Hallo zusammen,

ich möchte meine Telefon Kontakte auf die SIM Karte kopieren.

Der Grund ist Handy Wechsel von Windows Phone auf Android Betriebssystem.

Im Netz hab ich gelesen dass es geht:

• Um Kontakte von einem Telefon auf ein anderes zu transferieren, können Sie allerdings die Windows-Cloud nutzen. Hier legt Ihr Windows Phone alle Kontakte ab.

• Auch ohne Telefon können Sie auf Ihre Kontakte zugreifen, wenn Sie sich bei Windows einloggen.

Hab mich schon bei Windows eingeloggt: aber ich komme nicht klar. Wie geht das, wie finde ich meine Kontakte????

Kann mir mal jemand hier helfen?

Der Akku meines Lumia 640 LTE ist nach ca 4.Jahren am Ende. Ich kann nicht herausfinden, wo ich einen neuen Akku kaufen kann. Gibt es jemanden der mir helfen kann.?

Hallo liebe Experten,

ich hatte vor längerer Zeit eine zweite eMail-Adresse angelegt, die ich in meinem

Outlook als Alias verwenden wollte. Das hätte ich nicht machen dürfen, denn

da hat es dann geheissen, die Adresse sei schon vorhanden.

Habe es gekündigt und bekam gestern die Mail, dass das Konto jetzt geschlossen wäre.

Leider kam immer noch die Fehlermeldung, dass die Adresse schon vorhanden ist.

Wie lange muss ich nun noch warten, bis ich die Adresse als Alias verwenden kann?

Если я откажусь от обновления Windows 10 Creators Update (оно мне абсолютно не нужно) , то будет  ли  Windows  в дальнейшем автоматически устанавливаться последующие обновления, которые я сочту нужными?

Buondì. Come posso lasciare andare un video (ad esempio su youtube) utilizzando Microsoft edge e fare in modo che la riproduzione continui da sola senza interrompersi, anche usando altre applicazioni? Grazie, Adriano.

Bilgisayar arada kitleniyor hiç birşey yapmama rağmen sistemim kötü bir sistemde değil başıma ilk defa geldi görev yöneticisine baktığımda çalışan tek şey işlemci bellek disk kullanan windows update en az 30 40 dk çalışıyor interneti de kullanmıyor işlemciyi yiyor sürekli bir şey yaptırmıyor . Görevi sonlandır diyorum sonra bir daha geliyor işlemci yerie %98 disk kullanımı yapıyor kapatma vs varmı bu arada ayarlardan güncellemelerde hiç birşey yapmıyordu arkada bi yerde bişiler yapma çalışıyor kapatma yolu yokmu

Ich hab die app-ecke aktiviert und nun steck ich drin fest und kann nur die paar apps nutzen,die ich ausgewählt hatte.

In die Einstellungen komm ich auch nicht rein,was soll ich bloß tun.

Hello, i recently purchased dell from dell store. It came with inbuild windows 10 home. After a while i noticed my pc was not running so well so i decided to reinstall windows 10 from usb drive ( created from windows media creation tool), with same version. But the window which I have installed was not genuine and was crack file it is slowing my pc no I want my old windows back.

So anyone can help me please.....?

io ho iniziato ad avere problemi dopo che ho scaricato windows 10!! prima andava benissimo. pensavo fosse rotto il caricabatterie e l'ho cambiato. Continuava a farlo e sn andata a prendere l'originale e niente.

sono andata in assistenza ma devono spedirlo e devo aspettare 10 gg. 

ma alla versione precedente non si può tornare più?

Bonjour, 

Depuis quelques jours, j'ai un problème sérieux au niveau de Skype... En effet, je ne peux que recevoir des messages et lorsque je veux lancer une conversation d'appel et de vidéo ça ne marche pas. De plus, je ne reçois pas non plus les appels et vidéos ...

J'ai beau à mettre mon Skype à jour et contrôler les mises à jour de mon ordi (MacBook Air) et tout me semble correct.

J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé Skype 2 fois et à chaque fois le problème persiste.

Etant donné que c'est mon job d'interviewer, le Skype sans appel vidéo est un énorme handicape pour mon travail.

Quelqu'un pourrait m'aider svp?

Buongiorno ho acquistato una stampante multifunzione canon pixma mx925. Dopo aver scaricato i driver compatibili con windows 10 direttamente dal sito del produttore ho provato ad effettuare l'installazione. L'installazione dei driver relativi alla stampanteè andata a buon fine e risulta perfettamente funzionante mentre quelli relativi allo scanner no. Per questi ultimi  l'installazione si blocca e appare una maschera di errore windows con scritto: MP DRIVERS: errore durante la copia dei file.: 0001 0002. Ho contattato il supporto tecnico canon e dopo accertamenti mi hanno risposto che il problema è dovuto al sistema operativo installato sul mio pc. Ho provato a installare gli stessi driver su un altro mio pc con windows vista e lastampante/scanner funziona perfettamente.

Attendo  riscontro.

Buongiorno,

vi chiedo aiuto perchè non riesco a scaricare la posta dal mio account né con Thunderbird né con altri sistemi.

L'account di posta si presenta nel seguente modo:

In realtà non è un vero indirizzo mail; ho un altro account outlook.live.com dove è associato un classico indirizzo mail.

Buongiorno.

Ho 2 account Skype (uno per lavoro a pagamento, uno per gli amici).

Inspiegabilmente da ieri sera, il mio secondo account (solo per amici), dopo avermi richiesto la password, si è improvvisamente bloccato.

Seguendo l'iter richiesto, mi blocco davanti alla email di riferimento con cui mi iscrissi anni fa: tale email (yahoo) non è più da molto funzionante.

Ho quindi dato un'email alternativa, ma seguendo tutti i passi (quelli che posso ricordare), non c'è modo di riprestinare il mio account.

Dopo 3 tentativi, il server mi dice di aspettare 24 ore.

Resta il fatto che ho l'impressione di non riouscire a rispondere correttamente a tutte le domande, pur essendo io il possessore ufficiale dell'account.

C'è modo di poter chattare con l'assistenza al fine di dare tutte le info necessarie e riprestinare il MIO account?
