Tengo Windows 7. Anoche dejé mi pc descargando unos archivos.
En la mañana el equipo se reinició. El tema de escritorio que aparece es el antiguo de Windows 3.11.
Cuando entra a Personalizar para cambiar el Tema de escritorio a Windows 7 Basic (el cual tenía) está deshabilitado. No se puede elegir ninguna otra opción de Personalización. ¿Cómo puedo regresar a mi estado anterior?

前日のWin10のアップデート(恐らくKB4022725)後にエクセル(2013)のUIが古いものになってしまいました。
リボンUIでなく、昔のエクセルのようなUIです。

問題を起こす方法:
普通にエクセルファイルをダブルクリックしてファイルを開くと、UIが変わっている。
問題を回避する方法:
先にエクセル本体を起動しておき、エクセルファイルを開くと普通のリボンUIのインターフェイスになる。
もし同じような問題の方や、解決方法が分かる方がいらっしゃいましたら何卒よろしくお願い致します。

I have an xblue Networks Skype Desktop Telephone, model # SP2014.
Until about a week ago, I never experienced any problem calling out or receiving SkypeIn calls to my Skype number. That all changed. Now, any attempts made to dial the Skype Number result in the calling phone hearing a single ring followed by a rapid busy signal. Nothing is being received by the xblue phone.
I have rebooted the phone numerous times. I have no problem making calls out. But, no calls can be received.
I have also linked my skype account to a MS account, rebooted, re-logged in, still no resolution.
Where can I get assistance on this specific matter?
Printer Canon Pixma G3000(wifi), operated well up until latest windows 10 update approx 3-4 weeks ago. Since then cannot get printer working, can see printer on devices and printers page, in the unspecified row, but can't move or activate.
When try to add printer in windows 10 settings, I try to browse for printers from windows list, cannot see G3000
Have Canon setup disc, it can't complete download of driver.
Nothing has changed in printer, wife still printing from her apple, only thing changed is windows update
Peeved that get an update that buggers up your settings.

When this patch installs on my machine I experience some odd issues involving peripherals and installed hardware in my laptop.
The machine came installed with Windows 10, it is only about a month old, but the version it had originally was prior to the creator (1703) build. It is a GL753VE Signature Edition, Asus Gamer laptop. It has i7-7700 HQ CPU, with 64 bit Windows 10 factory installed.
When the patches above install, it tells me that my wireless card has a fatal error and will not allow it to work. It mentions an update to my wireless card that indicates elsewhere that it successfully installed on 6/2/17. My device manager lists the device as Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless - AC 7265, using a driver 19.30.0.4 provider Intel, Digital Signer - Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility Publisher.
Also, my peripheral HID devices suddenly fail.
I have a MadCatz RAT9 5 button programmable mouse. Its not a $20 cheap mouse, but one that I use for gaming (on a PC meant for gaming ..imagine that) I installed the drivers and the software for this device to use the option to choose several profiles and to use all 5 buttons on the mouse. It works just fine, until this patch applies. Then, it comes up with driver errors and messages about the digital signature for a device I've been using with no issue for over a month. If I uninstall the patch, it will no longer remember the device by name since I applied the software before the patch, but after the initial setup that came with the machine. It will work as a generid HID device (mouse), but only left/right click will be available. I'll have to go redo the driver/software download so buttons 4/5 will work again. Additionally, I must simultaneously fight to not have THIS patch apply itself again. - Impossible because the system IMMEDIATELY tries to reinstall the update while restarting to install the driver, it also installs the whole patch again.
I also have a Belkin N52te 19 key left handed gamer keypad. It too becomes an invalid device, even though it works fine until this patch. Because this device remembers its own profile, I've never had to install the software on this particular machine. I actually update it with software on my Windows 7 computer and then just plug it into any USB port to have it work on this machine. As with the mouse, it tells me the driver is unsigned and possibly corrupt - even though nothing at all has changed except this set of patches and no driver install was done. It actually runs on the generic HID keyboard Microsoft driver the whole time.
I tried to roll back to the previous build, which works fine, but then I cannot make a recovery point (won't let me do it..dunno why). I am able to uninstall KB4022725 separately, but cannot uninstall KB4022405 - I have to roll back to the previous build - before 1703 creators update.
My husband's computer - purchased and set up on the same day - same model, etc...does EXACTLY the same thing except he uses Razer mouse/keypad instead of the RAT/Belkin - but his devices suddenly cannot work properly either. This happens every time you restart or get a new set of forced updates.

I am running Windows 7 Professional SP1. I recently did two windows update on 6/11/2017 and 6/13/2017 and now my Dell laptop isn't responding to the mouse properly. It is definitely a software issue since the mouse (both trackpad and USB mouse) works when I click within Internet Explorer (I know I shouldn't use IE but Chrome doesn't respond) and some windows. The windows toolbar and some important applications do not respond to my mouse clicks. The keyboard works fine.
I've tried to do system restore in both normal and safe modes (result: unable to restore due to a file or antivirus program - I don't have any anti-virus program installed) and reinstalling the drivers through device manager to no avail. I tried to restore my computer to a backup I saved in an external harddrive and it is unable to restore (same message as system restore).
I don't really care about any programs or files in the computer. I just want my computer to be fully functional.
Can someone please help?
Olá. O HD do meu notebook foi roubado e ele continha o windows 7 family pack original instalado. Esta licenca da direito a 3 PCs e o instalei em duas maquinas, no notebook e num desktop. Estou prestes a instalar o terceiro.
Meu medo é o hd ser instalado num outro notebook equivalente que permita ao ladrao acessar meus arquivos pessoais. Quero saber se ha a possibilidade deste hd ter o acesso bloqueado, caso eu compre um hd novo e reinstale este mesmo windows 7 no meu notebook. Ouvi dizer que se eu exceder o numero de maquinas com a mesma chave, um deles bloqueia. É verdade isso?
Is there a way to bypass backstage when opening word or excel?
I just want it to open straight to a blank document rather than backstage first.
