Whats going on with the Xbox application?
I use Skype to make international calls to my parents, who even bough an Xbox One with a Kinect camera for this sole reason.
I don't talk to them quite as often as I should, but we tried to talk last night and it was the worst experience I have ever had with Skype on the Xbox and it has been going downhill for quite while since this new update.
Firstly, since the new version there doesn't appear to be any voice commands, "Xbox Select" highlights literally nothing.
I bought my dad the Xbox media remote ( http://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/accessories/controllers/media-remote ) for christmas so he didn't have to use the Xbox gamepad, its a media centre after all and not just a games console. But now half the commands are
unavailable. Push blue X to video call, doesn't exist.
Then the obvious major problem, I can't even answer incoming calls on the Xbox, neither using voice commands or anywhere on the interface. I had to eventually answer the call on an ipad...
This is a Microsoft developed application on a Microsoft platform, how can it be so terrible?
I can't even get into the technical issues with calls just immediately failing that I see on the Skype forums.
I also can't seem to delete history which is also very annoying, it doesn't respect it when I clear the history on the desktop app although web.skype.com does, so it would appear that my history is not infact being cleared but stored somewhere against my will.
Is there no way to get the old version back?

Hello I have two Microsoft phones with the same account. I reset one of them, but I can not take the contacts on one of the phones. I can not just access the contacts on the other phone. What can I do to get people back?

Impossible d'acceder à mon compte Hotmail
Bonjour à tous,
Je me permet de poster car j'ai un problème de compte hotmail.
En effet après avoir fait des demandes de récupération de compte multiple Microsoft me demande toujours un code sauf que si je ne rentre pas dans ma boite mail je ne peux pas avoir accès au code ce qui semble logique. Et donc je refait sans arrêt une demande
de récupération de compte ce qui sert à rien car j'y ai jamais l'accès.
Et ce compte il faut absolument que j'y ai accès pour le boulot et d'autre documents privée important donc si quelqu'un peut me renseigner comment avoir l'accès à ce compte se serait sympathique.

skype is no more opened
From a couple of weeks skype can't open which drive me crazy and always leave me this message skype can't open in any single device " skype can't connect " i got one PC and laptop and 2 android smart phone and all
in the same case / i tried re-installing and i even changed the version of windows for both the laptop and computer / i tried to change the Internet options and edit the firewall and allow all programs , please help

Data files not accessible after two hours on hard drives that are greater than 2 terrabytes
After running windows 10 with creative update for about two hours, the data files on my hard drives that are over 2 terabytes disappear or not accessible. It would take for me restart the PC for the files to be accessible again. I would appreciate any insights that can help me solve this issue.

Synchronisation des dossiers avec abonnement dans Outlook 2007
J'ai 2 ordi sur la même Box avec 1 seule adresse Mail chez Orange en IMAP.
Sur le 1er ordi la messagerie Outlook 2007. fonctionne parfaitement.
Sur le 2ème qui est en WIFI, depuis un moment déjà quand j'ouvre la messagerie il y à un message d'erreur 0x800CCC0E "synchronisation des dossiers avec abonnement impossible" ce qui bloque Outlook.

Extending a trial -Techsoup have not yet confirmed non profit status
Hi
I have set up a 365 trial for a non profit org and we are awaiting tech soup confiming our charitable status but we have only until the 5th June before it runs out. Can we extend the trial please. I will call our tech soup rep (tt-exchange) and see why they havent as yet confirmed the non profit status.

Después de actualizar a Windows 10 HOME VERSION 1703 COMPILACION DEL SISTEMA 15063.332, Al empezar, se ponen los iconos en pantalla y a CONTINUACIÓN aparece un mensaje diciendo lo que sigue:

При очистке Windows штатными средствами по обслуживанию дискаможно удалить cледующие компоненты:
Эскизы -5,02 Гб
Временные файлы установки Windows 1.51 Гб
Предедущие установки Windows 33.3 Гб
Пакеты драйверов устройств 8,82Гб
Файлы оптимизации доставки 1,15 Гб
Файлы установки ESD 3.32 Гб
Файлы журнала обновлений Windows 272 Мб
Очистка обновлений Windows 17 Мб
Файлы журнала обновлений Windows 272 Мб
Какие компоненты из списка можно удалить?
После обновления до новой версии 1703 на системном диске было занято 66,3 Гб .После удаления Предедущие установки Windows 33.3 Гб и Временных файлов установки Windows 1.51 Гб на системном диске С стало занято 55Гб. Как понимать, что обьём диска С уменьшился только на 11Гб , когда обьём предедущих установок достигал 33,3 Гб? Так должно быть?

