I have a library on my intranet that I can get to from various links on sites and subsites. But when I try to open the library folder on the Site content page, I get a 404 NOT FOUND error. The library is there. The link from Site contents is corrupted
and needs to be repaired. I cannot delete the content and recreate. I tried copying the library under a new name, but this is no good as it is missing the custom columns I added. Please help me edit the link on the Library folder.

Skype for Business
Hi,
I've been having a lot of difficulty getting in touch with support-- it just seems like a merry-go-round of links! I hope this is the right place.
I have a very simple problem with what (I hope!) will have a very simple solution: I can't join any Skype for Business meeting. I have installed and reinstalled the web application without success, tried using browsers (Firefox, Internet Explorer) other than my default (Google Chrome), and still have the same result. The "landing page" says my app's been installed and my meeting is opening in another window, but this window never loads. I don't have any script or ad-blocking extensions enabled. I'm not sure what else to do. The app installer seems to "hang" after loading so that it never actually installs to my computer or browser.

I have the same problem. I have tried all the listed solutions to no avail. Page breaks cannot be deleted or reset. Even opening an Excel template results in extra page breaks.

Best Exchange migration method to deal with existing accounts and mailboxes in O365
Hi,
Our current setup is local AD and Exchange 2010 with about 200 users.
However, the O365 tenant has been set up for a while with most of these local users also being set up as cloud users @domain.onmicrosoft.com, this is heavily used for SharePoint, Dynamics, OneDrive and lots of other things - and these cloud users already have a mailbox in Exchange Online.
So, this is proving to be a bit difficult to migrate as we really do not want to delete the online users (which would certainly allow us to do the migration - however, backing up everything in O365 to do this would be a nightmare).
While we can sync up the users with AD Connect using SMTP matching, the users will still have 2 mailboxes, one locally and one in O365. This kind of puts pay to a Hybrid migration.
For a Cutover migration, the users already exist in O365 and so again that will not work.
So that pretty much leaves a PST migration.
Am I missing something?
Is there any way to migrate these mailboxes from on-prem to O365 if the user accounts and mailbox already exist in O365?

I see you got your cutover migration running, did you manage that with existing O365 users and mailboxes?
The links provided for you do not work any more and I am also in the situation where we have local AD and Mailbox users and O365 users with Exchange Online mailboxes and lots of data in the cloud so deleting the users is not an easy option at this stage.

Turning off notifications for second email account on Office 365 Outlook on Macbook
I have recently got a Macbook Pro and have Office 365 Outlook app on there for work. My work email is set up fine and works great. However, sometimes I need to reply from our universal business email address. I have only worked out how to do this by adding the second account as a delegate. Unfortunately this means I get email notifications from the main business inbox. Is there way to turn off notifications for the second account but keep them for my main account? I don't even need to access the inbox, I just need to be able to chose the business email in the "From" field.
Any help appreciated.

Scam and Account Hacking
Our office email has been infiltrated. We have an entire roster that has been targeted very hard. There has been a phishing attempt, and mime emails sent to contacts. We have received emails asking for verification of our account, emails stating the user's account has timed out, and there have been emails sent out that mimic our mannerisms to business contacts.
Example: A title company received an email from one of our real estate agents asking them to wire the earnest money. The title company happened to contact the agent and the agent told the title company that they had not been sending ANY emails.
Example: One of our agents was asked to verify their account and was forced to change her email but was then locked out of her account.
Example: I sent out a mass office email and received notification from the Microsoft server that said the message was undeliverable to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** - There was a Mime attachment which meant it was encrypted and I don't encrypt or lock down my emails. <PII

In short, our office is getting locked out of their accounts, and contacts are receiving false emails from our agents.
What can we do?

outlook 2016 for mac 15.34 randomly not downloading attachments
Dears, after updating to outlook for mac 2016 v.15.34 it randomly not downloading attachments company wide. the attachments are there on OWA but in outlook they are greyed out and in sync error window the below error is shown

iOS Onenote crashes when opening notebook on sharepoint with authentication
I am using Onenote 16.0 (170508) on an iPad with iOS 10.3.2 (and on an iPhone 6S with 10.3.3 beta). I have notebooks stored on a Sharepoint Server accessible via HTTPS with authentication.
Until the last upgrade to the Onenote app two weeks ago, opening and working and syncing worked fine. I just needed to go to the Sharepoint in Safari, click on the link to the notebook and open it in Onenote. Then the authentication dialogue opened and after successfully authenticating I could work with the notebook.
Now, with the new update, when clicking on the link in Safari and opening in Onenote, Onenote crashes. I did reinstall the app, I also resetted all authentication data.
Someone an idea?

