How to remove weird justified spacing in Word for Mac 2016
I've seen several posts on how to find the advanced setting for Word to make shift-return not show the weird spacing for justified text, but this option doesn't seem to exist on Word for Mac 2016. What I'd like to do, ideally, is have a justified paragraph with a single line at the top, left-justified (or at least without gargantuan spaces).

SUMIF returning a value of zero when summing a calculated column
I have column 'I' using the following formula to produce a value of either blank, 0, 1 or 2- the cell has been formatted to 'number'.
=IF(H44="Non compliance","0",IF(H44="Service Improvement","1",IF(H44="Compliant","2",IF(H44="Not applicable"," "))))
This formula works upon the choosing of an option from the adjacent cell.
My problem occurs when I try to use the SUMIF function on this column when it contains the IF formula. The formula below works if I manually input the value into column I as a stand alone value but will return a value of zero if I have the formula working it out.
=SUMIF(D9:D44,"Financial",I9:I44)
I have tried creating a new column based upon =I44 so getting rid of the big formula but it doesn't work on this either.
I have no formula errors being highlighted.
I'm on Office 10, I think on Windows 7.

Falha no menu iniciar ao replicar imagem do sistema
Bom dia,
Comprei alguns notebooks da marca Acer da linha Aspire, que vem com o Windows 10 como SO.
Depois de alguns procedimentos como instalação de alguns softwares básicos (adobe, java, compactador de arquivos etc...) e desinstalar todos os apps de fábrica por meio do comando "Get-AppxPackage | Remove-AppxPackage" executando-o no Powershell, rodei o Sysprep e utilizei um software "Acronis" para gerar uma imagem do sistema, e replica-lo em outro notebook igual.
O problema agora é que ao executar os passos do Sysprep e entrar no usuário que deixei na máquina antes de rodar o Sysprep, o menu iniciar não funciona. Gostaria de saber se isso pode ser causado por conta da remoção dos apps de fábrica, ou se existe alguma outra causa, e ainda uma solução para esse problema.

Surface Book gestartet. Nach der Einrichtung Fehler.

ich habe eine neues Surface Book 8gb i5 geschenkt bekommen. Aufgeladen, Einrichtung begonnen und soweit alles befolgt. Nachdem der Abschnitt mit Cortana kam zeigte das Surface einen fehler an. Seitdem zeigt es mir ein blaues Feld mit " Einen Moment bitte..."
Es kann nicht ausgeschaltet werden. Antwort desk steht offen, sobald man eine Nachricht schickt echt dort Geschlossen. Versuchen Sie es in 10 min nochmal. Ich bin seit 39min in der Telefonschleife.
Ich verzweifele . .Das ist doch echt Mist.

When I try to log into my Microsoft account on my laptop it takes me to a temporary log in page. This has never happened before. I can log in with no problems on my phone. Should I change the password on the account using my phone then try my computer?

Comment supprimer un seul contact dans le Courrier Outlook. quand je mets un crochet à une personne je n'ai pas supprimé dans la barre en haut. En passant je n'aime pas du tout le nouvel interface de Outlook, avec cette bande noire. Peut-on retrouver l'ancien Outlook.com

Windows 10 startet PC immer wieder aus Ruhezustand für Windows Update
Jedes mal wenn Windows ein Update im Hintergrund herunter geladen hat und ich den PC in Ruhezustand versetzt habe, ist der PC nach einigen Minuten wieder hochgefahren. Erst nach einem richtigen Neustart und Updateinstallation hört es wieder auf. Kann man das abstellen? Zeitgeber zu Aktivierung zulassen habe ich schon deaktiviert.
