リモートアシスタンスが接続出来ない&Google EarthアプリがGoogleセンターに接続してくれない
集合住宅専用インターネット回線が引かれているアパートに在住の知人が使用しているWindows10 Home 64bitのPCについて、以前まで操作が分からないと相談があった際に、リモートアシスタンス機能を使用して遠隔操作をしながら操作方法の説明をしていたのですが、つい２週間ほど前からリモートアシスタンスを起動し知人のPCに接続しようとする際、「招待を送った側でリモートアシスタンス機能を終了されている可能性があります」というエラーメッセージが出て接続出来ません。
Creators Updateの影響でリモート設定が初期化されたかと思いSkypeの画面共有機能で知人PCの設定状況を確認させてもらいましたが、リモートアシスタンスの接続は許可になっており、Windowsファイアウォールも特に変更しておらず問題ない状況です。
またほぼ同じ時期からですが、当該PCで以前からデスクトップ版Google Earthアプリが使われていたのですが、こちらもGoogleのサーバーに接続出来ないというエラーメッセージが表示され、ローカルキャッシュに残っているデータぐらいしか見られなくなってしまっています。
知人宅のネット環境ですが、「UME」という会社の「Finelink」という集合住宅向け専用インターネットサービスを利用しており、アパートの部屋にあるLANコネクターからLANケーブルを一旦Wi-Fiルーターに接続し、そこからまたLANケーブルでPCに接続しています。Wi-Fiルーターはスマホを接続するために使用しており、設定状況はルーターモードではなくアクセスポイントモードに変更してあります。
また、現在インターネット接続自体は問題なく接続されており、ブラウザでサイトの閲覧や検索、メールの送受信といった基本的な事はできる状態です。
以上の状況を踏まえて、各種情報サイトや掲示板、ブログ等を確認して参りましたが、残念ながら解決に至っておらず、こちらで情報がないかと思い、質問を投稿させて戴いている次第です。
Google Earthに関してはGoogleに問い合わせるべきでしょうが、他の質問コーナーサイト等でも解決策が見いだせなかったため、こちらで念のため質問させていただきます。
なお、いくつかの情報を元に考えられる原因を推測すると、集合住宅向け専用インターネットサービスという特殊事情であるため、サービス提供会社のサーバー側もしくは知人在住のアパートでネット回線を分配している専用のルーター等に何らかの異常が起きたか、もしくは設定変更が成されたのではないかと考えていますが、サービス会社のサポート窓口では「技術的な事は分かりかねる」の一点張りで全く対処してもらえませんでした。
皆様のご意見を広く募集するものであります。

Block windows update
Hi, I got Win10 Pro and by let's say one or two months, I got too many updates.
Well, way too many. Every day, my PC is downloading and installing some updates and it is starting to beuncomfortable.
Problem is, that the ACTIVE TIME OF USING with 12hr limit is not enough for me and so the computer always downloads the updates and then processing them on next startup.
I really want to keep my computer updated, but I want to choose when updates will be downloaded, installed and processed, when I have a time for that.
For now, I got SSD for fast boot and work, but it is now quite useless, when almost every start it boots up, it process some updates, then reboots (even before login screen) and then it alllows me to use it.
Also, it is a laptop, and quite often I need it just turn it off, pack it and go, and I don't have a time for waiting like 2 minutes till he pre-process some updates before shutdown.
So, what I am missing:
- -Power off option WITHOUT installing updates
- -Option as it was in previous windows - Search for updates, but ask me when they should be installed
- -Active using time limit increased from 12 to like 17 hours (so that could not happen, that I get out of limit and it downloads the updates and then, after start next day, it processes them regardless on active using time setting, or the other way, I boot it up before the active using setting, it downloads the updates and start processing them when I shut down it during day and have to wait till it process it before poweroff)
Now, I have red about 2 workaround:
a) set your internet connection to metered. That is not as solution for me, as I said, it is laptop and I often use different networks. Also I have no idea, what other services will be limited
b) Shutdown windows update service - That is solution, which I will use, if no other will be available. Still got one problem with it. If I disable it, OK, no updates will be downloaded.
But when I re-enable it, it will not tell the computer - NOW PERFORM THE UPDATE, I WANT IT TO BE DONE, but it tells the computer - OK, WHENEVER YOU WANT, YOU CAN DO THE UPDATE, which again puts me into situation, that the update can be done immediately, or it can also be somewhere during the day, again limiting me other time, when I agin will not have time for that ....
I really don't want to downgrade back to WIN8, but if WIN10 will keep doing what it wants, not what user wants, I will be probably forced to do this step.
So please, any solution, how to perform/find points a) b) or c), or any other working workaround?