malfunzionamento stampanti dopo aggiornamento kb3150513
lo stesso hardware prima dell'aggiornamento kb3150513 funzionava perfettamente, dopo lo stesso si presenta questo problema, premetto che ho 2 stampanti (una HP all in one e una samsung laser a colori di cui una viene usata per scannerizzare e l'altra x
stampare). dopo l'aggiornamento ( all'incirca del 15 maggio) il software che usavo già da prima per scannerizzare dava segni di rallentamento per poi arrivare a bloccarsi del tutto, ma il problema più grande è la stampa scura dei file pdf o cmq di ogni altro
file pur se visualizzato correttamente, inoltre stampando la pagina di prova della stampante essa viene perfetta! ho disinstallato tutti i driver e relativi software, reinstallati daccapo funziona di nuovo la stampante hp che uso solo per scannerizzare ma
è rimasto il problema con la samsung della stampa scura e quasi incolore di tutti i file in qualsiasi formato! voglio riconfermare che prima dell'aggiornamento suddetto lo stesso hardware funzionava perfettamente! cosa mi consigliate di fare?
rimuovere l'aggiornamento?... che tra l'altro si è ripetuto per ben 6 volte dalla data del 22 aprile 2017 ad oggi 03/06/2017. rimango in trepida attesa grazie.

Seit Update vom 01.06.17 funktioniert die Microsoft Kontakte-App nicht mehr
In der Nacht hat sich oben genannte app geupdated auf die Version 10.2.1163.0 seitdem funktioniert sie nicht mehr und schliesst sich sofort nach dem öffnen wieder, sodass der Zugriff auf die Kontakte vergeblich ist. Sie werden zwar kurz angezeigt aber sind auch sofort wieder weg :( weiss jemand einen Rat, das Problem kommt auf meinem Microsoft Lumia 950 vor. Habe auch auf Anraten des Microsoft-Supports im Chat meinen app und E-Mail Alias auf outlook.de geändert. Neu installieren kann man diese app leider auch nicht. Meiner Meinung kann das nur mit dieser Version zusammenhängen, da bislang meine Kontakte stets funktioniert haben, sollte Microsoft mitlesen, bitte dringend ein update anbieten :(

neznámé CMD okno
Dobrý den,
už je to pár týdnů co jsem zaznamenal CMD okno,které mě ale mírně štve.
Když dělám nějakou práci na PC nebo hraji hru na FULL SCREEN, tak mi tohle CMD okno shodí hru (program) na lištu a já zahlédnu jen černé CMD okno, které po sekundě zmizí. Tohle okno se mi opakovaně zapíná asi po hodině.
Musím říci, že nikdy před tím jsem tento problém neměl. A netuším co je to za okno, třeba je to program od windows nebo to může být jiný program, ale chci se toho zbavit. A nebo alespoň zjistit co to dělá, abych mohl případně program odinstalovat.)
Zkusím zaznamenat fotografii až se okno zase objeví.

Oh, updates aan de website????? Lijkt me sterk.
Het is nu 2 juni en deze update mislukt hier herhaaldelijk.
Ik begrijp niet dat zulke voortdurende, tijdrovende problemen nog geaccepteerd worden. Je hebt toch een PC om te gebruiken en toch niet met allerlei ingewikkelde raadgevingen te duiken in de MS updateproblematiek?
Ik gebruik hiernaast en liever ook Chrome, nooit probemen met updates en werkt razendsnel. Probeer het eens en laat je niet verleiden door de z.g. Windows 10 light concurrent ervan. De update probemen zullen daar met de minimale hardware nog groter zijn en het gebruik vertragen.

Windows Hello and Pin sign on
Hi I am having issues with windows hello and the pin creation. I have two scenarios both of which don't fully work.
I turned on my PC and windows hello which was working perfectly said I need to set up a pin. I could not add a pin, every time I went to nothing would happen so I followed steps to delete the contents of the NGC folder as other forum posts reccomended. I can now set up a pin which works to sign in. However, when I try to set up windows hello it asks for the pin, which I enter, it makes a sound to say it is correct and then does absolutely nothing.
Alternatively, I can remove the pin and try setting up windows hello. This does start the facial recognition and then asks me to set up a pin which I enter and end the process. However, neither windows hello or the pin is set up next time I try to sign in.

WMP Playlist problem
Hello
I have about 10 individual music only (MP3, WMA, etc.) Playlists in WMP running on my Windows 10 laptop.
Each of the music Playlists has run smoothly for years until today. For some reason, one of the Playlists will not display its contents. The particular Playlist contains about 2,500 songs.
Every time I click on the Playlist, a dialogue box opens with the message "Windows Media Player cannot play the playlist because it is not valid." It does not give any further advice or assistance. My other Playlists all open normally without a problem.
I would be very grateful if someone could please help me to resolve this issue.
