My Lumia 650 is experiencing problems with video playback ever since the last updates.

If I try and load a downloaded(from internet explorer) or filmed(with my camera) video in the Film & TV app, it shows "loading" for a second then immediately crashes the app. This includes when going to the "Personal" videos tab as well, it immediately crashes.

I can still use other apps, and internet explorer youtube videos still play, etc. But this is extreamly annoying as it is Microsoft's video app that doesn't seem to work anymore since the latest updates.

I am on "Fast" on the windows insider program, so have the latest Windows 10 experimental build and the latest updates to the Film & TV app. Since both were recently updated I don't know which update caused this issue. I am hopeful this will  be fixed. I suspect it is a compatibility issue between the app, the phone model and the latest Insider version of the OS. I previously tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I am wondering when it will be fixed, if I can do anything to help fix it(such as delete app data or soft reset the phone), and if anyone else has experienced this on the 650 or any other Lumia model?

Buenas un amigo me contacto porque empezo a tener probleas para conectarce con hotail

En su PC (Win7) le sale el siguiente error

"outlook.live.com no aceptó tu certificado de acceso o es posible que no se haya proporcionado."

En mi maquina no tuve inconvenientes  ya  verique la hora y esta bien

Podrian ayudarme

Después de una actualización mi dos equipos no se pueden conectar, se ven uno al otro, aveces pero no pueden conectarse, esto paso de un día para otro, mi gran problema es que uno (más antiguo) como central donde esta la impresora y varios periféricos y el otro (mas nuevo) de trabo constante, ambos están con Windows 10, uno de fabrica y el antiguo actualizado por web

El antiguo funcionando en general perfectamente, solo que win10 no reconoció mi bluetooth y la tarjeta de red integrada ve la red pero no se puede conectar, así que tengo un adaptador USB-Wifi y ahora este problema con la red.

Have been having problems with one of my email addresses and tried to delete and add new account and by doing so Outlook has crashed so spent all day re-downloading and installing Office 2016, just to have it happen again.  Now Outlook won't even open.  Just keeps saying "loading profile".  Has anyone else had anything like this and know how to fix it?

ファイル→オプション→連絡先の、氏名の表示方法を、名姓から姓名に変更した

ことのきは変更が設定されたが

その後元に戻そうと、姓名から名姓にしても反映がされない。

どうしたら直るのか？

Since a few days ago I always get "The person you are trying to reach is not available" for my SkypeIn number on a Philips handset. Any help appreciated -- thanks. If this doesn't get fixed I will cancel SkypeIn as it has no value if people cannot call me...

Dobrý den,

prosím o radu. Mám dokument (MS Word 2016, Windows 8.1 Pro), celkem 12 stran rozdělený na tři oddíly (hlavní část má tři strany, příloha č. 1 šest stran a příloha č. 2 má tři strany. Chci formátování ve tvaru 1 z x, ale aby x v případě hlavní části dokumentu bylo číslo 3, u přílohy 1 číslo 6 a u přílohy dva číslo 3.

Hi,

Is there a way to troubleshoot BitLocker?

I have BitLocker enabled on one of my HDD partitions & all my external HDD too. Off late one of the external HDDs, after entering the password it just hangs. The only option for me is to reboot. The encrypted system partition & rest of the external HDDs do not have any issue.

Or is this an issue with that particular HDD?

When using the command "shutdown -s -t ####" to do a timed shutdown on Windows 10 I ONLY get a notification if the timer in 10 minutes or under. If I enter a value over 10 minutes I do not get a notification until it is 10 minutes from shutdown and then 2 minutes from shutdown. I would like to get a notification at the very least the first time I enter the command to know that it worked, even if the value I entered is over 10 minutes. Is there any way to do this?

Hi all, this problem pertains to Skype and to the new Skype.

I am using an lg g6 phone and i have jaybirdx3 headphones. The headphones connect fine to my phone and work with every application i have, except Skype.

They even work with Skype on my pc.