Can only open Outlook 2016 when I run as administrator
When we run outlook normally it pops up then minimizes to system tray instantly but as soon as you go to open it in the system tray it closes but if you run as administrator it works fine.
I have tried the following:
Quick and full repair of Microsoft office.
Disk cleanup
System file checker
Check disk
As a fix we did set the program defaults to run as administrator the problem with this is when trying to send emails in the various programs that the user requires we get an error.
This is a windows 10 PC joined to a domain with all the latest updates installed (Problem started after latest update) domain users have local admin rights.
Kaserpsky Internet Security is installed but add-ons in outlook have been disabled.
It is worth noting this PC did have a virus but this has been removed and outlook did open after they realized they had a virus it seemed to be the windows update that has broken it.
I have tried looking around on the net for similar issues but I cant find anything.
This is a Microsoft product and I have already spent way to much time trying to diagnose it.

Note This certification will be withdrawn on 31 March 2017. When the certification is withdrawn, all individuals whose transcripts list this certification as active on or after 26 September 2016 will retain the active status.
Does that mean the exam listed is not valid anymore post 31st March 2017?

Disk in disk drive, but disk not showing audio files
Hi,
Disk drive is working, shows that the disk is in it. I can play music through the windows media center, and vlc, but when I go into file explorer to see whats on the disc and play it from that track, I cannot, but if I put pictures onto a disk works fine!!
Please help, it is really annoying me!! and I have tried everything!!

Hi,
After Creators Update the wifi adapter quit working (code 10). Unistall-reinstall, old driver version-latest driver version (3.7.2.63715), "fix-it"... Nothing helps. Or rather it worked for a day after the driver update, but then it stopped too. Any ideas?

Hier kann ich lediglich über "andere Freigabe Optionen" gehen. Und das möchte ich nicht. Es ist mir zu kompliziert. Und obendrein komplett nur im Internet.
Was kann ich tun? Es soll wenn eben möglich so funktionieren wie bei mir privat.

PC does not function properly after waking up from sleep
My Laptop PC is behaving weird for the past few days after waking up from sleep. I can increase the volume but cannot decrease the volume. The ctrl+c does not work at all. A left click on the mouse opens up new window in browsers. Sometimes the cursor disappears suddenly and reappears after pressing ''Esc'' key.
I have to restart my computer if I see such issue and only some of these issues are solved after restarting but the Ctrl+c function has stopped functioning all together, although button ''c'' and ''ctrl'' work independently.

"System" process always eats 30% CPU making the Surface Book hot and spin fans constantly
I am really desperate with a process called "System" (details: PID 4 "NT Kernel & System") that is constantly running at around 30% no matter what i do.
A MS service technician once fixed it temporary by setting the preferred GPU of my Surface Book i7 to the dGPU within the NVIDIA control panel, but now its back and i havent changed much except let windows updates through.
Please help, i dont know what to do anymore.

Android Apps on Windows 10 Mobile
Hi,
I have a Lumia 550, and I have heard that all these windows phones have been able to get android apps on them and this was back in late 2015. I was looking at it and I was wondering if it was still going and if it is why is it so hard to find the programs and items for this to be completed.
Could someone be a god, and tell me if it is still going, and if so, give me a way to get it working, and even if the program isn't running still, give me a way I can do this!! I really need some of the android apps, especially while windows store is still waiting for so many of the apps iOS and android have.
