J'ai un problème sur un poste, dans une base de données Access: dans un formulaire, lorsqu'on clique sur une zone de liste modifiable ayant déjà une sélection, la liste de choix s'ouvre mais l'objet sélectionné n'est pas la sélection du combo.
Cela ne se produit que sur un poste, dont le système d'exploitation est Windows 10 et le Office est un Office 365. Il y en a d'autres qui ne causent pas ce problème.
Je n'ai aucune idée de la cause..

How do I assign the FN modifier key function to another key on the keyboard.
I am a an amputee and unable to use the FN function to pause a media file while typing on microsoft word. I do this when I am transcribing. So, I need to allocate either the FN function to a key close to the play/pause key which appears on the same key as "home". Or, if I could assign the play/pause function to a key closer to the default FN key that would be great. Would apreciate the help. Thank you.

I ordered in 2015 a "Gotham Bundle" from https://www.typography.com/fonts/gotham/overview/
It appears there is a compatibility issue between Microsoft Word PC and Microsoft Word for Mac (both being updated to the latest versions available). All operating systems (OS and PC) are updated to the latest available versions too (Windows 10 Professional,
64 bits, macOS Sierra).
The problem doesn't concern each "style" of Gotham, but all the "bold" ones: "Gotham Bold", "Gotham Bold Italic", "Gotham Black", "Gotham Black Italic", "Gotham Ultra" and "Gotham Ultra Italic". I bought other OpenType fonts from other websites (Adobe, for
instance), and I am not having this kind of problem (Frutiger is one of them).
If I create a document in Microsoft Word on my PC, the font doesn't appear correctly on My Mac (it looks like "Gotham Book", although it says it is "Gotham Bold"). If I create a document in Microsoft Word on my Mac, the font doesn't appear correctly on my PC
either (it is unrecognized, it is named "Gotham" rather than "Gotham Bold"). To help you understand, here are some screenshots...
On a Mac, if you select the style “Gotham Bold”, OpenType version, it will appear correctly:
Although Microsoft Word adds “Bold” to it once style is selected (removing the “Bold”, by clicking on the button, makes the font looks like Gotham Book or Gotham Thin, so since it appears correctly, I leave it as it is):
Now, save the file. Open the same file on a PC. This is what I see on my PC, with the same fonts (OpenType, last version downloaded on the website) installed on it:
Although it says “Gotham”, it doesn’t look like “Gotham Bold”. Actually, it seems the style is unrecognized by the PC, as there is no style called “Gotham” (it’s “Gotham Black”, “Gotham Bold”, “Gotham Book”, and so on, but never “Gotham” alone):
Now, select the sentence, and add “Gotham Bold”, and remove the unnecessary “Bold” by clicking the bold button:
Save the file, and open it again on aMac. This is what you should see (looks like “Gotham Book”, because we removed the “Bold” on the PC version):
Although it is not exactly “Gotham Bold”, it recognized the font as “Gotham Bold”, without the “bold” that we removed on the PC. If you select “Gotham Bold”:
You should now have what we first created, which is the style “Gotham Bold”, with automatically added “bold” button:
If you save, and open the same file on a PC again, you will get the same problem, again.
This is the problem: compatibility. All the “bolded” versions of “Gotham”, which is “Gotham Bold”, “Gotham Ultra”, and “Gotham Black”, have this issue.
What I already tried:
Contact IT support from the website: they were not able to "reproduce" the issue, although I believe they never understood the problem either (the person didn't try on multiple OS's, only on one, which is not the problem);
I was given the TrueType format of these fonts: they behave even worse than the OpenType;
Uninstalled fonts on both OS's (Mac and PC), rebooted both, reinstalled from the latest versions available on the website, tried again: still the same issue.
I don't know what else can be done. Thanks for your help!

My story is likely one that many PC users have. I have very frequently had (several times a week) popups to Renew my DriverUpdate program with Slimware---never such a popup from Dell (my PC manuf.). Yesterday I got another Slimware popup and notification that I have 12 drivers that need updated. Then I remembered that I recently had renewed the DriverUpdate with Slimware a few months before. I called Slimware and spoke with their agent, because I suspected that they were double billing me. The agent went back through my billing information and discovered that I had subscribed to the software in August 2016 for the max time. Then she said I had paid for renewal in Dec. 2016 and again in March 2017. I can't remember those events, 80 years old now.
The agent refunded the last two payments $30 x 2. They simple kept insisting--I can't download or install any new drivers stated on the PC screen until I pay, and I just kept on paying them each time when it was not required -- the Aug. payment was still in effect. I asked her if they have a system for sorting out customers that, like me, kept getting the popup to renew and kept right on renewing illegally---she told me no.
So here I am 3 days after my conversation with the agent and I'm getting the same renew popup on my PC screen again. I wonder how many people have been "taken" by this scheme? I think a class action suit is in order by someone. Microsoft need to be aware.

We are planning on enabling Windows 10 Shared PC mode on some of our laptops which restricts a user's ability to save things to the local drive forcing them to save to OneDrive or a network drive. When I try to save an Access database on one of these computers I get the error message indicating that things cannot be saved to the desktop due to restrictions and does nothing else. Other Office programs have other save options listed (OneDrive, etc) when you select File -> Save As but Access only has this standard save dialog.
It seems like Access is not compatible with Windows 10 Shared PC mode which would be a bit odd since they're both from Microsoft.
Just purchased a Surface Pro 4, May 2017. Hasn't this issue been fixed?
Device has already updated 3 times since I bought it. I was hoping the recent update would finally fix the driver or bug issue.
Has Microsoft given up? I purchased my unit new.
All the reviews were outstanding, wish I had stumbled on all the complaints in the tablet communities warning about the issue prior to purchasing.
Really hampers productivity. I have been warning co-workers about the issues. Really hope someone has a solution to share.
No I will not re-install. Multiple posts show this is not the solution.

I need help with performing a transition of a client. Their website is currently at "exampleservices.com" and they want to switch it to "example.com". In doing so they'd also like to switch their Office 365 services (email and calendar) from a *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. This is a small company with only 2 email addresses and they rely on them heavily. I need to ensure two things:
1. The new @example.com emails link properly and work
2. The old @exampleservices.com emails forward any email they get to the new @example.com emails
Do they need to maintain and pay for *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and *** Email address is removed for privacy *** until they finish the transition? Or is there a way to have the @exampleservices.com forwarded automatically without paying for/maintaining that email?
This is all bought through GoDaddy so that should be another fun challenge.

I am having an issue with certain software on the Windows Creators Update.
My issue is that every time I open a version of AutoCAD that uses .NET 4.0 or earlier (AutoCAD 2014 and earlier), when I try to switch between ribbons, I immediately get a software crash and the entire application closes.
When AutoCAD crashes, I can examine the call stack, which I have posted below. If you look, you will see that the three most recent calls in the stack refer to 'Stylus' related devices. I can only assume that these are calls to Touchscreen components, which my laptop does have.
All of this worked just fine prior to the Windows Creators Update, so I can only assume that there was a change that began causing these issues.
Is there a way to resolve this on my end or can Microsoft put out an update/bug fix for this issue? Because as it stands, AutoCAD 2014 or earlier is 100% unusable on my laptop.
