My laptop has been shutting down randomly most usually when I am not idle. When I am using the laptop there seems to be a chance every time I press some key, laptop sleep will be triggered.
Anyone else having the same problem recently?

Windows10でWord2016を使っていますが、保存をして閉じる際に頻繁に【Microsoft Wordは動作を停止しました】となり、→【Wordは再起動しています】となってしまいます。 2回に1回はこのような状態です。
また、まれに文書を作成中に同様の症状で動作が停止してしまうことがあり、困っております。
プログラムの修復は行ってみましたが、解決できませんでした。
文書は自分のPC上に保存しています。Wordで文書を作った場合どのファイルでも起こりえます。
文書作成中に上書き保存はできますし、普通に保存して閉じられるときもあります。どうしてエラーが出ることがあるのかが全く分からない状況です。
上書き保存して、右上の×をクリックして閉じても、「上書き保存しますか」を表示させて保存を選択しても結果は同様になります。
どのようにしたら解決できるかが分からず困っております。よろしくお願いいたします。

Fiber optic yet unable to make a video call!
I am using the latest version of Skype desktop for Windows 7 pro. I have a fibre-optic broadband connection which is consistently showing upload and download speeds of 20mbps from a local speed test, yet when I have Skype voice calls, the conversation is choppy and the Skype network indicator shows at best 4 yellow bars. Last week, the quality of the skype calls was so bad that my line dropped 10 times during a 2 hour conference call with 2 other people. My ISP has changed all the cables and replaced the modem, I have upgraded the firmware on my high-end DLink router and done everything else I can think of, including reducing the number of applications open on my desktop but there are no signs of improvement.
Note: I am in Saudi Arabia if it makes a difference.

Editing home movies in Movies & TV
I edited one home movie in Movies & TV, but then all of a sudden I could not any more. There were no editing choices at the top of the frame, nor the trash can at the bottom of the frame (to the right of the play/pause arrow). At the bottom of the frame
is a 10 with a curved left-pointing arrow above it (right clicking on it, says Skip Back), and to the other side of the play/pause arrow is a 30 with a curved right pointing arrow above it. ??? How do I get the editing functions to come back? Thank you.

Не активируется windows 10 с ошибкой 0x803f7001. Цифровая лицензия. Да, я менял жесткий диск 2 раза: потому что 1 сломался, 2-й был временным (и тоже плохим) и наконец у меня нормальный жесткий диск, но windows не активируется. После смены на 2-й жесткий
диск все работало прекрасно. Средство устранения неполадок не работает (и через на "этом устройстве были недавно изменены аппаратные компоненты тоже")

P.S А еще я один раз выключил компьютер не очень правильно и после этого ярлыки меню пуск отвалились - может какая-нибудь ошибка случилась? А калькулятор, например, вообще пропал даже из поиска, шестеренка настроек не работает - работает только через ПКМ ->параметры. И само окно параметров на панели задач не отображается, как, например, открытая папка или приложение - так вроде не должно быть, нет?

With the above example, sheet 2 D3: D unlimited would show up as below , which doubled the height of column A's range in Sheet 1.

Softkeyboard and Cortana After Windows update 16125
I have updated and rolled back several times on my Surface Pro 4. The issues are as follows:
When you remove the keyboard (physical) it asks if you want to switch to tablet mode - but then does nothing.
When you force it into tablet mode the symbol for the keyboard appears on the taskbar but does NOTHING when you tap on it (ie no keyboard appears)
Cortana responds to "hey Cortana" but then fails to recognise anything after that - and often locks up.
I have searched and dont seem to see anyone else having the issues - can someone tell me how to troubleshoot this ?

Paid $199 to SupportNex , are they legit
First post here.
recently while trying to recover a missing GoPro video I registered for a software called Stellar Photo Recovery, which is legit. However while encountering difficulties with the registration I called a number supposedly for Stellar support which had a guy with a Indian accent who told me to go to upc123.com to download something and took control of my PC and successfully fixed the Stellar registration problem. But after that he convinced me to spend 199 on SupportNex, which he promised would improve the PC.
Afterwards I googled them and found almost nothing. I decided it may not be legit but their site does state they have refund option so I called them and he promised refund in 5-10 business days. Should I trust them, or immediately go to my bank and withdraw the 199$ transaction, which is still pending?
the thing is I leave the country for 2 weeks in a few days so I don't want to get into any legal issues since I won't be able to make calls and stuff.
