Olvidé la direccción de correo electrónico asociada a mi suscripción de Office, la cual hice hace un año, como ya venció, ya pagué la renovación por un año y no la puedo activar porque me piden el correo asociado a la suscripción y la clave. Es posible resolver esto o definitivamente es mejor pedir el reembolso del dinero y comprar la licencia en un almacén físico, no por internet.

windows 7 shared printer issue
i have 2 x86 windows 7 in a homegroup and one hp M125 shared printer https://i.stack.imgur.com/kbayS.jpg
my problem is : when i turn on both systems and when i try to get a print from the system that the printer is not attached directly to it wont work and when i print a document on the main system that printer is attached to directly with usb then i can start printing with the other system
so every time i restart or turn off the main system i need to print one document from main system in order to get the printer working for the other system
so what should i do to fix this ?
the systems are connected to an unmanageable d-link switch and they get to the internet from the modem/router connected to switch
they both can ping each other and share things and have access to internet
i have reinstalled the printer driver
and i am working in IT field so you can ask me to do hard stuff and it's not a problem :)

"Explorer.exe: No such interface supported", "The specified module could not be found" and alot other errors
Hi, i really need some help now, today when i turn on my computer, i can't access to alot of things. When i open folers, it say "Explorer.exe: No such interface supported", task manager, start menu, search bar will not work (i'm usingWindows 10), even when i try to open modules like msconfig, regedit... through Win+R -> Run it will not allow me, the only thing i can open now is commamd promptwithout administrator ( when i try to open with administrator it says: "the specified module could not be found", same thing happend to msconfig, regedit... ) and i have to access to folders by Right click + Open, i still can play some game on drive D.
_ When i open display settings or personalize it say: "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Set associations control panel."
_ 4 days ago my computer always come up with "scanning and repairing drive c", i've got some BSOD while using my computer. I've reinstalled Nvidia driver but computer still started up with "scanning and repairing drive c",then i tried reset windows but it was failed, i uninstalled Kaspersky cus i see that it's using so much hard disk... and those things above happened to me the next day.
_ I've try using FOR /R C:\ %G IN (*.dll) DO "%systemroot%\system32\regsvr32.exe" /s "%G"and ccleaner to fix registries but nothing change.
I dont know what to do now, i really need help, pls!

Can't turn WiFi off
I am using Windows 10 Pro Version 1703. What can I do to turn my wifi completely off? I've used airplane mode but wifi is always turned back on. I've tried unchecking 'automatically connect' box on my known connection but the wifi still won't be turned
off. I've tried opening control panel>Wi-Fi and Control Panel>Airplane Mode>Wi-Fi and turn off the WiFi but it won't even let me. It'll turned on by itself. What could be the cause and how do I get rid of the problem?

윈도우10 레드스톤2 설치후 글자가 모두 사라져서
윈도우10 업데이트 이후에 글자가 모두 사라져서,
복구 메뉴에서 개인 file을 제외한 다른 App 및 설정을 제거하는 옵션으로 복구를 진행해서
글자는 모두 나타나지만, 이제는 한글이 모두 깨지는 현상이 발생하고 있습니다.
언어 설정에는 하기와 같이 한국어도 잘 설치된 것으로 나오지만, 실제로 file을 열면 하기와 같이 모두 깨져서 나옵니다.
윈도우10에서는 font를 어떻게 복구해야 할까요? 참고로 복구 CD는 별도로 없습니다.
HP 컴퓨터 구매시 별도 CD는 없었습니다.

I have a bad problem. I can't sign in to my account in Windows 10( home )( Asus N501 vw) . There is only one user account and when I type right pass to sign in , a green screen shot appears which contains this sentence:

I have read all suggestion to fix it but I can't sign in and all these suggestions worked when you are sign in.
What can I do?

Latence clavier et souris depuis la mise à jour 1703 windows creator

Depuis la mise à jour la prise en compte de la saisie sur clavier prend du temps, j'ai plein de caractère qui ne sont pas écrit si je tape trop vite.
Pareil avec la souris si je la délace trop vite.
J'ai un LENOVO YOGA 3 14.
Est ce que certains d'entre vous rencontre le même prbème?
Est ce qu'il y a moyen d'enlever la mise a jur et revenir à la version précédente?
