Office365 "A change has been made to your subscription." spams every user's office and personal email address
Whenever email is sent out by Microsoft for subscription notices, such as Office365, every user on our team gets the email to both their office 365 email address, as well as the alternate email address we are required to provide in our personal info ( https://portal.office.com/account/#personalinfo )
Example header:

Granted, the footer of the email displays: "This is a mandatory service communication. To set your contact preferences for other communications,click here.", but must every active user on the account endure them? Why not just the owner? When I follow the "click here", I get the message "

Manage how and why you are contacted.
Your settings aren't available right now. Please try again later."
My questions are three:
1. How can team members suppress these office365 subscription notices to their personal email address?
2. How can the team members opt out of these notices entirely, for both email addresses, or be opted out by an admin/owner of the team account?
3. In our case, the team owner would like notifications to be restricted to a small handful of individuals, using only team (office 365) email addresses, and not the alternate "personal info" addresses. How can this be achieved?

Adobe flash player in Windows 10 v. 15063
I just completed installing the new update for Windows 10 (v15063) and can not get Adobe Flash Player to work. A dialog box from Microsoft stated that Flash Player had been turned off due to risks involved using it but it could be turned on by clicking on the box. I tried that without success. I also went into Edge settings and made sure that it was turned on.
Can anyone help with my problem?

Sprache Solitaire Collection
wieso schaltet sich die Sprache bei solitaire collection nach einer gewissen Zeit auf Englisch?
Ich hatte diese Problem schon einige male und hab es nur beheben können, indem ich Solitaire Collection deinstalliert habe und dann wieder neu heruntergeladen habe.
Jetzt ist nach 4-6 Wochen das gleiche schon wieder und ich habe keine Lust diesen Vorgang immer zu wiederholen.
Es scheint ja ein Problem von Microsoft zu sein, da sehr viele Anwender diese Sachlage kommentieren

Skype on new computer always connecting. Can receive calls though...
Hey guys, I just bought a new MSI laptop, and after installing skype, it will sign in and remain "connecting" status. I tried disabling firewall and antivirus and it doesn't help. Also, I am able to receive calls (and calls only), and I am unable to send message or call anyone.

phone scam?
I had a phone call from a lady who sounds like she is in a call center. She informed me that a product that Microsoft is using is going bankrupt. She then stated that her manager will call me to inform me on how to remove this software.
He called me a few minutes later and wanted me to connect him to my pc so that he can safely remove the software and give me a rebate for the money that I have spent on the software that I am using, he could not tell me the name of the software when I asked him. I asked him why he wanted to give me a rebate if the company is going bankrupt? No answer.
He sounded like he was in a office or a room, there was a echo when he talked and his English was horrible.
I told him that I was not at my pc at the time and preceded to call me 19 times in 2 hours! The number in which is has been calling from is: 604-409 8484 and 760-338-2101.
I have blocked this number, contacted Microsoft and they informed me to post here.
I am still wondering if this is scam, but know that it is only because Microsoft would not call me 19 times, plus they will know the name of the software. Something does not add up.

Eliminazione file temporanei
Usando il "pericolosissimo" CCleaner avvio una analisi di pulizia e con grande stupore trovo 4 giga e più di file.
Andando meglio ad analizzare (tasto destro- visualizza dettagli) scopro che alcuni file sono enormi.
Apro la cartella di origine (tasto destro- Apri cartella di origine) e finisco per capire che si tratta di file .mp4 su cui ho lavorato pochi giorni fa.
Avviso: non sono molto di più che uno smanettone e uso il computer in varie operazioni, per motivi personali e non professionali.
Ora ciò che io mi chiedo, ma sapendo di non sapere chiedo a voi, è:
- posso eliminare questo tipo di file temporanei?
- posso eliminare altri tipi di file temporanei?
- se posso eliminare da C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Local\Temp ci sono altri indirizzi in cui posso eliminare file "simili"?

new skype will not ballow me to add contacts
I have been having probs. since last update to win 10. it rendered my desktop virtually useless. Most of the issues have now been resolved apart from skype. A new version was installed and now all my contacts have gone, in fact IT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO
ADD ANY CONTACTS. I have uninstalled the program three times and re-installed it again, but still no joy.

Unerklärliche Festplattenbelastung
Liebe Community,
ich habe vor einigen Tagen einen neuen PC eingerichtet und kämpfe seit dem
mit einer mir unerklärlichen Festplattenbelastung.
Alle paar Minuten springt die Auslastung meiner Systemplatte (SSD) auf 100%, das System beginnt zu laggen und nach etwa 10 Sekunden
ist der Spuk vorbei, Auslastung bei 0 %.
Nun ist festzustellen, dass dies auch geschieht, wenn keinerlei Programm geöffnet ist, von dem man einen derartige Belastung erwarten würde, zumal sämtliche Programme auf einer anderen Festplatte liegen. Darüber hinaus zeigt der Taskmanager auch keinerlei Schreib- oder Lesegeschwindigkeit an, sondern nur 100% aktive Zeit.
Ich hoffe irgendjemand kann mit dem Problem etwas anfangen und weiß wo seine Ursache liegen könnte.

Windows 7 Pro upgrade to 10?
Hi there,
I have Windows 7 Pro and people recommended to go to Windows 10.
Should I do that or continue with my "old" Windows that works for me very well?
Is there still a free upgrade to Windows 10 if I decide to go that route?

After installing the latest Windows 10 update, I keep getting this error when I log in to my computer and when I open programs. Games and other resource-heavy program also have a risk of crashing and taking my whole computer with it. I've tried doing the sfc /scannow command in Command Prompt, but after scanning, it says that nothing is wrong.
I recently have factory reset my computer, so that might have something to do with it.

Systemwiederherstellung nach jedem Upgrade ausgeschaltet
Nach jedem Windows-10-Upgrade, so auch nach dem Creators-Update, ist die Systemwiederherstellung wieder auf "Aus" gestellt. Warum ist das so? Kann ich irgendwo einstellen, dass diese auf "Ein" bleibt. Wenn ich nach einem Upgrade mal vergesse, sie wieder
einzustellen und sie dann dann womöglich benötige, gibt es keinen erstellten Wiederherstellungspunkt. Und das wäre echt blöd.

Email Issues - we cant received emails from selected domain even they are all whitelisted
Hi MS,
is there any way i can check why the email is not reaching us this is only for selected few domains and doesnt even have any logs on message trace record on office365 or NDR for the senders.

the only message theyre receiving is
Microsoft Exchange has been trying to deliver this message without success and has stopped trying. Please try sending this message again, or provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator.
is there any possible way to check it on our end? or do you have any idea why its happening this is just sudden issue we used to received their message and according to them the only update happen before the issue is the wannacry updates
