This is a question concerning Microsoft Office 2011 for Macand the application Word for Mac 2011. Word version is 14.6.0. It runs on an iMac with the latest version of OSX El Capitan 10.11.2.

For several days now, whenever I try to record a macro made up of simple keystrokes, Word crashes. I get as far as selecting whether to assign the macro to the toolbar or the keyboard; then, when 'OK' is pushed Word crashes. When I open the list of existing macros I've made and select 'edit' an error message appears "out of memory" – which cannot possibly be the case.

I have thought of and tried a number of possible fixes, but so far no luck. Is this a problem others have had, and does anyone know how to fix it?

Ну и что это?? То есть винда пыхтит, пыхтит, устанавливает обновления, чтобы снести драйвер сетевой карты? Зачем такие обновления нужны-?-??? Медвежья услуга!! И Майкрософт не чешется ,чтобы хоть что-то исправить??!!! Что делать то??

In checking my updates for Windows 10. The message of unable to install came up with the support reference # 0X800705b-4, it states that I must  uninstall my third party antimalware ( Norton) in order to proceed.  I do not want windows Defender  base line protection. I want to stay with Norton, which I have had four 4 years, and was always able to automatically get all the updates. HELP.

Elder Scrolls Online crashing on startup after installing Windows 10 build 11102.  It was fine before the upgrade.  The game now crashes and pops up a crash reporter.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Just got a surface 2 (32Gb) few questions please.....

I know RT is gone now, but is it still supported and is there still decent apps, any new apps now getting written for RT, any recommendations?

What is the max SD supported, I believe that you can now store apps etc on the SD card as well as internal to help with storage?

What's the best case. I've also got the type cover 2 for basic protection but wanting a sleeve to put in when travelling. Prefer one to fit, rather than a one that says "accepts from 7-11" just means lots. Prefer a snugger fit.

Any other necessary accessories that people use. Does any of the pens work?

Any way to clean the type cover, does it stay clean?

Can I use my MS account but delete the email. I don't want the email on as others in my family will use the surface as well.

Son has a hp 2 in 1 windows 10 on. He has a MS account and we've bought some apps and games. Can you share these between us, like family sharing on iOS? If so job please

I want to just auto login. Is this the possible on RT, same as Win 8 etc?

Any other hints and tips gratefully accepted whilst I read this forum

Hola a todos. Mi pregunta es acerca de unos errores que me aparecen al encender mi PC. En soporte técnico por chat me dieron unas series de instrucciones, pero no pude realizar los pasos porque el link para descargar el solucionador de problemas no me daba nada. Tampoco pude hacer un sfc/scannow como se me indicara. Necesitaría saber si a alguien le está pasando y cómo poder solucionarlo.

Hi

Due to corruption on my Windows 10 Desktop I tried to initiate a recovery in PC settings. I tried the first option where I would be able to keep my personal files after the recovery. The computer would be set back to normal defaults with all personal apps deleted from the computer and a fresh install of Windows 10 and included common apps. Once the recovery started prepping it crashed to a blue screen where it showed the error WDF_Violation and would then return to the desktop with no changes made. After trying this two more times I decided to do a full recovery which would wipe all my personal files hoping that a completely clean slate would do the trick. To my dismay once the action was commenced, the computer shut down, restarted, but never rebooted. Although the computer was back on, the monitor went to sleep due to the absence or a reboot. I left the computer like this for 8-9 hours with no results. Does anyone have a remedy for this problem? I cant even boot up to safe mode..

I deleted emails permanently my Outlook 2010 the recover deleted items does not work. I have the Outlook 2010 connected to my desktop, iPhone 6 and laptop.  I have Windows 10. Can I recover the emails.

I'm currently using Lumia 950. As we all know that Win10M have supports for USB OTG function. I wanna buy a Sony headphone, MDR-1adac, which have a built in DAC. It only have cable for Lightning, micro USB, USB and Walkman. I'm considering using a converter to convert the Type C of Lumia 950 to USB and use that USB cable to use the function of DAC. Can anyone tell me whether that will work or not?

Hi ...I have a Fujitsu laptop A series . The problem is that it turns of the minute i unplug the power cord, i replaced the battery but there is no difference.If it was plugged it works perfectly. Also, the battery percentage is 50% and doesn't change no matter for how long i charged it. I upgraded to windows 10 a while ago (i don't know if that is related some how). I was wondering if there is anything in the sitting that might  cause that or any drivers (maybe... ).

In Outlook.com Calendar, I subscribe to a few public calendars as well as share multiple calendars with my family.  For one of those calendars, I had enabled notifications when events are added or changed.   In recent weeks, the calendar notifications are coming non-stop.  There have been about 20 or so legitimate changes, but I am getting THOUSANDS of notifications.  Both of my kids are having the exact same problem that I'm having, and both of them have actual outlook.com email addresses.  The only person in the shared calendar group not experiencing this issue is my wife, who is the original creator of these shared calendars.

We are going to have to disable the notifications for now, but we hope you can fix this issue soon.

Bonjour,

J'ai un problème avec l'application Calendrier de Windows 10, des problèmes de synchronisation. En effet j'ai lié mon compte Google et par défaut Google Agenda à l'application. Mais cette-dernière n'arrive à synchroniser et afficher que certains de mes agendas. J'en ai 6 en tout, seulement 3 sont synchronisés. Avez-vous une idée du problème.

Ho bisogno del codice Product Key che avevo su Windows 7 e che, aggiornando a Windows 10 ha lasciato il posto al diritto digitale. Ne ho bisogno per poter scaricare il 7 e reinstallarlo, come potrei fare secondo voi?

Bonjour,

Pour faire un peu de ménage dans mes contacts sur Outlook 2010, j'ai affiché tous mes contacts en liste et je les regroupés par "société".

Mes contacts pour lesquels la rubrique société n'est pas renseignée s'affichent sous le titre "société: (néant)", mais il y a deux groupes de contacts distincts avec exactement ce même titre.

Je me suis d'abord dit que j'avais peut-être laissé un "blanc" dans la zone société" de certains contacts. Mais j'ai vérifié : dans les deux cas, il n'y a rien.

Donc je ne vois pas pourquoi Outlook crée deux groupes séparés pour les contacts où la rubrique société n'est pas renseignée, et je me demande comment faire pour rassembler ces deux groupes.

Every time I try to use my built in front camera on the camera app it says "Something went wrong make sure your camera is connected and not being used by another app." I've tried many different solutions that have been suggested and still can not get it to work. It used to work perfectly fine but now does not.

So we purchased the computer yesterday and have been trying to set up my kids accounts with no success... They accepted the invitation but it keeps saying pending... Plus they charged my cc 3 times already... I am so frustrated! I also keep getting all these pop ups... I was told to download microsoft security essentials i don't even know if thats working... Uugghh!! Any advice?
