It says i can't buy from the country i live in
So, i bought a paysafe card, and when i tried to pay to get credits it said that payments cannot happen from the country you live in (I live in Greece). can someone tell me what to do in order to resolve this issue?

Bluescreen mit THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER
Hallo alle zusammen,
Ich habe auf einer frischen und neuen Windows 10 Installation (1607) das Problem, dass ich ab und zu einen Bluescreen mit der Meldung THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER bekomme. Ich kann leider nicht identifizieren, woher das Problem kommt.
Ich habe die vergangen 14 Stunden damit verbracht das System mehrmals neu aufzusetzen, habe ein BIOS Update durchgeführt und habe die unterschiedlichsten Grafik- und Chipsatztreiber installiert.
Wie wäre denn ein erstes Vorgehen, um die Quelle des Bluescreens ausfindig zu machen? Minidump-Files hätte ich zur Hand.

Низкая производительность Outlook 2010
Всем доброго!
Наблюдается уже пятый день, проблема с Outlook 2010. Резко упала производительность. Т.е. при перемещении от одного письма к другому, выделение на том сообщении на которое кликнули в списке сообщений, может появиться с задержкой до 20-30 сек.или содержимое выделенного письма в области чтения отображается спустя только сек. 20. Но чаще всего все действия пользователя мышкой сопровождаются статусом "Не отвечает".
Схема у нас такая: терминальные сервера Windows 2008R2 (обновления почти все есть), профили перемещаемые. Outlook ни чего не кеширует, все файлы данных пользователей "В сети". Включить кеширование пока нет возможности из-за малого объема дискового пространства. Раньше и без кеширования нормально работало! Почтовый сервер у нас Exchange 365 Online (в облаке).
Для решения проблемы:
- Пробовал ставить обновления на Офис
- Отключал проверку почты антивирусом
- Отключал все надстройки
- Запускал Outlook в безопасном режиме
- С инетом все в порядке!
- Запускал диагностическую утилиту с diagnistics.outlook.com - все выполненные тесты по Outlook и Exchange Online 365 проблем не показали!
- На терминальных серверах с загрузкой ЦП и доступной оперативной памятью все в порядке - CPU=20-45%, RAM свободно больше половины
Не помогло ни чего - Outlook просто дико тупит, постоянные статусы "Не отвечает" или низкая производительность.
Коллеги, что может вызывать еще такое снижение отзывчивости Outlook?

can't open messaging app
hey everybody.
I am using winphone 8.1 on my nokia lumia 520. I had problems with cellular data so I did reset my phone. since then messaging app doesn't open (except 2 times) and I can't receive any text message or do anything related to the messaging app.
I had reset my phone again and the problems already exist.(messaging and cellular connection.)
please help.

formula condition?
here is my current formula:
=(E5*E6*E7*E8*E9*E10*E11*E12)/(E5+E6+E7+E8+E9+E10+E11+E12)
the problem happens when any of the cells are blank. I would like the formula to disregard any blank cell. I have yet to understand some of the basic logic underlying excel and in time, I am sure I will at least in part. Until then, could someone please correct my formula? Thanks

HACKED MSN ACCOUNT
I was informed that my account had been hacked and my account was temporally blocked. I received to correct the problem and my account is active. My question if I change my MSN account password which is also my Outlook password do I need to change both
individually. I deleted Outlook from my computer when I was running Windows 10; which would not wok on my computer. I Purchased Windows 7 Pro and would like to reload Outlook 2013 downloading it form the Microsoft web site using my Key Card. Should I change
my password before I down load Outlook or wait?

A colored (yellow) space appears after saving a Word document in the HTML format
We have a Word file (*.docx) that contains some content (text, tables, etc.) and an empty line (with a white background color). When the document is saved in the HTML format, the empty line background becomes yellow.

Cannot automatically open attachments without Admin-mode/Cannot search with Admin-mode
To be able to directly open attachments without warnings I found that I had to open outlook as admin to change the settings for this (the option is greyed out when not in outlook as admin).
However, when in outlook as an admin, searching goes really slowly - and I get a warning that "the windows search-service is deactivated in "heightened" mode." (my translation), and when I start outlook, I get a popup saying "Direct search is not available when running as admin." (also my translation).
How can I open attachments directly, without using admin-mode, or, how can I use admin mode and keep the direct search function?

