Не работает тачпад Samsung NP535U4C с Windows 10
Перестал корректно работать тачпад на ноутбуке Samsung NP535U4C с Windows 10.
Пробовал переустанавливать драйвера, откатывать до предыдущих.
После всех манипуляций работает только до второй перезагрузки. После второй перезагрузки как будто зажато три пальца.

Hello I use Excel 2016. I need a quick formula in excel .
I am trying to do an excel project .I do have sales data from column C11 to C26 trying to get Bonus calculation on columnI11 to I 26 to meet the below sales incentive criteria .
Create a logical test so that for each SalesPrice, the correct amount listed below displays in theBonus column:
- $299,999 and under, bonus is $1,500.
- $300,000 to $599,999, bonus is $3,000.
Similarly I am doing another incentive calculation on column on the same sheet from columnn11 to n30 to meet the above mentioned criteria .Bonus calculationresult on Column R11 to R30 .Requesting for a formula to meet the above mentioned criteria.

34-36 Percent CPU Usage and 25-26 Percent Memory Usage from System
I have been having an issue with Windows 7. The CPU usage has almost always been around 34-36 percent when idle. I can tell that this is not just something that happens when idle, because when I play games, the performance is not as good as it has been before this problem. When the problem started, the laptop was fine when I first started it up, until about an hour had passed. Then, the high CPU usage started. Now, it seems to happen about five minutes after starting the computer. This problem could have existed for longer, but I may have only noticed it when I started playing more intensive games. I noticed it, I believe, around March. There is a lag spike, a ~0.5 second freeze. Then, my framerates drop. I look, and sure enough, the CPU usage is at around 35 percent. The memory usage is around 25%. Even when playing the games, the CPU is not at 100%. However, I still don't get the same performance. The only things I see using CPU are System and System Idle Process, which is just balancing percentages and not actually using anything. So, I suspect it is System. I don't know if it is the CPU or the memory that is affecting my performance.

Intel Core i7 3520M 2.9 GHz
8GB RAM
100MB SSD + External 500GB HDD
Intel HD Graphics 4000

salve,
prima ho aperto il pc e noto che la luminosità era a 100%, cosi provo ad abbassarla e la metto a 0%, non cambia la luminosità. qualsiasi percentuale io metta essa rimane come se fosse a 100. nemmeno dalle impostazioni riesco a cambiare qualcosa. cosa posso fare?

Laptop stuck in bootloop
Hi,
I recently attempted to reset my Acer AO1-431 laptop and it reached 87% before telling me there was a problem resetting the laptop. I was taken to the advanced boot menu and I clicked reset this pc, yet again it reached 87% before telling me there was a problem and so when I got the the menu, I clicked exit and continue but when the laptop turned back on it kept turning on showing the Acer logo and then black screen before, restarting and doing the whole thing again.

Cannot reach hotmail outlook login
Hello
I can not reach the login screen for Outlook Hotmail .co.uk screen through firefox browser the error message saying
"An error occurred during a connection to hotmail.co.uk. Invalid OCSP signing certificate in OCSP response. Error code: SEC_ERROR_OCSP_INVALID_SIGNING_CERT" Basically Hyper text translation protocol secure is not working. I know the site is safe as it is the official outlook login screen so could this be a security issue? Please any ideas would be very welcome.

OUTLOOK.EXE not connected to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16.
Somehow, I accidently broke the connection between Microsoft Office and Outlook.exe. I would really like to have that connection completed correctly. Please advise.

I've never had any problem signing in to my e-mail with Firefox. I have not made any updates recently and my Firefox Browser is up to date. I am not able to log-in to hotmail.com . It's like the page doesn't exist (certificate problem). What's going on? I had no problem yesterday 5/28/17. I cleared my cache & cookies and the problem persists. I can sign in using IE, but I don't want IE or Edge as my default browser. Can you help? Do you know any issues with Firefox Browser in the last few days?

Keep Absolute Reference for Text
Hi,
I am creating a spreadsheet where I have 2 sheets.
I am using a formula
=IF(ISBLANK('14'!C2),"",'14'!C2)
to bring across text to Sheet 15 from another sheet (14)
When I insert a row however in Sheet 14 above row 2. It moves the formula to
=IF(ISBLANK('14'!C3),"",'14'!C3)
How do I keep/lock the cell as
=IF(ISBLANK('14'!C2),"",'14'!C2)
so it doesn't matter how many times I insert rows it will always stay relative back to C2.
Please note that cell C2 is alphanumeric. I am happy to change the formula, as long as I can have the cell come across and not change.
I also have a cell for the date in A2 that I have been able to lock with =MAX(INDEX('14'!A:A,2):INDEX('14'!A:A,2)). I just can not figure out to lock it when its alphanumeric without it giving me a #REF or 0 response.
Any help would be wonderful

Unwanted Family Features
For the past week or so, when I try to access Google Chrome or certain websites, a popups shows asking for that I'll "need to ask an adult in [my] family". I checked over at https://account.microsoft.com/family/, which said that I was a part of my friend's family.
I then asked them to remove me, which they did. https://account.microsoft.com/family/ now shows that I'm no longer part of their family.
However, the issue still persists.
Help would be appreciated.

Calendar sharing (Outlook Mac 2016)
Hi,
I am desperately seeking help to share a calendar in Outlook (Mac 2016). I understand that you click on the calendar and then go to 'Permissions' under the 'Home' tab. Once I select permissions it takes me to a pop up box, with 'Permissions' pre-selected. I then click on 'Add User' and search for contacts in here that I know are listed in my contacts but it comes up with 'No matches are found'.
I have a feeling it may have something to do with with my contacts, as under each person it displays 'The contact cannot be found in the directory'.
Could someone please help me navigate through this issue?
