Unable to get On-Demand working for OneDrive
I have tried multiple times; including uninstall and reinstall and even on multiple computers but I am unable to get On-Demand to work. The notification says it is Enabled, but nothing happens, you don't see the status column in Explorer and when you check, the check box for On-Demand is missing.
After I log in, goes right to selection of files to "Sync" without option for On-Demand. I click the Enable button on the notification and once it goes through is "processing" cycle and says everything is done yet nothing shows up in the OneDrive direction. Going into settings shows the On-Demand option is not selected, I select it and say Ok. OneDrive will restart and re-log in, the notification banner says On-Demand is Enabled - goes through "processing" cycle again; after giving a scare that there are NO files. However, yet again, comes up as completed, with no folders/files shown in the OneDrive directory.
Also, the Status column is missing as well as the right-click menu options. Going back into Settings shows the On-Demand option unchecked.
I have recorded a session of a new install showing the behavior and well as have logs.

Windows 10 REALLY Stuck in High Contrast Mode
The other day I was tweaking some settings on my laptop, just trying to optimize for performance. I turned on high contrast mode, but it wouldn't fully turn off.
I thoroughly checked all of the theme, color, and Ease of Access settings. I've restarted the computer, ran deep virus scans, driver updates, updated Windows to 10.1, System File Check, Disk Error Check, Windows Memory Diagnostic, etc. Pretty much everything I could think of or find from research.
Some of the high contrast effects went away, but a lot of Windows and 3rd party applications still have a black backgrounds and colored text and highlights. The text blending into the background makes some programs almost unusable (Task Manager, File Explorer, no descriptions in Services). It doesn't go away when I boot into Safe Mode. The screenshots below should show this pretty well.
I've been researching the last two days for a fix, but can't find any solutions. I'm totally stumped. Is there anything else I can do next? Thanks in advance.

Airserver installed but program closes itself after a second
I installed the program Airserver for mirroring screens from my ipad to my desktop, whenever i start the program, it loads n then I click on it, it just closes n disappears, i even checked the log, it says "AirServer shutdown. Exit code: 0."

一週間前から、スカイプビデオが、画面が、途中でフリーズしたり、いきなり消えてしまったりしています。

Suspicious Outbound Traffic Detected in Norton 360
Hi, everyone, earlier today went turned on my monitor for my computer I saw a pop-up from my Norton 360 Security suite saying "Outbound Traffic Detected, We have detected a large amount of suspicious activity on your system. Your computer may be infected with something that Norton Power Eraser can detect and remove." Then it asks I want to run Norton Power Eraser. Here is a screenshot of it:
After this happened I checked the logs and I noticed that Norton said that "An intrusion attempt by 66.240.250 was blocked." (There were two of these instances or entries the Security History Window/Popup.) I have circled them in orange in the picture below:
There is also an instance or entry in the Security History Window/Popup that says Intrusion Prevention Auto Block has blocked IP: 66.240.205.34 for a period of 30 minutes. (Circled in above screenshot in green) When I clicked on the more details option of one of the intrusion attempts, in the IPS Alert section it said System Infected: GhostNet Backdoor Activity 3 (the Second entry or instance was called System Infected: GhostNet Backdoor Activity), and the traffic description was TCP, Port 60670. Here is a screenshot of it
After this I ran Norton Power Eraser and detected something but I think they are false positives because two of the files were installers for Adobe CS2 that I download from Adobe's website, two were batch files that I made myself, one
was a Google Chrome bookmarks file and the last one which I think the most suspicious was a registry key for "microsoft. powershell". See screenshot Below: 
The registry key is: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PowerShell\1\ShellIds\Microsoft.PowerShell\"ExecutionPolicy" and the file thumbprint is SHA: Not Available. See screenshot Below:
What does this mean? What should I do? What is going on? Is my computer infected? Should I repair the Registry Key? One thing that I think is odd is that in the Security History Window/Popup that there are several entries or instances
of "ip Address has disappeared from adapter Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter" (then it lists ip address.) Here is a screenshot of it:

the software that I have mentioned was downloaded from the developer's website My computer seems to be running as well at it used to I have not noticed any abnormal performance slow downs except for my wireless adapter. I done multiple antivirus scan recently

1. 有朋友遇到过回收站里的文件怎么删除都删不掉吗？
即删除后下拉一遍发现又出来了，重复几次都不行的。
2. 出现第一种情况没几天后，回收站又变成会自动删除了，一般怎么解决呢？
比如说：一周前或其他时间删除的文件到了回收站，也没有清理回收站和清理垃圾，结果过几天再进回收站里一看，全部清空了。

outlook垃圾邮件无法删除
公司outlook邮箱每天都会对垃圾邮件进行删除 并且将已删除文件再次进行删除
但是第二天这些删除了的文件又会重新回到收件箱 请问该如何解决呢
