My Lumia 650 is experiencing problems with video playback ever since the last updates.
If I try and load a downloaded(from internet explorer) or filmed(with my camera) video in the Film & TV app, it shows "loading" for a second then immediately crashes the app. This includes when going to the "Personal" videos tab as well, it immediately crashes.
I can still use other apps, and internet explorer youtube videos still play, etc. But this is extreamly annoying as it is Microsoft's video app that doesn't seem to work anymore since the latest updates.
I am on "Fast" on the windows insider program, so have the latest Windows 10 experimental build and the latest updates to the Film & TV app. Since both were recently updated I don't know which update caused this issue. I am hopeful this will be fixed. I suspect it is a compatibility issue between the app, the phone model and the latest Insider version of the OS. I previously tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
I am wondering when it will be fixed, if I can do anything to help fix it(such as delete app data or soft reset the phone), and if anyone else has experienced this on the 650 or any other Lumia model?
