I'm using windows 10 (latest upgrade) and microsoft office 2007. Whenever I try to open an office file from anywhere other than the program, my computer won't allow it....wants me to install office 360 or install a missing dll. Since I installed the
latest windows upgrade, the file system classifies all word files as office 360 files....not windows 2007 files as they were originally produced. How do I resolve?

Add outlook.com account to Outlook 2016
After updating to Creators Update Outlook 2016 stopped working when sending emails ...
I removed all accounts, and profile through Mail settings in control panel.
Now I can not add the Outlook.com account anymore. I can add the two work email accounts that I have.
Tried without success:
* Removed two factor authorization
- Did not work with account password .
* Enabled two factor authorization
- Did not work with either account password nor a new app password.

Video frezzes on both sides of the call and skype crashes
Hi everybody
I have been using Skype for a long time and never had this problem . But last couple of weeks i have problems with the video.
It kind of happened after a skype update ( cant rememeber which one sorry) but i cant tell if it is related or just pure coincidence
Here is what happens. I start the call normally but after a time ( sometimes shorter sometimes longer ) image freezes. Sometimes is the image of my friend that freezes but my own little window keeps moving, and my friend keeps seeing me normally or sometimes both sides freeze or sometimes even my friend says i am frozen but i keep seeing the video normally.
If i minimize skype and only the small window is visible, the image moves normally.
Sometimes after this my skype just crashes.
I uninstalled skype, downloaded the latest version and reinstalled hoping it would help but it didnt make any difference.
I run windows 7 Home Premium SP1 and skype 7.36 and i am using my laptops camera.
I have no problem if i use other videochat programs, only with Skype
Any idea what could be going on?

Win7 forgets size of hard drive.
This is nuts! I have a PC running Win 7 and a 500GB hard drive.
Suddenly I start getting "Disk Full" errors. Windows Explorer says it's only 3GB. In Device Manager it says it's 500GB. I can guarantee that this lightly used PC is using no more than 70GB of disk space. Why isn't Windows reporting the correct usage of the hard drive?

After my last Windows update Build 16215.1000 (rs_prerelease), the keyboard of my notebook stayed unconfigured ´´a~~o´´e´´e~~o´´a
After my last Windows update Build 16215.1000 (rs_prerelease), the keyboard of my notebook stayed unconfigured. The accents ~ ´ doen't work.. they don't go above the letters a (á, ã) ou e (é) ou o (õ, ó) -->´´a~~o´´e´´e~~o´´a. The same occured with my wife's notebook. She updated yesterday her notebook and ocurred the same problem. We already tried to solve this problems in the keyboard configurations at the region and language setting, but nothing Works.
Is funny because in some Windows of the "Windows" like in the Internex Explorer, HUB Feedback or in the Chat of Support, my keyboard Works fine, without problems. But don't Works in Word, Excel, WhatsApp, and anothers Windows ou apps.
Please... solve this problems as soon as possible!

Windows 10 Insider Preview 16199.1000 wont install.
havent been able to run Windows 10 Insider Preview 16199.1000 (rs_prerelease) , everytime i restart/shutdown, it just restarts/shuts down, then when i check update it shows available, when i check history, so even when i restart (as it displays requiring a restart) i end up with still the build 16193.rs_prerelease 170507-1200.
i tried deleting all installation files as i read elsewhere, yet no luck nor can i rollback to previous update or pre- windows-insider update.
Am i forced to make a backup of all my data and setup a clean install of windows 10 in order to fix this?
Or will the next upcoming update surpass the 16100.1900 and install properly.

asp.net WebApplicationで作成したサイト(ボタン１つだけ）をIE11にて表示するとボタンク リックによるポストバック毎にIEのハンドル数が増加する現象が発生し、苦慮しています。
タスクマネージャのプロセスで見ると、iexplore.exe,iexplore.exe *32 があり、両方のハンドル数が増加します。1秒間隔でク リックすると、5分後1000位になります。
また、PCのIISにIPでアクセスした場合 例:http://192.168.10.100/ ハンドル数増加する
localhostでアクセスした場合 例:http://127.0.0.1/ ハンドル数増加しない
の違いもありました。
何か対策などご教示頂けると助かります

Cannot get out of High Contrast Ctrl + Shift + Print Screen shortcut
I pressed Ctrl + Shift + print Screen just to see the high contrast screen, I am on work computer with group policy which does not let me change themes or any rationalization settings. The computer is fine, it is only my profile that happens to be high contrast, if someone else login they do not see high contrast settings.
Windows 7 Enterprise
I have tried following
- Ctrl alt delete and click ease of access button and uncheck it (did this with restart between as well)
-Right click > Personalization > does not let me change me theme or any settings, it gives me error disabled by administrator
-Went to ease of access > make it easier to see > checked all and unchecked all and tried different combinations
-Press Ctrl + Shift + print Screen again which shows me the box to on or off since it is a toggle and it does for the computer itself but it does not do for my profile. When I do it on and press ctrl alt delete it shows me black screen , I do it again and it shows me non-high contrast screen (blue) but when I come back to my profile it is again high contrast.
-Went to my computer properties, selected advanced and optimize for best performance and restart
Is there anything else that would work?

급한(?) 마음에 365 Business version을 연간결제방식으로 구매하고
다운받아 설치하고 가상의 사용자도 만들어 라이선스 권리를 줘보기도 하는 등 조작하던 중
내 사용능력에선 365 Home version이 더 적절할 것으로 판단되는데 6시간정도 걸렸습니다.
문제는 어느 곳에도 비즈니스에서 홈버젼으로 변경가능한 메뉴가 보이질 않는다는 것이었고
하필이면 다음날이 공휴일이라 전화문의도 불가능한 처지라서
> 그냥 하루라도 더 흘러가지않게 바로 비즈니스계정을 구독취소 시킨다. 그러면 알아서 카드결제 승인취소가 된다(금전적 손해없거나 하루~이틀사용료만 부과된다?)
> 평일날 전화로 직접 담당자와 상담후 구두로 계정변경을 부탁하는 것이 제일 낫다.
어떤 방법이 가장 현명한 것인지요?

My Computer has just had an update from Microsoft
It was running Windows 10 Pro
It now is running Windows 10 Home
I put a fresh copy of Windows 10 Pro on it about 3 months ago from a USB Stick
I have tried to put in the Windows 10 Pro Serial Number but it says it does not recognise it

Wi-Fi problem since the last update
Hi there,
since the last update of windows there has been some problems with the internet. Even when my computer is still connected to the acess point, i lose the internet access after a periode of time(short). other devices still have internet acess under the same AP. i also tried diffrent methods like creating an AP using my phone.
in order to get connected again i need to restart the computer which is too annoying.
i have an ASUS GL552VW
OS: windows 10 N 64-bit version 1703 build 15063

Installed on my computer was office professional 2013 from a computer technician when there was a new hard drive put in my laptop
A dialog box keeps coming up activation failed. I went and purchased office 2013 home & student disc. Do I have to uninstall the professional version first?

Printing envelopes
I'm using Microsft Office Professional 2010 on a windows 10 operating system and a Brother MFC printer.
Occasionally I need to prepare a few envelopes. I use preprinted envelopes with a logo and return address already on the business #10 envelope. Sometimes but not every time, After I use the Mailings and then Envelop function on word, the last line of the mailing address prints up in the return address over the preprinted envelope and not where it needs to be.
I have no idea if this is a Microsoft issue or a Brother issue. Suggestions.
