Hallo Zusammen,
leider ist mein Konto gesperrt. Sobald ich mich einloggen möchte, kommt die Nachricht von Microsoft, dass Jemand mein Konto verwendet. Ich habe auch schon den Sicherheitscode eingegeben und die Sicherheitsfragen beantwortet. Alles ohne Erfolg. Nun habe ich den Sicherheitscode zu oft eingegeben und muss 24 Stunden warten. Bitte um dringende Hilfe, da ich Zugriff auf mein Konto benötige und langsam schon sehr frustriert bin. Ich hoffe, dass die andere Person somit auch keinen Zutritt auf meine Daten hat wenn ich schon diese Nachricht bekomme?

IE settings/Registry Edit to directly save a file to defined location instead of showing yellow notification bar at bottom asking to open, Save or Cancel
Hi Team,
Is there any IE9 setting or registry edit to disable or hide yellow notification bar which comes at the bottom of the page when I click on link to download any file.
I prefer to save this file directly to a defined location every time I download anything. I do not wish to click on "Save" option in that notification bar every time I download any file.
Can you please advise.?

W8 upgraded to W10 PC has failed - how to recover?
A power failure appears to have zapped my SSD and Windows is not detected. The usual MBR fixes have not resolved the problem, so I must reload Windows.
How do I perform a clean install of W10 with only a W8 DVD?
I've read many posts but none seem to address my problem.
I'm using my good old WXP workhorse to post this......

Office 365 for work sign in problem
Hi
I use office 365 pro for my business and all has been working great until today.
For some reason on my laptop it asked me to verify my credentials on all my programs. I have tried to do this but it wont work.
The dialog box to put the username (email address) in come up, which I do. Then I click next, the dialog box then starts the spinny thing to show that it is working to bring up the password dialog box, then... it closes by itself. Still not signed in.
I can login to my office account online, onedrive, sharepoint, etc, with no problems. just can't any of the desktop programs to login.
I have tried running the office repair.
Uninstalling and reinstalling.
SetupProd program.
I am very frustrated.

MS Project Installation Issue.
I was provided an MS Imagine account from my university for a free download of the Project-13. I was able to download the file from the store but unable to install it on my Windows 10, 64 bit laptop. There is no specific error stated and all it shows is
that windows has encountered an error during installation. I tried deleting the file and downloading again. The same thing repeats every time. The support team in my place provides no assistance towards Project. I am student and I need the software for my
course. Any help is deeply appreciated.

Lync 2013 Client Missing Calendar Icon once User Migrated to O365
Hi,
We have Onpremise Lync 2013 server configured for our users and we are also in the middle of migration their mail box to O365 with Modern Authentication enabled. use currently Outlook 2010 connecting to O365 mailbox.
We have noticed that after user's mailbox migrated to O365. Useris no more getting Meeting Calendar Icon on their Lync (Skype).

Windows 10 upgrade activation product key requirement no skip
I had windows 8.1 on my laptop, upgraded it to 10, activated, everything was fine.
Recently I broke my windows 10 doing something so proceeded to install windows 8.1 again from an existing iso and started upgrade to windows 10 using media creation tool.
I thought the digital license would work but apparently my windows 8.1 currently is not activated and the upgrade is asking me for a product key. The laptop is fairly old so I don't have the product key.
I have no clue where to go from here.

Using external hard drives on Windows 10... drivers not plug and play!
Hi Community!
Are WD external hard drives supported by Windows 10? I notice that flash drives and SD cards using usb adaptors work just fine.
I have a Western Digital Ultra passport and on my two windows 10 devices, 1 works intermittently and 1 not at all.
On my Microsoft surface pro, the WDEHD device is powered on(as you can see the light come on) but never recognizes the External hard drive.
Any help appreciated! I still do not trust the cloud to protect items like tax returns, and other sensitive docs!

我啟動win10內建的XBOX DVR按下錄影十秒後出現這種問題
我之前都有用這個內建程式
但是在前幾個禮拜
我要再次使用時 就無法使用了
我跟之前一樣在遊戲內按下win鍵+G 跳出一個小視窗
有(XBOX . 擷取畫面 . 錄下來 . 開始錄影 . 設定)
既往常按下開始錄影的那個紅點 就會開始錄製遊戲
但最近不只沒有開始錄製遊戲 反而跳出了圖片裡的字樣
有人知道這該怎麼解決嗎

Problemas con windows 10
El inicio de windows 10 se me queda en gris, como de segundo plano y no me deja seleccionar ninguna aplicación, me pone abajo a la derecha que debo activar windows 10, pero en propiedades de sistema pone que ya está activado, el cuadro de búsqueda no funciona
no me deja buscar nada, y no me deja apagar el ordenador desde inicio, siempre tengo que hacerlo desde el escritorio pulsando alt+F4 para apagarlo, también tengo problemas con el micrófono que se silencia automáticamente y se bajan los niveles a 0 por algún
error que no se cual es, necesito ayuda, he buscado por todos lados y estoy por llevarlo a la tienda de informática para que me lo solucionen si no logro solucionarlo yo.
