I updated to Skype 8 and i no longer can keep my calls in the background. I would be talking to someone and they send me a link to a video while on the call i can commentate what happens in the video without the call being on hold, but now the call gets put on hold and ends after 1-2 minutes. Is there any way to keep the call open while listening to music or videos? I was able to do it before the update.

Problem downloading attached file
After clicking on the file I'm trying to download, it flashes repeatedly on the screen, but doesn't open. I then have to exit. This happens from Gmail.

OneNote 2016 - Drag error
Good day,
I am a OneNote 2016 user.
I can not drop or cancel when I click in a table.
Only I can do is dragging. even I can't get out of OneNote at that time.
Is anybody have a difficulty with it like me?

Custom theme colors not showing in Word
I went through the trial that I imagine most Office for the Mac users go through trying to figure out how to create color themes for charts in Excel. I learned that you can only create color themes on the Mac in PowerPoint. So I created a color theme in PowerPoint. I quit and restarted all my Office applications and voila! The custom color theme showed in Excel. So I copied my charts from Excel into my Word document naively thinking that the custom color theme would show up in Word as well. But no. Only the built-in color themes are showing up in Word, and any chart I copy from Excel that uses my custom color theme takes on default colors in Word.
Can anyone tell me if there is some way using the Word UI to get the custom color theme to show up? Or do I need to edit an XML file?
Please note: I did a lot of searching on this topic, and there's someone who has graciously created tutorials for creating font themes. I read these, and they don't seem to apply to my situation. I need a color theme that I already created in PowerPoint, and that works in Excel to also work in Word.

I am redirected to Microsoft IT Corporate sign in when I try to sign into my Office 365 account on a different computer
I am trying to log into Office 365 from my laptop at https: // login.microsoftonline.com. I have an Office 365 for Business account. However when I try to enter the email and password I am redirected to a Microsoft Corporate IT page I have never seen before and asked for a smart card or pin. It won't recognise my username and password. What is going on? It works fine on my PC.

Weird letters
Typing in Word the newly typed letters suddenly changed to weird, with lots of accents and a "d" with a cross line through it, like Icelandic. Restarting didn't help.

Recovery Drive Is Not An option.
Probably few days worth of searching to how to reset my computer. I've seen a whole bunch of methods that didn't work. This one, however, shows a lot of potential. I've made the recovery drive using a USB and tried to use it. To my dismay, there is no choice to use it. I get six options, but none for this. I have tried the method where you press F12 or F11 at the booting process, but it too doesn't have it. Am I just an idiot and there is a simple solution? This is making me go insane! I just want my computer unclogged, but apparently there's no easy solution. Just the thought of playing my games at a constant 60 fps makes me want to keep on searching. But this might be my last attempt at fixing this awful problem.

MS Word 2016 on Mac getting spinning ball
Hi,
MS Word 2106 on my Mac gets dreaded spinning ball when i select a text box and hit delete.
Tried restart, resaving under another name, reformatting the text in the box then deleting - this worked then error came back.
Any help much appreciated.

Windows Creator Update seems to have stopped??
I'm in the middle of upgrading to Windows Creator update and my screen is at 75%. The little wheel that goes around when it's updated has completely stopped and it seems as though the system has stopped. There's no activity at all. Is this normal.
I'll let it go until the morning to see what happens, but what do I do if there's no activity. It says not to turn my computer off.

windows7 Excel2010を使用して集計表（複数のタブの合計数を集計したもの）を作っているのですが
合計した数値だけを別のブックに保存したいので、別のブックに集計したタブをコピーして
その上に値を貼り付けようとしているのですが「この操作には、同じサイズの結合セルが必要です。」
というコメントが出て貼り付けできません。
コピーしたものに貼り付けようとしているので形式が違うことも考えられません。
どうしたら貼り付けられるのか教えていただけると助かります。

Email forwarding blocked by verification request
I want to set up email forwarding on my account, but when I click the tab, it demands I verify my account. So I click THAT button, it asks for my phone number to text a code to. I enter it, I get the code, I enter the code, I click submit, and it brings
me to my Microsoft account summary page. There is nothing on this page about verifying my account. I go back to the email forwarding page, and it is still demanding I verify my account. I have done this five times. I was annoyed I had to do it the first time.
Every time thereafter has pushed me further into pissed off territory. The time I've wasted searching through my Microsoft account, trying to find the "VERIFY MY EMAIL" button, is time I could have spent doing things I wanted to do. After hitting Submit on
the Enter Access Code page, there should be nothing else. The email should be verified. That it is not is rapidly becoming infuriating. There are two sentences of instruction in the entire process, and I have followed them to the letter, which is literally
impossible to fail, unless you are trying to do so. Enter phone number to get code. Check. Enter code. Check. Verified email account? Not check. Somebody, please, tell me what I am doing wrong before I put my fist through my computer. As it is, cleaning up
the language in this post has been an effort.

Amigos MAIS UM PROBLEMA após recente atualização, meu lumia 640 xl atualizou a alguns minutos e a barra de ações e notificações simplesmente SUMIU.
Não desce ao passar os dedos de cima pra baixo.
Para acessar QUALQUER configuração só indo em configurações e procurar uma a uma
Para ver as atulizações nos apps, só abrindo um a um
Wi fi ativar ou desativar só indo no menu...
È erro???Ou agora só vai ficar assim????
Nâo aguento mais tanto problema após cada atualização,
Tem como resolver e fazer algo que mostre as notificações e ações ao deslizar os dedos na tela de cima para baixo??????

Installing Only Microsoft Access 2013 on top of Existing Suite
Hello:
I have a previous install of Office 2013 (a version that did NOT include Access). I now have an Office 2013 professional suite that DOES include Access. In the new install, I only want to select Access from the entire Professional suite, but I want to make sure it doesn't tamper with all my other apps (i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point, etc).
Can I safely just install only the Access component without it thinking I want to delete all the other pre-existing Office apps?
