Scaling not an option in print dialogue Windows 10/MS Edge
I know other people have had problem, but it appears that it has never been resolved. My problem is that when I go to print a PDF using edge on windows 10, there is no option for scaling. I don't want to have the default "fit to page" as my only option.
I frequently purchase sewing pattern PDFs and they need to print at 100%. Why is there no scaling options any more? My printer drivers are up to date, I've changed the default settings for my printer to print at 100%, but in the end it doesn't actually change
anything. Microsoft, you need to fix this!!! Or like I've seen so many others do, I will need to switch to a different browser out of necessity.

Microsoft Arc Touch Bluetooth Mouse - Not discoverable
Hi all
Hoping someone can advise me on this as it is driving me a bit mad.
Tried syncing it on 2 PC's now to no avail.
Tried on a Windows 10 PC & a Surface Pro 3 (Win 10 also).
Neither are able to discover the mouse.
Pressing the connect button on the bottom of the mouse for 3-5 seconds as is recommended doesn't make it discoverable.
If I hold the button in for ~30 seconds it will start flickering but as soon as I take it off it just returns to a standard constant blue light.
It's almost like it's connected to something but it's not any of my devices and I can't seem to discover it on any device I've tried.
It was working earlier on so I've no idea what's happened.
Any one have any ideas?

Not happy with this printer, it keeps on going offline. The first few times, I had technical support spend 45 minutes remotely with me to fix. It was under warranty, now its not. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Block domain, ".club"
I have noticed a handful of e-mails being delivered to me (spam folder, but they are still getting to me) that are all from the ".club" domain. I fear the .io domain spammers finally wised up and made a new domain.
So, anyone else take notice to this and want Microsoft to put an end to their delivery as well?

windows10 internet explorer 11でフレーム構造のブラウザの表示が乱れる。
お世話になります。
初めて質問いたします。
windows10 internet explorer 11において、フレーム構造のブラウザをブラウザ内のリロードボタンのクリックや、F5キーを押したときに、下図のように画面が乱れます。
また、InPrivateブラウズで同様のことを行うと、このような画面にならず、正常に動作を行います。
この状況より、キャッシュのクリアを行いましたが、改善はしなかったです。
しかし、F5キーを長押しすると、上図の状態から正常な状態に戻ります。
また、場合によっては、再度、ブラウザ上のリロードボタンのクリックやF5ボタンをちょん押しすると、また、上図のように画面が崩れる状態になることがあります。
なぜ、ブラウザ上のリロードボタンのクリックやF5ボタンをちょん押しすると、画面が崩れ、F5を長押しすると正常に戻るのか説明がつきません。どなたかお教え願えますでしょうか。お願いします。

Two Touch Monitors but both touch to the same monitor
I have 2 new E230T's on a single computer. Both monitor work and both touch screens work. However, both touch screens go to the same monitor. I suspect somewhere, probably in the registry you can tell which touch screen goes with which monitor.
This is the 2nd pair I have put together. The first pair behaved just fine. I tried to follow basically the same procedure but I must have done some minor thing out of order. Now that they are registered wrong I cannot seem to change them.

Good Morning,
I am hoping you can shed some light on an error I am getting. This has been a long and involved problem, for which a case number exists with Microsoft, however we seem to be getting nowhere. I state at the outset that I believe it is one of the many updates being offered that for some reason will not run on my computer ... if I could figure out which one - I would simply avoid it.
My computer is a HP DV7-2022tx. It is running Windows 8.1 Pro and has been doing so since 2014
Two weeks ago, I found my VPN unable to connect and in device manager noted that three of my WAN miniports were corrupt.
I bit the bullet and re-installed the system from scratch, removing the partition, then creating a new partition and formatting the disk.
I re-installed all my programs; and so began the problem of trying to install updates. This is on a freshly installed system, you understand.
Anti-Virus is BitDefender (I removed AVG in favour of BitDefender) and PureVPN operates my VPN. There are no other apps or programs likely to cause issues.
Eventually, (after much "lively discussion") my case was handed off to Second Level support. The tech dialed in and also installed three "Hotfixes"

And started Windows Update. 184 updates were found and downloaded. The computer installed, rebooted and failed.
I had learnt by this time to ensure that I created a System Restore point before allowing anyone on the computer, so I managed to restore. By this time, it was the FIFTH refresh / restore I had done. I was getting a mite tired of this.
The next day, Tech asked if I wanted to be upgraded to Win 10 after receiving report of error ... I responded that if 8.1 Pro was failing, 10 wouldn't be much better would it. He initially claimed that my computer wouldn't work with Win 8.1 according to HP website. Was a bit stumped when I said that it had been running fine on 8.1 Pro from 2014 right up to last week (funnily enough, just after "Patch Tuesday" .....) so he dialled in again and downloaded the very latest Win 8.1 Pro ISO using the media creation tool, reinstalled the three hotfixes (reboots and works fine) and downloaded the 184 updates again. 184 updates were found and downloaded. The computer installed, rebooted and failed. SIXTH system Restore performed by me.
Yesterday (7th June 2017) Tech dialed in, tried a further 3 MORE hotfixes :

184 updates were found and downloaded. The computer installed, rebooted and failed. SEVENTH system Restore performed by me.
I cannot continue to just allow a Tech to "try" something on my computer as it puts it out of commission for me for the day, plus the added headache of having to perform a "System Restore" at the end of the session is becoming nauseating. Clearly there is an update that for whatever reason will not work with my computer. Are there any savvy MVP's or Microsoft Specialists who can say that there is a known issue with download "n" on the architecture of a DV7-2022tx ? Please?

Реально задолбало, известная проблема, центр отзывов переполнен жалобами, но такое ощущение что его никто вообще не читает, и создан для того чтобы люди спускали пар.
Понятно что MS уже забила на мобильную десятку, так как с такой политикой далеко не уедешь, но можно сделать хотя бы нормально рабочим то что уже есть.
Реально задолбало, известная проблема, центр отзывов переполнен жалобами, но такое ощущение что его никто вообще не читает, и создан для того чтобы люди спускали пар.
Понятно что MS уже забила на мобильную десятку, так как с такой политикой далеко не уедешь, но можно сделать хотя бы нормально рабочим то что уже есть.
