This is a recent issue, so thinking that maybe a recent update caused this problem. I had no issues saving a new Note and having it save to "On My Computer" Notes Folder. I finally realized that it is saving the new note, but not here, rather "Smart Folders".
Not sure why this is happening. Is this a setting somewhere? Thanks!

Some of the regions you can edit overlap.
So I want to make a protected document where people can fill in forms and click checkmarks
I restricted the editing and made those boxes available to edit by everyone.
Then I protected it and everything seems to be working in the protected mode.
But when I open it again...
Theres a dialogue that says.. "some of the regions you can edit overlap, and it's not possible to show them at the same time." Find next region I can edit.
It doesn't work after. You can't type or fill in the boxes.

윈도우 10 프로 64비트 1607 버전을 레노보 노트북에서 사용하고 있습니다.
노트북에는 지문 인식 로그인 기능이 장착되어 있습니다.
계정은 built-in adinistrator로 사용하고 있습니다.
인터넷으로 확인해보니 built-in administrator 계정을 사용하면 지문 인식 로그인이 불가하다고 나옵니다.
그래서 현재의 계정을 일반 administrator 계정으로 그 권한만을 변경하고자 합니다. 계정의 이름은 변화되어도 상관없습니다. 하지만 built-in administrator 계정의 소프트웨어와 데이터들은 그대로 사용해야 하기 때문에 그 권한만 변경하여 지문 로그인을 등록하고자 합니다.
또는 built-in administrator 계정으로 지문 로그인이 되면 더 좋구요.
이러한 계정 권한의 변경을 어떻게 해야 하는지 문의드립니다.

Problème de synchronisation avec outlook - compte office Famille et Petites entreprises 2013
Bonjour,
Depuis quelques jours, j'ai un problème de synchronisation de ma messagerie Outlook.
Sur le PC, il y a deux utilisateurs,
Le deuxième utilisateur qui utilise aussi outlook, n'a aucun problème.
Sur cette messagerie j'ai un compte messagerie chez Orange et un compte messagerie chez OVH.
Je n'ai pas de problème de synchronisation avec celle qui est chez OVH.
Par contre pour celle qui est chez Orange, je n'arrive pas à synchroniser la boîte de réception. Par contre, j'arrive à faire partir des messages.
Sur mon autre PC et sur mon téléphone, je n'ai par ailleurs aucun problème de synchronisation avec mon adresse Orange. Ce n'est donc pas un problème de serveur.
Avez vous une idée de ce qui se passe? Pourquoi d'un seul coup et sans raison, je n'ai plus de synchronisation?

Technical issues - help please?
Hi,
I did not realise it was so difficult to get Skype support. It says there is an option of a live chat, but I have spent the last half an hour attempting to access that and have just been taken around in circles which is very frustrating.
I am having numerous issues with my business Skype and need someone to check my account to make sure it is working properly. I use it on a regular basis and am having problems such as the following:-
- Apparently it looks like I am offline even when I am online
- It is not keeping all calls logged that I have made or people have made to me, so I am having to invite the person again which is very unprofessional
- I had a scenario today where I am working for someone and a Skype account I have spoken to them on a number of times did not even show as existing
- People are telling me that either they cannot find my business account when they search for it, or it is coming up as another Enterprise Exchange which has nothing to do with me or my business.
I need these issues resolved ASAP please?

Je suis sous Windows 10. Lorsque je rentre dans les propriétés d'un dossier ou d'un classeur, je n'ai que l'onglet "général" et l'onglet "version précédente" Les onglets : Raccourci, compatibilité et sécurité ont disparus.
ainsi il ne m'est plus possible de changer les icônes de ces dossiers ce qui est bien pratique pour les classements.
Il y a quelque temps l'accès aux propriétés ne posait pas de problème. Je ne peux pas dire après quoi cela s'est produit car je viens seulement de constater ce désagrément. j'ai lancé sfc /scannow, j'ai essayer un démarrage sans échec, j'ai voulu passer par un point de restauration, mais la tentative a échoué.
S.O.S merci de me lancer la bouée de sauvetage.

All received emails are going straight into my deleted items
hi there,
im looking for some help in regard to my office 365 account on outlook. I was recently sent a virus in the form of what looked to be a sercure PDF file. I had to enter my email and password to access it, i foolishly did and my email address was hacked and started sending the sane email out to all my contacts. Ive now changed my password but ive lost the entire contense of my inbox and now all recieved enails go directly into my deleted items file ? How do i change this so everything goes back to my inbox ?

Outlook 365 No Default Mail Client
Even though I set my Outlook 365 as the default mail client (outlook 2016); when using outlook, I continually get the banner depicted below:
I am also prevented from emailing a picture from my Pictures folder by a banner that says MAPI error 2

Op mijn Lumia 640 XL LTE krijg ik de laatste tijd de volgende berichten;
Enkele updates kunnen niet worden gedownload : meer informatie ;
Windows 10 mobile (10.0.15063.297) met deze update werkt uw telefoon nog beter.
Er zijn updates beschikbaar, maar er is tijdelijk 654.23 MB ruimte nodig voor het downloaden.
Verwijder enkele items die u momenteel niet nodig hebt, en probeer het opnieuw.
Uiteraard heb ik diverse items verwijderd, maar heeft geen resultaat bereikt.
De schijf 6.99GB gebruikt uit 7.28GB SD kaart D 1.40GB gebruikt uit 14.9GB
(Nieuwe apps. worden opgeslagen op SD kaart D
Een T-Mobile shop kan mij hier ook niet verder mee helpen.

Ouverture d'un fichier Excel à l'ouverture de Windows 10
J'ai du formatter mon disque dur.
Avant, quand j'ouvrais Window 10, j'avais un fichier Excel qui s'ouvrait automatiquement.
Malheureusement, je ne me souviens plus comment j'avais fait pour cela.

Je viens de réinitialiser mon portable. En voulant réinstaller office 2016, en entrant la clé du produit, il m'est impossible de l'entrer pour la valider. Ce portable je l'ai acheté l'an dernier avec office 2016. Tout etait compris de le pack. Merci de pour vos etour.

The thread has been ignored, for months. Maybe the problem has also been ignored. There is supposedly a bug filed for engineers, but nobody from Microsoft will answer whether its been viewed or an attempted fix been checked in to any recent builds.

SFB Communication from mobile client issues
Hello Everybody,
i have been seeing the weirdest thing lately on SFB Mobile client. i have a two part question
1. when you are online on both desktop and mobile client shouldn't you get a IM message or call on both of them instead of getting all the notifications on desktop client only.
2. SFB mobile to mobile communication is not working but both accounts are logged in and are online. somehow it is showing as if i am not online.

I am new to skype business.
I recently attended a meeting and participants were able to ask questions. When they did so their image (read or avatar) appeared lower in the screen.
I couldn't figure out how to actually ask a question... Is there a function like IM to click or is it enough just to speak?
