I have a library on my intranet that I can get to from various links on sites and subsites. But when I try to open the library folder on the Site content page, I get a 404 NOT FOUND error. The library is there. The link from Site contents is corrupted
and needs to be repaired. I cannot delete the content and recreate. I tried copying the library under a new name, but this is no good as it is missing the custom columns I added. Please help me edit the link on the Library folder.

VBA issue
Hi
On worksheet "Sheet2rng" column B2:B2000 I have a list of class names. Some of them are duplicated. I wish to create a set of unique codes from this list and place them on worksheet "SPtemplate2" column BN16 onwards.
I have tried recording this code. It works but is very slow and jumpy. Writing the VBA is beyond my expertise.
Could someone help me with this?

Approval Workflow: Add or Update Approvers function not working as expected
Hello,
I'm about to implement a simple approval workflow process to approve purchase requisitions. There are occasions when the workflow needs to have an additional approver and I need to have an approver to be able to add an approver to the flow. I've been tested the "add or update approver" function, but it doesn't appear to generate an approval request in the tasks list (the new approver doesn't receive an email etc.).
Any suggestions as to what I need to do to fix it? I'm using the SharePoint 2010 approval workflow (out of the box).

Windows 10 Home - Instalation could not complete
I decided to perform clean windows 10 Home single language pack installation on Acer ICONIA W5 that had win 10 home via upgrade from win8.1.
Aster the initial installation when first use setup should appear I get stuck with "Windows installation could not complete..." error message.

Hit SHIFT-F10 to bring up command prompt.
type MMC
Click File -> Add/Remove Snap-in... (Or CTRL+M)
Select Computer Management (Double click and Finish on Local Computer)
Click OK
Double click Computer Management (Local) -> System Tools -> Local Users and Groups -> Users -> Double Click Administrator -> Uncheck Account is disabled -> OK
Now right click Administrator -> Set Password... -> Set a decent password to get started.
The Bold part is where I get stuck in this scenario as it is not present there
I have also tried:

type: CD C:\windows\system32\oobe
type msoobe
enter
With no success... it gets stuck after it initializes screen with "Moment" and that dotty wait circle rolling for eternity.
I have also tried to set administrator password for something more complex using command net user administratorpassword. Even though I received "The command completed successfully." it didn't help at all.
Could you please help me with that?

Windows 10 Creators Update: Memory Leak - tcpip.sys

Vor einigen tagen habe ich Windows neu aufgesetzt. Zurzeit befinde ich mich auf Windows 10 Version 1703 (Build 15063.296).
Das System zeigt die nutzung von großen Mengen des Ram an obwohl dies keineswegs nötig ist.
Mein System besteht aus folgenden Hardwarekomponenten:
Intel core i7 4790k @4.8 GhZ
2x Nvidia Gtx 780Ti SLI
8gb (die anderen 8 wurden aufgrund einer Überspannung im alten MB gegrillt) Corsair Vengeance 1600
Gigabyte z97x G5 Mainboard
Samsung 850 Evo 120Gb ssd (Os)
12Tb HDD's
Problembeschreibung:
Nachdem ich die vollständige Neukonfiguration meines Systems abgeschlossen hatte, fiel mir auf dass nach einiger Zeit die Arbeitsspeicherauslastung sehr hoch anstieg (nach 20 min ca. 90-99%) auch wenn keine Arbeitsspeicherintensiven Programme geöffnet waren. Das deutete ganz klar auf einen Memory Leak hin. Folgende Maßnahmen wurden bereits durchgeführt:
Regedit: clearpagefile = 1
Regedit Ndu -Start=4
Deinstallation der Killer-Netzwerksoftware und neuinstallation der Netzwerktreiber
Windows update ( PS: Windows installiert die letzten Kumulativen Updates (KB4016871-KB4020102) nicht. Fehler bei Installation)
Alle sonstigen Treiber sind aktuell.
Durch die zuvor genannten Maßnahmen ließ sich die Auslastung auf etwa 55% verringern. Bei 8gb Ram ist das immer noch zu viel, da auf dem vorherigen Image von Windows 10 und auch auf meiner Windows 7 Ultimate Partition die Auslastung bei Start etwa 12% (max) beträgt. Deshalb Installierte ich das WDK und führte Poolmon.exe aus. Dieses Programm gab folgendes Ergebnis aus:

Nach einer kurzen suche fand ich heraus dass ArIc ein teil von tcpip.sys zu sein scheint. Jedoch helfen mir Suchmaschinen nur noch bis dort und eine Lösung erschließt sich mir dadurch nicht. Daher frage ich Sie, ob es mögliche Lösungsansätze gibt. (Es wäre vorteilhaft wenn KEINE Neuinstallation des Systems vollzogen werden muss, da die Programme welche installiert werden müssen etwa 1,2TB umfassen )

What I need to do is to find a way to switch users automatically right after the main user account has logged in (when Windows 8 start-up process is over). The sequence should be like this: booting the OS -> logging into the main user account -> logging it off -> logging into another user account.
Since the edition of the OS is non-pro I cannot use scripts involving Group Policies Editor nor can I resort to the commands provided by 'quser' which is missing. From my understanding, 'Tscon' allows to switch to a user who's already logged in, and 'tsdiscon' just gets me to the Logon Screen.
If there's no other way to switch users via the Command Prompt what 3rd party software would you recommend that's capable of switching users and has a CLI so that I could use it with Windows Task Scheduler?