Junk email preferences missing from Outlook 2016
After upgrading to outlook 2016 I was surprised to find that most of the junk email preferences have now gone, specifically relevant to me is the option to only receive mail from my safe senders list. I have more than 20 accounts on my outlook and get
100's of irrelevant/junk emails every day so I only like to see emails from my safe senders list go into my inbox. Now this option has been removed I am forced to click 'block sender' then move to these emails to junk manually every time I check my mail. I
can't go back to 2011 because of the outdated SSL ciphers on that version. I just can't believe this option has been removed from the latest version. This must have been brought up before but If anyone have any ideas on a workaround please post.

Can't install Office 2016 after uninstalling O365
I recently installed Office 2016 Pro Plus using the Office deployment tool. Realizing this was wrong in my environment since it forces you to install O365, I changed to use the Office Customization tool so that I can pick and chose what gets installed and license it with the KMS server.
This worked on several of our servers no problem. I have two servers though that come up with the error below.
I have used the easy fix tool, run through all manual uninstall steps. I cannot find what is causing this error. These are server 2008 r2 boxes this is happening on.

Outlook for Mac - indexing/search
I'm on the last straw with Outlook 2016 for Mac. Every couple of months, Outlook crashes and the index just gets blown away and search doesn't work. The only fix is to reinstall Office, resetup all of my accounts (I have 7) and get all of my signatures put back.
This is absolutely ridiculous and, frankly, I've had it. What is the fix for this beyond reinstalling Outlook once a quarter or more? It's either this gets fixed or I have to move to something else. I don't have time to constantly reinstall Office. It's beyond frustrating. I do IT for a living and I know how this stuff works and I can't fix it. Not cool.

Windows 10 Creator update media creation tool fails to fix 0xc0000098 and 0xc00000f
I updated to Win 10 from 7.
What appears to have been the cause of this boot error headache is that I had performed a check disk the night before I ran into this issue.
I have tried every suggestion offered on the Microsoft Support website to try and fix the 0xc0000098 and 0xc00000f error codes.
What I have done so far:
I downloaded the Media Creation Tool to a USB. Changed the Boot sequence to "Onboard USB CD-ROM , shut down computer, inserted the USB Media Creation Tool, turned computer back on, hit a key, which opened the Options menu. Chose the fix start up and ended up with the 98 error code..
Next I tried the (OUTDATED AND HARMFUL) advice that was shown as a Solution on Microsoft Support about using my Windows 7 installation disk that would install the utilities to fix boot error, which lead me to my most recent mess.
After I start up my computer, and strike any key, I immediately get the 98 error code. When I tried F12, I get an options menu, but it is on a black screen. It gives me the option to use: Onboard or USB CD-ROM drive, USB Device, or my hardrive as a boot choice. When I choose USB, I get the 98 error code.
I have downloaded the iOS option of the Media Creation to my old Windows 7 pro laptop that I have, but when I try to burn it to a DVD, I cannot get it to do so. When I tried to burn it using the iOS burn option, I get the error message "wait for the burner to warm up" or, if it actually starts to burn, it stops and shows "Error" but no code. I have not gotten the error message about the DVD not having enough room.
I've spent way way too many hours trying to fix this, and I'm close to throwing my computer out the door, (but cannot afford to do so).
One thing is for certain: All "Solutions" and redirects found on Microsoft's support site that suggest using an old (prior to10) installation disk, need to be removed before anyone else attempts to use the wrong information
I want anyone who reads this to know that I don't always remember the correct vernacular, but I do hope that my substitutions do the job.
Thank you to anyone who has the correct Solution to my boot error problem!
(Had I been more saavy, I would have realized that the blame for the failure of my not having a Recovery disk lays squarely on Microsoft. The multiple times that I tried, and failed to burn a Win 10 recovery disk , is due to their not including an app to burn to DVD, AND not being upfront about informing their customers that they will have to use some "alternate" burner.)
