Webcam problem - Skype for Business - "We couldn't start your video. Your camera isn't set up or you're already using it. ......"
Hi
I get the message "We couldn't start your video. Your camera isn't set up or you're already using it. ......" when I attempt to start a video call in Skype for Business on my Dell (Windows 10) laptop in its docking station with an external camera. Audio is working fine.
This is very strange because:
1) When I go into <Tools> <video device settings> that external camera seems to be working fine.
2) When I undock my laptop, the inbuilt camera works fine in both <Tools> <video device settings> AND in video calls.
BTW: My OS is fully patched up-to-date.
Why does the external camera work in <Tools> <video device settings> ...... but not in the actual call ?

Certains emails d'un expéditeur habituel qui n'arrivent pas

Je vous contacte car je rencontrer un problème très particulier.
Dans le cadre du travail, je reçois des emails de suivi de dossier. Nous venons de nous apercevoir qu'un certain nombre d'emails ne me sont pas parvenus alors que d'autres oui.
Un des membres de la community m'a expliqué que suite aux changements intervenus en avril dernier dans l'interface de la messagerie, il y avait un souci au niveau des serveurs POP et IMAP et qu'une des options avait probablement été cochée par défaut.
Cette option aurait été cochée sur un seul de mes appareils et elle vise à supprimer les messages et les envoyer dans une boîte intermédiaire.
Pouvez-vous me dire comment je peux récupérer ces messages très importants?

How do I import my contacts from my old Skype to my new Skype for Windows 10?
I followed the directions to go the Advanced settings under Contacts and choose Backup Contacts to file. But on the new Skype for Windows 10, I cannot find a way to Restore Contacts from file as there is in the old Skype. I want my switch to the new Skype for Windows 10 to be seamless. I don't have time to manually enter in all my contacts from my old Skype.

Microsoft surface pro4
My surface pro screen keeps going fuzzy. As soon as I touch the mouse it goes back to normal but when I leave it then it goes fuzzy again.

My volume is broken. Windows 8
My volume has never had problems before but now whenever I click the icon or any other icon on with it that is not battery nothing happens meaning I can't adjust my volume and it is set at 4% which isn't the best. Any help?

outlook online issue
I've had a microsoft account for years and recently my current email address is no longer usable so I need a new email address.
I tried the mail app for win 10 but that was useless so I tried the mail outlook online. I signed in to my microsoft account and when the outlook opened, it had an email address under my name starting outlook_ ....@outlook.com. Now, that long address does not work. I tired sending to it and nothing. How can I change that to a new outlook email address?

Photos and videos transferred to SD card no longer appear in photos
This is a complex issue, but on the 6 of June UpdateAdvisor app moved videos and photos from my internal storage to my SD card to make room for the windows 10 update. However, it was supposed to transfer them all back when the update was finished. After Windows 10 downloaded, UpdateAdvisor said 'pending' and it wouldn't open, and I couldn't find the app on the store anymore.
I then looked through my photos and noticed all the photos and videos that were transferred from my internal storage had disappeared. I thought they were all deleted, until I looked in 'files' and 'SD Card' and noticed a file there called 'UpdateAdvisor' where my photos and videos are. I can only view them here, I can't view them in a slideshow, and even then most of the time I click on a photo and then go back, I get this message:
'Can't complete
Unfortunately we couldn't complete this task.
Try again.
Error code: 0x80070490. You can mention this code when providing feedback'
After this message I cannot see my photos and I can only see a few music files. I must then go back and reclick the 'UpdateAdvisor' folder in order to see them again.
Anyway, I had previously imported my photos and videos to my PC, so I counted all of my files to see if any were missing, none seem to be missing. However, files ending in mp4.tnl seem to missing. I don't really know much about them, but they seem to correspond to videos, the videos still play on the phone so I don't know if it matters that they are missing.
Yesterday, UpgradeAdvisor became accessible again however, I can't find any option on there that offers to transfer my files back.
So if anyone could help me with the following questions I would be very grateful:
Why did my files not transfer back and why are they in a separate 'UpdateAdvisor' folder instead of camera roll with the other photos?
how do I transfer my files back to my internal storage? Or at least how do I transfer them back to the camera roll where I can view them normally?
What is this error code '0x80070490' and why is it appearing when I am looking through my photo files?
Why are files ending in mp4.tnl missing for my videos and what is their purpose?
Any help at all will be greatly appreciated.

I downloaded the latest Windows 10 update.
I now get a file opened immediately after the lock screen. The name of the is e979a3.2a3add9. Windows 10's search can not find it. How do I delete it??

Cannot make or receive Skype calls
Cannot make or receive calls.
Test call works OK.
I can see online contacts but when they call me it says I am unavailable and when I call them - it does not connect but I can leave video messages. Just silence when I try to call. No ringing tone

Windows 10 Home Update Failure
My computer tried to update Windows 10 Home twice on 6/7/2017 but "failed to install" both times. I even went to "Settings>Advanced Options" and checked the box"Use my sign in info to automatically finish setting up my device after an update" on the second attempt but it still failed. Is there something else I need to do for the update to install?

prima di poter effettuare l'aggiornamento a Windows 8.1 devo installare tutti gli aggiornamenti di Windows.
Per via di un aggiornamento che non mi fa installare non riesco a procedere con l'aggiornamento.

Envelope Printing
I am running Win 10 64 bit and Office 365. Without making any changes to anything, the addresses on envelopes (size 6 and 10 are what I usually use) do not print in the correct location (they are too far to the left almost under the return address). I've downloaded the latest drivers for my LaserJet Pro M203dw and checked the printing options, but the problem persists. I even tried overriding the automatic placement of the address in the Options tab, but that did not work either.
Any suggested things to do would be sincerely appreciated. John

removing a child account from the family
i am going to remove a child account from my family because well its not really a child anymore, I am wondering, if I remove the account from the family what will happen to it, will it keep its game data/progress, Gamerscore, etc...
will it be classified as an adult and able to make its own decisions or will it be unable to change its settings or do things that an adult could do?

I have been using azuread powershell v2 for sometime and while using i came to understand that the Get-azureadapplication gives the appliction owned by my company in azure portal (manage.windowsazure.com) and Get-AzureADServicePrincipal gives the enterprise
Applications (All Applications) in new azure portal(portal.azure.com)
I wish to get the enterprise app and microsoft app as in azure new portal(portal.azure.com) in powershell
I also wish to get the application used by the company using a cmdlet in old portal(manage.windowsazure.com)