How do i get rid of a black screen of dead (BSOD)
Hi
I have a problem with my laptop. I use Windows 8 and yesterday I got the black screen like not even kidding at least 10 times.
I downloaded a program which would get rid of these problem because it said the black screen may be caused by other problems it has found on my computer but that program costs money that I don't have. It also said i may have some malware. :(
So what should I do to get rid of these problems. Should I reboot my computer?
I also saw something about a chdskh something like that, that would help me fix my problems but its too complicated for me and I don't know what to do.

Unable to access MS Dynamics CRM applicaion using Internet Explorer 11.0

I am not able to access Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 online application using Internet Explorer version 11.0.9600.18665CO.
If i try to access the application using Google chrome then its working fine.The error which I am getting is as below. I have tried all possible things which I can but the issue is still not getting resolved. Also I am able to login into CRM application using IE from other machine. But its not wrking in my machine only... Also I can open all other sites on IE. I have also tried using different version of IE but still error is same. Please let me know what changes I need to on my laptop, if something needs to be installed ,, I have admin privileges on my laptop so I can install

Unwanted hibernation after last install of updates ((real crazy problem))
For those of you who have been nice enough to offer suggestions to my problem, I would like to thank ALL of you.
I should have added that I am on a desktop computer, ( Gateway DX4200-09 ) with upgraded power supply, maxed out memory, quad core 64 bit system.
I noticed that the pic's that were shown for me did not match anything I found on my system.
The last suggestion about disabling my screensaver (Webshots) just may have solved the problem. I disabled Webshots and allowed the computer to go into the TEXT screen saver mode, waited 20 minutes, and then clicked to access the computer and it appears the problem has been corrected. I started clicking on everything and the system did not go into hibernation.
Again I wish to thank all of you for your help.
I will now be contacting Webshots to let them know of the problem I was having, and hopefully they may have a remedy to correct it.

Windows 10 - Control Panel Removed from Power Menu (Right-click Start)
Title pretty much says it all. Up until build 15063.296, the Control Panel was available via a right-click on the Start button, aka the "Power Menu" area.
I found this handy.

I have a problem with the drop down list fonction on my phone Lg G5. I created a dropdown list originally on excel 2007 on my computer. When I open the file on my phone the drop down list are not where it supposed to be. It has move at random places. Someone can help me? Is it possible to do it directly from excel 365 or is there a way to get those drop down list at the right places?

One Drive Interfering with Saving to my Device
My one drive is full and is now interferring with saving on my device. I am NOT trying to save to one drive, just to "This PC". When I try to save I get an error message, it will not let me save a copy, it will not let me save changes. I had downloaded
DropBox over a year ago and when it got full it started to place red "x" icons on new documents that couldn't save to DropBox, so I deleted DropBox but now the icons seem to be coming from One Drive, even though I am not trying to save to One Drive. ![]()

OneNote: why does this message keep coming up: There are no sections open in this notebook or section group
Hello,
I have OneNote 2010 downloaded from a CD onto an upgraded Windows 10 pro -- from Windows 8.1 pro -- and it's been working okay, but for the past two weeks I've been seeing a message stating, "There are no sections open in this notebook or section group," for all three of my Notebooks, which actually have many sections. The first time I saw it I became scared because I thought all my Notebooks' sections were essentially missing, with all my work and research gone, but then -- lo and behold -- all the sections reappeared -- usually, or always, after I synced, but sometimes the syncing didn't work.
This has happened repeatedly now, but, again, only for the past two weeks. I don't know what's going on, and I'm a bit concerned that one day I won't see the sections reappear.
I might add I've also seen a message popping up asking if I want to upgrade my OneNote 2010, which I've always declined, but I don't know if this has anything to do with the problem stated above.
Does anyone know what's going on?

У меня wacom cintiq companion hybrid и windows 10. После недавнего обновления драйверов, сенсорный ввод синтика почему-то действует не в его окне а на втором мониторе . Перо работает в окне Синтика... Объясните как это устранить? Через меню "перо и сенсорный
ввод" ни чего не получается. Переустановка драйвера не помогает. мне нужно что-бы и перо и сенсорный ввод назначились на экран синтика. Спасибо!

Can't connect as skype says I'm not online
If anyone knows anything about this I'd be really grateful for ideas on how to fix it..
When I go to connect to a contact on skype a box appears telling me I'm not online, even when I am obviously online and able to access the internet for other things.
I have deleted skype and downloaded it again and it made no difference, and unfortunately that's me kinda done! So if anyone can help.. well I'm sure you can tell I definitely need it :)
