Steps to reproduce:
1. Click menu icon
2. Select "Sites"
3. "Welcome to OneDrive for Business" splash page
4. Click "Next"
5. "Give us a moment to set things up..." splash page
It will sit on this page indefinitely. Windows Event Viewer sheds some light on the issue:
