Hola muy buenas. Tengo una amiga que se la bloqueo la cuenta de hotmail (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***), y como el numero de telefono lo ha cambiado no le vale conseguirlo asi, y despues de rellenar el formulario unas cuantas veces nos responden que lo volvamos a hacer,
asi que estamos en ese paso y una y otra vez seguimos igual, quisiera saber como podria hacerlo, muchas gracias ya que esta cuenta es muy importante para ella, un saludo.

Hi, My icon for Microsoft Solitaire is not working. It was May 27 2017. But now is not. WHY? I just bought this game. Anyone have an idea to fix this? I have un-installed and re-installed checked updates, did a wsreset.exe Nothing seams to help. Really

Cannot login to onedrive widows 10
can't login to one drive it says:
You don't have an account connected or we don't have quota information at the moment
it used to work well, I did not change my email nor password.
I tried everything I thought of like restarting, shutting down, unplugging the power, reassigning my email account to windows and Credential Manager ... no avail ...
Anything I can do to fix this problem?

Copy and Paste not Working in Microsoft Office 365 Work (Mac)
Today got Microsoft Office 365, opened word and tried a simple copy and paste command, I used cmd+c and cmd+v and nothing happened, it cannot copy words from one document to the next. I have a mac, can ANYONE help me with this?

Windows trava na instalação durante processo de restauração
boa noite galera, meu windows apresentou problema e foi necessario a restauração. Selecionei restaurar mantendo meus arquivos. durante o processo de restauração e instalação, o windows travou em uma tela azul com o escrito "instalando o windows 64%".
Daí meu computador não sai dessa tela, ja estando assim a dois dias. Queria recomeçar todo processo, mas quando desliga o note, ele volta ao mesmo estado de 64% e fica assim eternamente. Como eu faço pra cancelar a instalação? Alguem tem uma solução???![]()

Hp pavillion Window 10 - won't boot just stuck in loops at "shutting down"
Hello - I have a pavillion Window 10 - Few days ago my computer made a noise /beeping with messg " your computer has been blocked" with an 800 # - But I rushed to press the on button to turn it off right away. then when I started to boot it after booting all browsers were gone. So I tried to go to restore point and resulted in restore was not complete - still missing browse edge, IE, goggle chrome... So i went to safe mode and no restore point. So I tried to shut it down and it kept on loops blue screen with "shutting down" - It's stuck in that loop - Trying to reboot it It quickly go to the loop. F8 does not do much - F12 jumps options to go to the loop.

problem, restoring media from onedrive.
Hello friends, I recently had to hard reset my Lumia 520 and now I cannot restore my media from my Onedrive back into my Lumia.
I open OneDrive on my Lumia and the pictures and other media is saved there but my OneDrive app on Lumia is unable to open a single picture. Plus I dont see any option of restoring them back to my phone.
I need your help please !

I have a bluetooth speaker with a mic plug in and it is plugged in and the speaker is connected to my PC through bluetooth, Is there a way to use the microphone as a microphone on my PC? Does not show up by default.

Vertical Scrolling does not work in Excel
I have a 2010 excel document -- no macros or formulas, just a list. For some reason, I cannot scroll vertically in the list anymore. When I try, the thumb on the vertical scrollbar moves, but worksheet content does not scroll with it.
The same thing happens if I just arrow down with my keyboard -- the selection box goes out of view, the forumla bar updates, but I cannot see the selected cells.
If I do a "find" for a cell that is out of view, the window scrolls correctly.
If I then hit ctrl+home, the window correctly scrolls back to the top.
Nothing else works -- page up/page down responds similarly to the arrow keys.
I have both Excel and the worksheet window maximized.
This just started happening today -- prior to that, it had been working. Is there some sort of feature that may have caused this?
This is a very vanilla worksheet -- no formulas, I'm just using it as a table. I am using sorting and filtering, but the problem persists even if I clear the filters and sort order.

OneNote 2016 will not open imbedded Excel files (unlike 2013 which works fine)
Hi all,
This is a curious problem. Recently Office updated my OneNote to OneNote 2016. My trusty OneNote 2013 is also still on my computer and both work and both sync to my Onedrive fine.
I like the dark gray layout of 2016 and other than that I would be fine with 2013 as it does everything I need it to do.
But in leaning towards moving over completely to One Note 2016 I noticed one glitch I cannot figure out.
With an embedded worksheet, One Note 2013 opens inside a OneNote page the Excel file. In trying to do the same with OneNote 2016 it hangs or does nothing. Double clicking on the Excel file description or right clicking over it and selecting open. Same result -- nothing. If I do it again or repeat the process i get the dialog box telling me that the file is open in another program. I exit out of OneNote 2016 and reinitiate and the same problem. It doesn't go away and I cannot open a spreadsheet in OneNote 2016. Word files work fine. I can open up embedded Word files which is a feature i use also quite a lot.
Now, my OneNote copy of 2013 does not have this problem. It works fine. So for the moment I avoiding 2016 but I would like to solve the issue.
By the way, I am running Windows 8.1 Professional. OneNote 2013 is also from Office Professional. The upgrade or addition to One Note 2016 came automatically.
Any help from the community would be be greatly appreciated.

Previous Mail Server with no SSL and TLS - Migration

i am trying to migrate some data into our new 365 portal for a particular account. the migration fails in the first step saying "imap server check failed, reason: invalid input data".
it could be because our internal mail server does not use any security and there are no options to chose no security in the server input data. the only two options are ssl and tls.

Events missing from calendar subscription
Hello,
I'm trying to add an ics-calendar from internet in outlook.com. There isn't an error message after adding the calendar but I don't see any of the events the subscribed calendar contains. It shows up as a new entry under "Other calendars" and I can show or hide it by clicking it but no events appear. I was able to subscribe to the same calendar in Thunderbird without problems.
Could you please help me to find the problem? Unfortunately outlook.com doesn't provide any further messages if there was something wrong while reading the ics file.

Bei meinem lumina 950xl steht die kamera auf dem kopf sobald ich diese starte. Muss immer das handy um 180* drehen, ansonsten werden alle fotos auf dem kopf gespeichert. Neustart ändert daran auch nix. Bitte helft mir,
