My new Skype does not notify me of incoming calls. Only posts missed call icon in chat chat window
This is quite annoying and unhelpful.

月額プランを購入、スカイプ番号を取得しました。
どちらも日本です。
スカイプ番号の表示を行いたいため、機能の発信者IDから登録しようとしました。
「Skype から携帯電話や固定電話への通話またはテキスト (SMS) 送信時に表示される番号」
の画面で「国または地域」で日本がドロップダウンリストに見つかりません。
したがって電話番号の欄に国番号の81が表示されず、取得したスカイプ番号を入れても
その番号に81を追加して入れても、エラーもしくはやり直しのメッセージ等になって
登録することが出来ません。
原因と対処方法がわかれば教えて下さい。宜しくお願い致します。

Ms office installation for students
Hallo,
I have signed up to Ms office 360 yesterday using my University email address, which was accepted and a code was sent to my email and I signed up successfully, but after I signed into my account to download and install Ms office applications on my computer, I couldnt find the download/install option, I could only use them online, couldnt figure out how to download them, there was only just one installation button for Ms one drive. What can I do to be able to download the rest of the applications? Thank you

Cortana on Android Calendar problems
Cortana on Android Phone
When I open Cortana to view reminders and calendar lists a lot of the calendar events are 2 or 3 days old.
They are coming from Google and Outlook calendars but I can't delete them.
I created an event a few weeks ago with Outlook calendar that was completed but was still listed 4 days later.
I deleted it from the calendar synced and it was still there.
In the end I unistall the App and reinstalled to clear it.
Any ideas?

New Skype Display Screen
Having seen the new Skype Display, I chose not to upgrade, but with the Windows 10 Creative update, Skype updated without my permission or knowledge. I don't know if it is related to my vision or my laptop screen, but the solid black screen background actually makes if very difficult for me to see anything. Frankly, the way it appears, it's just not worth the hassle. The idea is to make communication easier not more difficult. But I can't find anything that lets me choose the colors that work for me. Is there a way to adjust or change the display. Previous one worked fine.
And by the way- why I am forced to choose a sub-topic when none of the options relate to my question?

Power Pivot Measure not summing
I created a measure in the AR Aging table and when I dragged it over to the VALUES field in my pivot table the numbers transferred over correctly but they are showing the sum. Summing the values is also not an option in "Value Field Settings" --> "summarize values by..."

How can I get my values to sum correctly in my pivot table? I am looking for "1,239" (the sum of 929 and 310) to show up in the grand total row.

IRM licensing is disabled , Need to send SECURE email every so often
I have access to the admin panel online of office 365 when I went to create a rule for encrypting messages with the subject of SECURED it said I do not have " IRM licensing is disabled"
How do I enable it and I only want this for emails every so often , not every time what is the procedure to do this and all so what is the extra cost to my account for this?
