying to figure out how to fix it. Would appreciate any help on this.
Hi, some time ago I bought an OEM winows OS, installed it on my computer, and now I want to replace the motherboard on my computer. Windows in normally transferable in these circumstances, but apparently not for OEM versions.
Is there any way I can avoid having to buy a new copy of windows after changing the motherboard? Some sort of upgrade maybe?

This morning when customers call my Skype number, my voice to them sounds garbled and distorted. So far I've tested the following
Skype to Skype contact calling is fine.
Me Skype calling out to cell/landline sounds fine
I've used the Skype Audio Test to make sure my audio is fine.
I've called from my cellphone other Skype numbers in my company, and they sounded fine.
There seems to be something wrong specifically with my Skype number but I have no idea how to troubleshoot that?

I have a bar chart showing durations with category labels:
The current chart would look something like this:
Time from Washington, DC to Ottowa
By car ---------- 9.435345 hours
On a bicycle ------------------- 42.12398918 hours
On foot -------------------------------------------------------- 303.32490324 hours
I want to use duration labels using this format: 9h 25m 9s.
How can I achieve this?
- There is no option to format by 'Duration'.
- Using a 'Time' format maxes out at 24 hours
- If I format the data itself to the strings I want, the chart is unable to draw the bars.
I am using Excel 2011 and have a file saved as .xls with a simple macro.
I am unable to save the file as .xlsx with the macro. When I try I get this message:
"Visual Basic macOS will be removed if you save the file in this format. "
Even when I end a session and save the file as .xls, I get this warning:
"This workbook contains features that will not work or may be removed if you save it in the selected format. Do you want to continue?"
I continue to save it and the file is saved properly. I am able to reopen it.
How can I continue to use my macro and either save it as .xlsx or avoid the warning when saving it as .xls?

I want to create a total list of birth dates.
As the list is pretty long I also want to create a subset of this list.
In Column A I have the name of the person
In Column B I have the birthdates (in format DD-MM-YYYY). e.g. 01-01-1980
In column F I want to type in a date, for instance today() in F1, then i would like so get a subset of the big list from F2 down:
-All names and Bdates of everyone that have their birthdates based on today()+7
So this could be a list of none, 1, 2, 10, 20 or even more people.

Steps I have taken so far:
Deleted the Outlook profile
Deleted the OST file
Recreated the mailbox on the mail server
I have not uninstalled Office as yet as I suspect it is a setting and will simply return after the install as settings are not removed usually.
Any help is gladly accepted. This is the only user that has this issue. It is Outlook 2013 as part of Office 2013 x32 Standard installed under Windows 10 Pro x64. All latest patches are applied to OS and office products.

I am logged into my Microsoft account. I have an open support issue which was supposed to be escalated to a level 3 engineer. They have never called me back as scheduled. Now when I try to log into the Virtual Agent and request to talk to a person, it presents three options - Chat, Call Me Back, or Schedule a Call. Regardless of which one I select, it just restarts the Virtual Agent all over again. I have tried for two weeks now trying at different times of the day and night.
How can I speak to a technician regarding my OPEN/UNRESOLVED support case?

When ever I loaded the resident Evil 7 game I am getting the below error.

Ich habe vor in einigen Tagen mein PC neu aufzuspielen mit Win 10.
Wenn ich das sonst gemacht habe, musste ich meine email Adresse eingeben und Hintergrund und Einstellungen wurden wieder übernommen.
Nun habe ich seit kurzer zeit eine neue Email Adresse und auch telefonnummer.
Ich kann, wenn ich mich bei Microsoft anmelde keine email Adresse ändern, da ich zuerst meine Identität bestätigen muss ( In email form oder per telefon, die es dummerweise beide nicht mehr gibt).
Wie bekomme ich zumindest eins von beiden geändert ? Telefonsupport kann oder will nicht weiter helfen.
Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir weiter helfen

seit einigen Wochen habe ich ein Problem mit meinem PC.. ich kann kein Spiel starten, jedes Mal kommt eine DirectX bzw. Direct 3D Fehlermeldung, die dann wie folgt lautet:
''Could not find any compatible Direct3D devices. This sample will now exit.''
Was ich schon versucht habe:
Das Kuriose dabei ist, dass dieser Fehler nicht konstant vorhanden ist, sondern nur manchmal. Ich konnte jetzt 3 Tage problemlos spielen und dachte, dass mein Problem endlich gelöst sei, doch als ich heute zocken wollte, wurde ich eines Besseren belehrt.
An manchen Tagen kann ich problemlos spielen und an anderen wieder nicht, obwohl ich keine Änderungen vornehme, wie geht denn sowas?? Ich bin wirklich frustriert..
Nachdem ich meine Grafikkarte komplett gelöscht und neu installiert habe, hat dann erstmal alles funktioniert, doch schon am nächsten Tag hatte ich wieder das selbe Problem..