Windows 10 - PC Sleep VS Display Off - Difference?
Hey all,
So I am trying to figure out exactly what the terms 'PC Sleep' and 'Display Sleep' mean. I am wondering if in Windows 10, there is no difference when it comes to security.
Here is my issue. I have a Windows 10 Pro laptop. When on battery, I want the display to turn off after 10 minutes of inactivity. The system stays up and running until 30 minutes of inactivity. Then the system goes to sleep. If I move the mouse or hit a key on the keyboard before the system goes to sleep, I expect the screen to come up to where I was at. If the system goes to sleep, then I wake the system to use it, I expect to have to log on again.
When on A/C power, I want the display to be turned off after 30 min of inactivity and the system to never go to sleep. If I move the mouse or hit a key on the keyboard, I expect the system to come up to where I had it before I left.
The problem I have seen on three different Windows 10 systems is that 'PC Sleep' and 'Display Off' are in fact 'PC/Display Sleep'.
Here has been my testing:
On Battery:
Set display to turn off after 10 min of inactivity and PC sleep after 30 min. and after 15 minutes I move the mouse and I have to log in again even thou the system has not gone to sleep.
On AC power:
Set the display to turn off after 10 min of inactivity and PC never to go to sleep. After an hour I come back to the system and I have to log on again.
While the settings by themselves may work, it is one setting in particular that wreaks havoc on the settings.Require sign-in. Since there are only two choices, this wreaks havoc on power settings. If set to 'When PC wakes up from sleep', the PC will lock and sign-in will be required when the display turns off. This happens even when the system has not gone to sleep. If I change the setting to Never, than if I close the lid, and the system goes to sleep, anyone who opens the laptop can have full access to the system. Quite a security risk if you ask me.
The settings on locking the computer when display turns off and when the system goes to sleep worked perfectly in Windows 7, what happened with Windows 10? Having it on a desktop system, 10 seems fine with these issues, but on a laptop, it seems as thou it poses a large security risk or a large headache depending on your view.

PC Crashing When Playing Game, Please Help.
No the blue sceen doesn't pop up, no the screen doesn't freeze & stay on a still image, the PC just turns off instantly after playing 10 or 20 minutes into the game, I downloaded WhoCrashed & analysed the problems at hand, how do I fix these?

Question: Does Microsoft employees ever ask spontaneously that I have malware, "infectious software", adware, etc. that I need to remove under their directions?
I just got a call from someone with an Indian accent, claiming he was Microsoft. He was telling me that I have "malicious infectious software" in my computer (Although there are actually 4 computers and I'm in my family restaurant when this call came up). He was also telling me that he needed to tell me a step-by-step procedure on how to remove them. I am suspicious about that call. First off, I have an antivirus program (McAfee) and a utility program (Glary Utilities 5) in my computers and they are on automatic scheduling. Also, I never asked Microsoft about any issues. The call just came up randomly. My only guess on how he "knew" I had any issues in my computer was that I did allow my computer to send reports to Microsoft, but I don't think that warrants Microsoft to just alarm me all of a sudden about any threats. I'm pretty sure those reports are for the programmers to have data on how to improve and update their programs. And finally, aren't they intruding me if they're calling a family business?
Anyway, at that point, I was getting really suspicious so I hung up. Then, he called back telling me why did I hang up on him. I HAVE to follow his "directions." Just, what??? What is going on? Who is he? And is he really Microsoft?

sous Skype pour bureau windows, on avait la possibilité d'avoir 2 skypes ouverts avec deux comptes ouverts, ce qui était pratique.. j'avais 2 raccourcis, dont l'un avec l'option /secondary qui permettait d'ouvrir une autre session de skype.
Malheureusement, à partir du 1er Juillet prochain, skype pour bureau windows sera désactivé. cela ne me gène pas en soi d'utiliser Skype pour Windows 10, mais j'aurais aimé gardé cette multi sessions, avoir la possibilité d'avoir 2 ou 3 sessions ouverts de skype avec 2 ou 3 comptes différents.. la question est la suivante : Comment fait on pour modifier ce raccourci pour rajouter /secondary ou existe t'il un autre moyen ?. A priori, je n'ai rien vu..
si cela n'existe pas, merci de pas désactiver dans ces conditions Skype pour bureau windows, très pratique pour ce genre de manipulations..
