Since my son is under 13, Skype asks for parents permission. It states to log into account.microsoft.com, however, is it his account or mine that I need to log into?? I've logged into both and do not see anywhere to give him permission. This is very
frustrating as he needs for school.....has anyone figured it out??

Surface 3 - System Service Exception ks.sys
I have a Surface 3 (non pro) which I am trying to connect to a viewsonic vx3209 monitor using a mini dp to dp cable. When I plug the cable into my surface (both directly and via the dock) my computer crashes with a System Service Exception ks.sys error.
I have reformatted and reinstalled Windows 10 and completed all updates and the problem persists. I've tried the cable with another laptop and the same monitor and it works fine.

Das Konto ist Richtig!
Der Telefonische Support von Microsoft konnte mir nicht helfen, seine Lösungsvorschlag war den Rechner neu zu installieren.
Habe es nun auf einem anderen Rechner versucht und bekomme die gleiche Meldung. Es liegt also nicht am Rechner.
Hat jemande eine Idee

Outlook won't send/receive to ntlworld email address
Two years ago I switched from Virgin to Sky but kept my old ntlworld email account. Now I get Send/Receive error when I operate Outlook 2010. The Sky email address works fine, but the ntlworld one won't send or receive.
I use Windows 7. The error message is sometimes 0x800CCCOF, more usually 0x8004210A. I cannot use my ntlworld account with Virgin as they shut it down two years ago (it continued working despite this), so I cannot change my password. The error messages suggest Outlook can't find the right server settings.
Going into Outlook Account Settings Repair does no good, everything is as it was before this problem arose a few days ago. I tried the Microsoft Outlook Inbox Repair Inbox tool but it had no effect. Disabling the email protection on my antivirus has made no difference. Scan pst repaired the file but it made no difference.
It is irritating to see the Send/Receive error yellow triangle all the time and I keep refreshing Outlook to make sure the Sky account really is still working. Does anyone have any other ideas, please?

ich bin auf der Suche nach Bluetooth inear Kopfhörer für das Surface Book. Bei meiner Suche in den verschiedensten Fachgeschäften und Märkten war nicht eines dabei das sich mit dem Surface Book koppeln ließ. Es waren nicht wenige, und nicht nur die preisgünstigsten und sogenannte No-names die ausprobiert wurden. Kennt jemand Bluetooth inear Kopfhörer die sich mit dem SB koppeln lassen?

Impostare Account Microsoft con altro Dominio su Outlook Desktop 2016
Avendo un account Microsoft con dominio @gmail.com ho dovuto crearmi un alias per poter gestire perfettamente la sincronizzazione su Outlook Desktop 2016. Inserendo un Alias outlook.com/it il problema viene risolto.
A parere mio sull'App Outlook 2016 desktop ci deve essere la possibilità di selezionare la possibilità di inserire manualmente il nuovo server exchange microsoft mettendo direttamente l'indirizzo come era prima EAS manualmente.
Oppure in fase di configurazione una sorta di selezione nel caso l'utente non abbia i domini Microsoft. Facendo una configurazione automatica con, ad esempio, un account Gmail il programma imposta tutto prendendo i parametri Google senza possibilità di scelta. Sarebbe quindi opportuno che il programma ti chieda:
Con che cosa vuoi che venga sincronizzato il tuo account?
- Parametri Google
o
- Paramentri Microsoft Exchange
Ripeto : chiaramente questa opzione riguardebbe solamente gli utenti che hanno un dominio di terze parti

Bei Windows 7 **** plötzlich bei jedem Klick das MS Hilfefenster auf und blockiert den ganzen Rechner
Bei einem unserer Rechner, Windows 7, öffnet sich seit 2 Tagen immer die Microsoft Hilfe, keine Viren oder Maleware gefunden. Inzwischen bei jedem Versuch mit der Maus etwas zu öffnen. Ein Start über den abgesicherten Modus hat nichts bewirkt, da auch
da sofort das MS Hilfefenster aufpoppt und alles weiter blockiert.

Problemen bij opnieuw opstarten installatie upgrade Creators Upgrade Windows 10
Opnieuw opstarten werkt niet zoals bij eerdere updates.
Afsluiten vindt niet plaats, scherm wordt zwart.
De enige opties is uit en aanzetten.
Daarna blijft scherm zwart en draaien er wat witte stipjes rond - totdat de PC in slaap valt.
Bij opnieuw opstarten reageert PC niet op toetsenbord (F2, F8, Esc).
Hoe krijg ik de PC nu weer aan de praat en de Windows update voltooid?

Continuously Repeating Out of Office Messages
Please forgive my lack of sophistication in this matter, but I have searched the forums and do not see anything directly on point--at least not insofar as I understand any of the prior threads.
I have used Outlook for Mac v.15.31 for months and have loved it. I manually setup five email accounts and have created many subfolders in my primary work account that would be devastating to lose.
Yesterday I used a rule on my work account, which uses a corporate gmail account, and on my personal gmail account. Today, although I have turned off the rules, I seem to have set up a never ending loop of "out of office" emails to myself, which then generate more out of office emails.
I also noticed that there are redundant inboxes for the two gmail accounts appearing below the inboxes I manually setup months ago. The two new inboxes look like this:
Please forgive my ignorance, but this issue renders Outlook unusable. Any suggestions?

Windows 10 Build 16199.1000 rs_prerelease was so awful!
After upgrade from build 15063, my PC became to a super minimal design!to the extent that when I sign in to my desktop, there is just one thing to use, nothing!
A black solid desktop that is ready to do nothing!
But there is something that I can use and I think Microsoft believes that's enough: Ctrl+Alt+Del :/
I can just run desktop apps from task manager and of course I can't run File Explorer because of that super minimal design!
Can anyone help me to roll-back to a stable build without opening the Settings app?

Groove music won't work after reseting windows 10
So i just reset my Windows 10 Laptop, and groove music won't work. I've tried uninstalling using powershell, and installing it again using windows store, but that did not work. Groove music just starts up, saying that it is getting things ready, and it
just keeps doing that over and over. How do I fix that? Maybe i have to reinstall groove music some other way? Also, I don't want to reinstall windows 10, or do anything that needs me accessing bios.
