cant perform a system restore. says i'm missing a file and that anti virus software is running.
when i click on a file folder it says there's no program associated with it.
when i right click on a file it says cdm at the top.
don't know whats wrong. please help

Les comento un problema muy extraño que estoy presentando en Cortana Windows 10.
Especificamente y unicamente al dar click en el icono de wifi el disco duro se va al 100% viendolo en el administrador de tareas, dura do asi 20 minutos aproximadamente y ya despues de esto libera el disco sin mostrar nada en el wifi. Cada vez que se hace click en ese icono sucede lo mismo y solo de esta manera, imposibilitando el uso del sistema operativo en el momento de la lctira del disco al 100% por 20 minutos, tambien no se puede acceder a redes wifi por tal motivo.
Agradesco haber leido esto y espero algún experto que pueda dar información de por qué o como solucionarlo.
Hello, everyone, I'm having a bit of an issue, and thought I'd seek help from some of the more knowledgeable users out there.
A bit of background info first...
I've been using Skype for years without an issue, on two separate computers. The first ran Windows Vista. The latest ran/runs Windows 7.
The computer I'm currently running has 4 gigs of RAM, a duo-core processor and Windows 7. The computer is clean with no malware or virus issues. I just had it wiped and the operating system reinstalled.
My issue...
Some time ago, I went to Skype's website and downloaded it, but when it comes to the installation screen, it takes forever and simply doesn't progress forward. The installation screen is up, and it says, "Installing Skype. Please wait while Skype is installed. This may take a few minutes", and under this is the bar with the orange portion sliding left to right, not exactly a progress bar, but just an animated bar.
Anyway, it simply doesn't install. The screen is there, but that's it. Nothing else is happening. I could probably let it run for two hours and it wouldn't progress at all. I EVEN checked my task manager, and the installation process is not using any CPU. The screen says it's installing, but it's not. There's nothing actually happening.
I have no idea why it simply "stops" at this point. Any suggestions?
free video to DVD, anyone try it? Have any success? So far my personal, edited videos made with movie maker only play on my computer. Not on my DVD to television player. I may go back to Win 7 just for the DVD burning. Unless once you uninstall win 7 you can never install it w/the same features it had before.

Why is it thay Groove Music does not support mp3 format and instead has .wma? When you download it's all .wma and that cannot be saved to onedrive. .WMA format cannot be heard.
Any ideas? Thanks

(おとといまでは普通に使えていました。きのうの夜突如使えなくなりました)
私はサインイン状態にはなっていて、ファイルの一覧がみられるのですが
開こうとすると
「ファイルを開けません。ロックされているか十分な権限がない可能性があります」
と表示されます。
このトピックの方と原因は同じでしょうか？
他にスレッドをたてないといけなかったでしょうか。

【質問内容】OUTLOOKメール、代理送信する際の”○○が次の人の代理で送信しました”の○○の名前を変更したい
１台のパソコンのOUTLOOKに複数のメールアドレスを登録しています。
メールを送信する際、各アドレスの場所からメール作成をし、送信すると、
それぞれのメールアドレスで送信することができ、それぞれの送信済トレイに入ります。
ですが代理送信をする際、代理で送信したい人のアドレスを使用し、送信をすると
どのメールアカウントからメールを作成し、送信しても
毎回必ず同じメールアドレスから代理送信をしたようになってしまい、
送信したメールも、同じ送信トレイへ強制的に入ってしまいます。
それに伴い、”○○が次の人の代理で送信しました”という表記も
どのアドレスから送信しても、同じ人が代理送信したように表記されてしまいます。
メール作成したアドレスから代理送信したように表示する為にはどのようにすればよろしいですか？