What happens is the call rings in my headset but when the call connects the speakers​ voice comes through the phone, and very very quietly. If i hit the speakerphone button on Skype then they come through loud and clear through the phones speakers.

I turn off speakerphone and it goes back to the quiet volume. All through the phone.

I have the latest update. I've unpaired and paired the headphones. I factory reset the headphones. No luck.

Anyone else experience this?

I have a Lenovo 20FB X1 carbon gen 4 machine which I have been running on Windows 7 pro x64.

I have recently replaced the ssd to the NVMe ssd 960 EVO M.2 500GB. My orignal ssd was a 128GB MZ-NTY128 which i believe is a SATA 3 m.2 drive. Before switching ssds I have not done the hotfix and usb3.0 fixes. After switching to new NVMe ssd I used a system image to transfer all systems and data on to the new drive but I had not updated the system on the SATA 3 with the NVMe drivers. So when I run recovery mode or repair mode (as system wont boot even with recovery disk), I can see all the data, windows, system files and recovery partition that got created on the NVMe drive but I cannot boot from it. After reading several posts I gather that windows 7 does not have drivers for NVMe and I will need to install the hot fix.

My question is:- 

1) Is there a way to fix this problem without changing back to the old SATA 3?

2) The only solution I understand now is to change back to SATA 3 drive, add the hotfix and usb3.0, create

Windows UEFI Boot-Stick in Windows, then change back to NVMe drive and do the UEFI boot. - Is my understanding correct that this is the only solution.

Buenas Tardes. Como dice el titulo quería preguntar si el soporte tecnico de Outlook/Hotmail puede verificar si mi cuenta ha sido hackeada. Ya que desde hace unos dias  quise ingresar a mi primera cuenta de mail (ya que en ella recibo las notificaciones de redes sociales y prácticamente, esta toda mi lista de contactos), me figuraba un mensaje diciéndome que mi cuenta ha sido bloqueada ya que alguien intento o se metió en mi cuenta. Llene el formulario de la planilla y me fui a trabajar. A eso de la noche, conectado en facebook una amiga mía me dijo que en la madrugada del día viernes le mande un mensaje adjuntado con un link (claramente un virus...) La verdad es importante recuperar esa dirección de correo. 

NECESITO AYUDA , ESPERO Y EL SOPORTE TÉCNICO ME PUEDA AYUDAR

Установлено автоматическое продление подписки, указана дата оплаты, оплаченный год ещё не закончился. Могу ли я оплатить подписку на год заранее. По той информации, которая есть в учетной записи, необходимо оплатить годовую подписку, как это делается при первом оформлении. Продление существующей не нашёл, необходима отмена автоматической и с "нуля" оформить подписку.

I keep getting a popup when trying to open certain apps on my laptop. It started all of a sudden with apps that I have had on my laptop since last year November. I recently upgraded to the newer version of win10 and havent had a problem til tonight. The popup says "The code execution cannot proceed because GDl32.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." It won't let me reinstall nor uninstall the apps it is doing this to either.

Hi.   I am having the same problems that all of you guys seem to be having.   After a bit of research and trial and error, I discovered that MS, for whatever logic they may have, has set up an internal timer that tells the computer to move your partial communication to a neutral location for some reason.  For me, I discovered MS has an "ARCHIVE" file that they, in their infinite wisdom, allowed your computer to take over your mental paused and wisk away your work into Archive.  It's on your left side bar.)    There is another place they hide your emails and that is "DRAFTS."   This is also on your left side bar.   Neither Archive or Drafts were set up by me.   Neither one is consistent either.   I found one email several days later in Archive that was not there when I first looked.    None of these moves were initiated by me.

Microsoft:  HEAR ME.  PLEASE.   If I am typing an email and I want to walk across the hall to take a leak, I want my email to still be there, exactly as I left it when I return.  This is not a computer problem.   I don't believe that this was set up this way when I first got 10.   It seemed to start after one of several upgrades.  You have a lot of people here complaining.  This has been going on for some time.   I'm incredulous that MS is acting as though this is something new.

Please get all those brains in your offices to stop playing ping pong and do something worthwhile.
